Shahram smiled. "Yes I would think that flowers do wonders for people. Oh...what do you do when winter comes and there are no flowers around?" He asked gently before her next question which he thought about for a moment. "Well I don't really have much free time. So sadly I can't really answer that question. I guess I find what ever job needs to be done and I try to help with that."

"That is unfortunate that you do not have very much free time. Would you truly just ask for more work had you the time. Why not read a book or a tavern for a drink?"

Shahram smiles, "well there is always something that needs to be done. So I always ask if there is something I can help others with first before doing anything else. I have not been to a tavern to drink all summer. And I can't remember the last book I read for fun." He smiles, "It seems a bit boring I guess huh?

"Seems more frustrating than anything else, Sharham." Kokoro looked at him and felt a little bad for this stallion. To never have any time to herself, that would be horrible. She sighed and shut her eyes. "You have a good heart, but you do need to take time for yourself before work yourself to death."

Shahram shakes his head, "Don't worry I do take great care of myself. I also do not get sick very often and when I do I make sure to take enough time off to be fully recovered before going back to work. But thank you for worrying about me miss Kokoro." He said giving her another warm smile. "Oh and the food was amazing. You are a wonderful cook."

"Well as long as you are maintaining your health that is the important thing." Kokoro giggled as she looked at him. "Now are you saying that because it was good or because how hungry you were."

Shahram laughs, "I am saying it because it was good miss Kokoro. I don't just say things to be saying them." he smiled at her and gives a nod, "Yes I do try to keep in good health. I would not be much good at my job if I did not."

"Well it could have tasted really good because you were hungry." Kokoro smiled and stood, "Would you like some more to drink, Shahram?" Night had started to settle in so she lit the lantern on the table. She was actually glad to have found this stallion on the road. She had though she was helping a regular mearh, but it was rather amazing that she had stumbled across a stallion who worked for one of the Four Kings.

Shahram was unaware with how impressed the mare in front of him was with his status. He nods, "Well yes your right it could just be that I was hungry and nothing more." He shakes his head, "Oh no I am just fine. Thank you for the offer though Miss Kokoro. Not that i am ready to retire just yet but might I know where I shall be sleeping tonight?"

Kokoro smiled and nodded. "Unfortunately, there is no bed I can offer you, however, in the next room there is an assortment of large pillows and cushions that you may arrange for a bed. I'll bring you some blankets when you are ready to sleep." She refilled her own cup before she sat down and smiled. "So even thought you do not have much free time. What are the things you like in life?"

Shahram gives a nod, "that will do just find for me. One blanket and a couple of pillows will set me up just as well as any bed." He said softly and then thought about it, "Well I am willing to try anything at least once. I am always looking forward to new things. But life for me. Well it is more times than not super busy. I am always doing something which is good. I don't really have time to regret anything. Or to worry too much about things."

"I try not to regret things in life. Time spent on regret and hatred is wasted. You could be doing so many more things with that time. It's nice to see that someone shares my philosophy."

He gave a nod, "OH yes my thought excactly. There is too much to do in like to be always living in regrets and what ifs. If I did not do something right well then I will be sure to fix it the next time around." He smiled and found he liked this mare. She was pretty easy to talk to and seemed to have lots of good ideas. It was interesting just where in life one found a like mind.

Kokoro smiled and drank her juice. "You probably get this question a lot, but what is the king like? I don't get to hear about the city much less court. I'd imagine it would be glamorous."

Shahram smiles, "Well I do love my king. He is a great stallion. Kind though at times one who really enjoy a good party. He is kind and always willing to help spread his wealth with others. Sadly he does not travel much outside his main city. I have taken on that job for him. But you are always welcome to come to the castle and meet with him when he holds court."
