Sasuke no Katon Ookami Tsukiyomi Seems like everyone either wants to be a Healer, a Dancer/Bard, an Archer, or a Magic-user. We got one for sure Myrmidon, Cavalier, a Thief (Yay! We have someone to go loot us some treasah!), and a couple spear wielding tanks but that's it. If we were in a Fire Emblem game:At least we'll have awesome cover with the barrage of arrows and spells being cast over our heads, especially considering all these Bards and Dancers giving out second turns to everyone and their moms. I mean geez, I feel sorry for any Wyvern/Pegasus riders or Knights we come across. They wouldn't stand a chance. You're not kidding! And any tanks marching our way would get zapped in instants thanks to our magic users... For lacking a lot of "melee"/up close units, we'd still be pretty powerful. Unless they bring in the fast myrmidons....then we're kinda screwed. xD I would have to say the mounted units on horseback would be the problem. Mainly the Palidens and Mounted Archers. :s As for the myrmidonds... *readies a javelin and grins*

Say what? I've counted so far, two Knights, a Soldier, a Cavalier, an Assassin, at least one Myrmidon and no Katon is between Archer or Myrm. That outnumbers the offensive magic users. And with 3 Bards going around, that means you could have three of any particular unit type needed could go again. We're fine, quite balanced overall if not for the fact that FE has limited you to using one Bard at a time for a very good reason. The only thing we're really lacking is a is a flyer.

When you put it that way, it does seem more balanced. Heck, it actually sounds like the way I play my games. xD;;

Oujay and I shall be a traveling Dancer/Bard duo. We'll spread music and horrible puns across the continent. And you'll only get to use one of us at a time, while the other gets into shenanigans, plot related or otherwise.

Test this out by making a FETO team. Though I think we'd need to reclass the bards.

Hmm...well, when I think about it, my love for swords would definitely plant me in either the Mercenary or Myrmidon class, most likely Mercenary, since I'd get a shield upon promotion to Hero, and I mainly train with a stand-in sword and shield. (And an axe sometimes...)
Then comes the odd parts...stats. I'm good at taking hits for extended periods of time, so I'd have tank-worthy HP and defense, however, my luck, speed, and skill would be below average. I'm not all that strong, but I'm not exactly weak either, so my strength would be somewhere around average, while my magic and resistance would be quite pathetic. At least, I guess thats how my stats would fall. Honestly, I'd make a better Knight, that is, assuming I'd still be able to use a sword. The problems with classifying me as a Knight would be as follows, I despise heavy armor, and I am horrible with polearms, not to mention horrible ranged accuracy for when I'd gain the ability to use bows. So yeah, I'd say I'd end up as a Mercenary/Hero with high HP and Defense, Average Strength, Slightly below average Luck, Speed, and Skill, and Mediocre Magic and Resistance. Feel free to put me out on the front lines to draw the enemy fire for an extended period of time, just don't expect me to dodge or critical hit very often. Most likely I'd only get doubles against the slowest units such as knights and generals. Also, expect to be cleaning up my corpse if a mage manages to get close enough for an attack.
Just an after note, but if we were to have our own autonomy upon the battlefield, instead of being told around like in the games, expect to see me jumping in front of people to shield them from attack frequently. (If I don't think about how painful that would eventually become, it actually sounds quite comical.)

I'd probably be a wyvern rider-esque class. Wyverns are still dragons (lesser dragons, but who's really keeping track), and who doesn't want a partner that can tear through the skies and help slaughter your enemies?
Stats-wise, I'd probably be really balanced. I probably can't cap any of my stats, but everything will be high enough that it'd be really hard to kill me regardless. I might have a lower HP growth compared to other wyvern riders/knights though (due to poor health), but in exchange I'd probably have a higher Res growth (because I believe in magic and am rather intelligent, being able to understand things more easily than normal people). I'm pretty much a jack of all trades, master of none. Hence why it's unlikely I can cap anything, but it's not impossible for me to cap everything too.
All really depends on the RNG.
... That should take care of your flier, right? :3c
