Akira kept his face down into his book, not really looking up or in any other direction. He was completly focused on the book he was reading, that is until the bell rings when he has to get to class.

Grandmaster Rune Akira kept his face down into his book, not really looking up or in any other direction. He was completly focused on the book he was reading, that is until the bell rings when he has to get to class. Mai died in relief of him not seein her. When the bell rang she went to class with a happy smile like nothing could crush her or something like that.

When Akira heard the bell, he attended class. He continued on with his day like normally. About halfway when lunch started, he walked to the quad area where most of the students hung out. He found an empty spot and sat there by himself as he finished some of his work and ate lunch.

Mai went to lunch with friends but sat with Akira for the first time today."Hi." she said smiling.

Akira heard someone talk to him and looked at who it was. He saw it was Mai. "Hi." he said simply as he went back to his work.

He shook his head. "Shouldn't be able to. This is the first time you and I have ever started talking, and i'm sure I have never met or seen you anywhere before." he said, still keeping all his focus on his work.

Mai was getting tired of him so quickly."Maybe that is because you're not looking up at my face!" she said then turned his head from his work to her face instead."Do you remember me now?"
