Shattered Light

Snake Eyes
[Breeding] Silent, secretive, and unsociable, Snake Eyes has a fascination with poisons. Poisonous plants, snakes, frogs, and words -- she collects them all. As such, her little corner of the swamp has gained a reputation as being a very dangerous place. She cultivates poisonous plants, having built up resistance over long periods of exposure, and now walks carelessly among flowers that could kill a full-grown buck. She also deals in information -- secrets, after all, are poisonous little things, and when allowed to fester in silence, may ruin a life.Though she deals in poisons, she also deals in antidotes, the better to make a profit: once from the buyer and once from the victim. She is not a strong fighter or hunter, however, and relies on Storm Shadow, her brother, for protection.Breedings

[None]Glare has a knack for finding poisonous berries, and is quite handy for reaching ingredients that are too high up, or in tiny nooks and crannies.Notes: Yes, she is named after that Snake Eyes. At first I was going to name her something like 'Poisonous Look', and then I realized that 'Snake Eyes' was a much better, geekier name.

Storm Shadow
[Breeding] Storm Shadow is slightly more approachable than Snake Eyes -- but only slightly. He's more willing to speak, and holds himself to a high standard of honor and trustworthiness; he always keeps his promises and holds true to his word. He acts as protector and caretaker for Snake Eyes, and when they go on long trips into the swamp for more poisons, he stands guard, and collects little trinkets as well. Feathers, shells, flowers, crocodile teeth -- he has them all. Breedings

Lonely Light
[RL semi] Lonely Light is a historian, an intellectual, and a thinker. His life's goal is to collect an oral history of the Swamp, and to teach it to others. He is polite and intelligent, with a vast number of information and stories, but he has a tendency to be distant, cool, and disdainful, especially of rough or immature Kin. He's quite confident, but rarely tries to impress others; insult him, though, and his retribution is usually swift and harsh.Breedings

Shattered Sky
[RL Semi] Shattered Sky is the quintessential winter hunter -- cold, distant, aloof, and haughty, a doe with high standards and refined tastes, and fast, strong, and clever. However, she is not cruel, and has a habit of appearing out of nowhere to rescue Kin in danger or provide aid to a cold, hungry, or thirsty Kin, only to disappear as quickly as she'd come.
These days she runs with Whispers of a Storm and Insight, and she has long since earned her place with them. Spending time with two bucks who like to roughhouse has made her slightly more outgoing and willing to tumble around with other Kin, though only slightly.Breedings

[Whispers of a Storm] Her close friend and one of her two 'family' members. She appreciates his determination, and he appreciates her high standards.
[Insight] While his ditziness sometimes annoys her, she knows it's an act, and respects the cunning buck under the grinning facade.

Bleached Bones
[Breeding] Bleached Bones is a sculptor, but his art is made out of delicately-arranged piles of bones, of skeletons arranged just so, stuck together with sticky sap.
