The elbow forces Cartwright to release his grasp! As he staggers backwards, Claire gives him a jaw-droppingly good jaw breaker that staggers Cartwright even further back towards the ropes, where he leans on the top rope!

Claire hit Cart with the jawbreaker and she rolled to the side and got back up to her feet, a little slower then she liked. Despite that she caught sight of Cart and the position he was in and hurried over. She would then attempt to bring the second rope up and over the top to trap Cart in the ropes!

Cartwright didn't fancy being caught in this position! He tries to fight-off the rope assault and if successful he would drag Claire through the ropes, taking her to the outside!

Cart struggled and struggled and soon Claire tumbled out of the ring and down to the floor! Well things could certainly be going better for her now could they not?

Cartwright enjoyed a quick moment to gather himself as Claire was outside. He waits for her to get back on her feet and attempts a vaulting body press over the top rope!

((I will not be on a whole lot during the weekend. Starting Thursday I may not be able to log on until possibly Sunday.))
Claire had just gotten back up to her feet and faced the ring when Cart went air born! Needless to say the momentary pause allowed Cart to come crashing down upon the Witch!

((No worries! Enjoy the weekend! xd ))
The crowd roars loudly with cheers and chants at what looks like a car crash as Cartwright and Claire are motionless on the outside!
The referee begins to count them both out. Cartwright slowly gets to his feet. He even helps Claire back into the ring, by dragging her up and rolling her in, such a class act!
He follows her in and goes for a pin!

Claire was puller up to her feet and then rolled into the ring, just beyond the reach of the bottom rope. Cart, who was a tad bit messed up from his own dive as well, quickly followed and went for the pin. The referee dropped down and slapped the canvas once, twice, and was half way to the canvas for the third time before Claire managed to roll a shoulder up off of the canvas!

Cartwright looks at the downed Claire and realises.....that it is time! Time for the greatest finishing move of all time!
He climbs the nearest turnbuckle and jumps off it, attempting his legendary Cartwright Crush Leg Drop!

Cart climbed up to the top rope, and Claire had continued to lay upon the canvas. The crowd roared in excitement as the Flying Englishman leapt from the top rope, the Cartwright Crush clearly his aim! However, Claire rolled in the direction that Cart had come from and allowed the Daring Englishman to crash down upon the empty canvas! That had been entirely too close for her liking!

Cartwright bounces on his arse from the impact! He lets out a big "OOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!" as his buttocks bruise from hitting the mat! He holds his butt in pain, his face clearly telling that he didn't enjoy the fall!

Now in the corner that Cartwright had just taken his failed leap of faith off of, Claire attempted to pull herself up to her feet. She needed to get back up if she had any real chance of winning this all important match! That and a way to win anyway!

Cartwright slowly rises to his feet, one hand still on his arse as he thinks he may have bruised it! xd Both he and Claire are determined to be the first ever Ozeki Champion!

Claire pulled herself up to her feet as Cart slowly made his way back up to his own. "That all you got you old bugger?" she shouted at Cart as she leaned heavily against the corner. Had Cart's recent flurry taken so much out of her that she was resorting to petty insults?
