The buck's eyes widened. "I could join? That's FANTASTIC! I can dance and tell stories and make little shows out of leaves and that burning fire stuff and shadows that are quite amazing if I do say so myself." Sure he was tooting his own horn a little, but he was simply that wonderful and excited and maybe trying to show off just a little.

Right stared back at her before perking up suddenly. "Hey! I didn't even catch your name. Care to share it with me?" Surely a pretty doe like this had a pretty name too, right? Right? So much for taking a hint.

Prize... That was a really lovely name! For a lovely doe. Wait, was she a prize? She was feisty, that was for sure. "I'm Step to the Right." It was only fair to introduce himself as well.

“That’s nice.” She said, her tone suggesting she didn’t think it was nice at all, then she simply turned around and walked off.

Bog was quite pleased with her decision to join this... Flambe Party. Rumor about it had spread fast through out the Couriers, (No surprise there!) and Bog decided to go see what the hubub was about. She had taken a break from her Courier duties for several days, so that she could get to the location of the store on time and then have enough time to return to her job. Actually, the journey itself proved useful, as she was able to deliver a package to a Kimeti who their service couldn't find for quite a while. Bog was now in a startlingly good mood, and the delicious soup and the fine performance just made the whole day a bit better.

A new thought crossed her mind, and she hurriedly looked around to search for the leader of Rise and Co.. Luckily, he was close by, and she approached him with a polite inquiry: "Excuse me, would your, ummm, tribe be able to prepare food that wouldn't rot for a long amount of time, even if it became wet? I'm from the Couriers, you see, and sometimes we have to run for days without stopping, which means we have to go hungry for quite a while."

The word "feast" had already captured his attention, and he flicked his tail, hitting Flame in the flank as an indicator to stop talking and walk, which... she sort of did.

Her voice still droned on behind him, commenting on pretty much EVERYTHING around her, but his attention was already on the meal ahead. He was STARVING.

They sat where the doe led them, and while Flame continued looking about excitedly, Fire turned his attention back to the doe, smiling at her hospitality.

"Ah yes, a full shell sounds absolutely lovely. The soup smells simply wonderful, even from this distance. I'm sure it's something to die for."

Fire was about to respond to her remark when she walked off to retrieve a shell. Though he and his sister did eat meat, he... didn't really like to think about the process before it became... well... food.

He pondered this thought but for a few moments before he felt Fire nudging him, but he ignored her, as the doe was starting to come back with the shell. And that SMELL. He felt his mouth start to salivate... just a little. Oops.

"Fire! Fireeee, FIREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-" Fire quickly lifted a hoof to hush her as the doe returned with the shell and hissed quietly. "Flame. Stop. Do you WANT to cause an uproar? They're going to think there's an ACTUAL fire if you keep screaming it." "But Fireeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-"

This time, he planted his hoof over her mouth, and twisted his body awkwardly as the doe returned once more with a portion for his sister.

"Thank you so much. I, uh, apologize for my sister. She is... easily excitable."
