Danny was busy swatting Roch for stealing all the snacks, and cuddling Amphi closer.
She just about had a heart attack when she saw the club. Monica was there. Monica was inside that building. Danny practically had a celebrity crush on the woman.
Excitedly, she bounced up and down, even with Amphi on her lap, but her arms remained in an iron grip around Amphi. "Roch you go get Monica and we'll wait here, okay!" Spoiled demonness powers activate.
She leaned in a little closer and whispered to Amphi, "We'll take the snacks while he's gone ..."

Roch looked at the two, then at the casino stairway--and shoved a package of spookies down his vest before heading out the door. Yes his ghoulfriend was cozied up to his best friend--even sitting on her lap, but as far as he could tell neither of them were into ghouls and both were taken, so hell, no biggie. Better than Danny trying to use HIM as a footrest.
He headed into the casino--and was in there for a good ten minutes before he came back out, reluctantly leading not just Monica, but Vegas as well. He didn't look very happy as the massive reaper slid into the limo across from the ghouls. Monica slid in next, leaving Roch to crawl onto Danny's chair.

Amphi looked back at Roch, then the stairway and then to the spookies he shoved in his vest.
WELL THEN SIR. LET IT BE KNOWN THAT THOSE SPOOKIES, WOULD BE THE SPOOKIES AMPHI WOULD BE GOING FOR NEXT.
She bounced in Danny's lap as well until she saw Monica AND Vegas walking out. YAY MONICA OMJACK, She was so pretty!!!!

The second Monica got in the car, Danny squealed a unusually ghouly squeal. "Monicaaaa! I missed you so much! I haven't texted you for like ... THREE DAYS!" That was serious time for two bffs.
When Vegas trailed in behind her, Danny noticed Amphi was doing something weird with her hands.
So she copied.

"Both of you now?" Vegas demanded, sounding as if he would burst out in laughter. "Hey now, what have you been tellin' these ghouls, boil?"
"Oh, nothin' but the truth," Roch said, reaching over and tugging Amphi off of Danny's lap and onto his own. "That you could walk through a corkscrew without touchin' the sides if you wanted."
"Boil, you're askin' t'be spanked like a scareling," Vegas drawled.
"Oh, I am SO PROUD OF YOU!" Monica squealed, throwing herself at Amphi. "My little scarelings are all growing up so fast! An actual HOB!"

Amphi's hand was already busy reaching into Roch's vest for the bag of spookies when Monica pulled her into a hug. Like a eager child, she outstretched her arms and hugged Monica tight. Once let go, she pulled out her phone and held it up for the undead ghoul.

All at once Amphi was snatched from her, and then Roch was talking to Vegas and Amphi was talking to Monica ...
So Danny just sort of sat there with a goofy smile on her face and enjoyed the festivities.
"Vegas you should play your piano thing for Amphi at the Scary Queen!"

"No, that will have to wait," Vegas said, taking up most of his bench chair as he sprawled his legs out in front of him. "When a boil like Roch brings out his weapon in public people just look at him funny, darklin, but when a full grown grim reaper like me does, well, it causes a bit of... panic."
Roch took the phone, reading the comment as he tried to cover his spookies with his hand--they were his!! "Hey now!" he said, distracted by the text. "I'm NOTHIN' like that guy!" he protested, pointing at Vegas. "Abso-jackin' lutely NOTHING LIKE HIM!"
"No... she's got a point," Monica said. "You two do have a lot in common."

No Roch, You couldn't hide the spookies from Amphi!! She bapped him on the chest when he took her phone and narrowed her eyes, taking it back to type the message.Quote: Yes you are! Before anyone in the car could protest such a stupid action, Danny hopped on to Vegas' lap and grabbed his shoulders, putting his face inches from hers. "Please please please Vegas pretty pleaseeee. I'll beat up anyone who gives you mean looks, I promise!"
The worst part was that she really would.

"Vegasss," Monica said softly, but with a hint of warning.
"It's like another grandkid, darklin," Vegas said out of the side of his mouth. "Now, Danny," he told her, one large hand on her back, "there'll be too much noise at the Scary Queen for me to properly play. Especially if I summon my full weapon. There wouldn't be any room to sit," he exaggerated.
Roch gaped at the phone, and when he couldn't come up with anything to argue with, he started tickling her as punishment for suggesting such a thing. "Take it back," he said, hitting one of her most ticklish spots. "I'm a good upstandin' part of society!"
He almost said it with a straight face.

Amphi chuckled as Danny went to Vegas's lap and noddedher head. She'd beat up anybody who'd say anything mean too! Don't worry Vegas!! Amphi and Danny got your backs...even if the mermaid was also WATCHING YOU.
She had almost successfully won the war though with Roch as she narrowed her eyes. A quick grin came as he said nothing and her fingers were quick at work with the text that was coming up.
The phone dropped as he started to tickle her, making her squirm. She just about thrashed when he hit one of her more sensitive spots, limbs flying all over....mostly into Roch.
Probably and unfortunately for the Reaper, a lot of elbows and headbutts were HIS punishment for tickling. SORRY ROCH, ITS NEVER SAFE TO TICKLE A GIRL.Chimarii Sorry guys, With recovering from kidney stones AND still managing to work everyday from 2 to 11, I really haven't had a break QAQ TAKE THIS PATHETIC TAG IN FORGIVENESS ILU <3

"What if I got everyone to stop talking?" she begged. Danny desperately wanted Vegas to play his super neat mega awesome instrument, and she'd quite gladly burn a few buildings to get him to do it. "I'll tell everyone to stop and listen so they will, okay?"
Then Amphi started giggling and she opened her mouth to reprimand Roch, but ... it looked like Amphi was getting in a few punches and elbows herself. Maybe too much time with Danny? No, couldn't be.
So instead she turned to Monica and said, "Awww, can't you tell him to, Monica? Please please please?"

"Danny, if Vegas doesn't want to scare people, he doesn't have to," Monica said firmly. "And Roch, stop tickling the poor little ghoul!"
Roch laughed, hugging the mermaid more to stop her from headbutting him than anything else.
"Well would you look at that, we're there," Vegas said as the limo pulled to a stop. "Let's go get your eye scream and cake." And he prodded Danny to get off his lap.

Amphi nodded. If Vegas didn't want to do something then it was better not to force him! She could see his giant FEAR reaper weapon some other time!
She pushed Roch's face away and bounded out of the car with super human speed. Obviously the mermaid was after one thing.

yes the sweets. She was inside and at the bar staring at all the wonders of candy and sweets and ice cream and cake. When the rest of the crew joined, she pointed at all the things and smiled at them.
LETS GET IT ALL~ seemed to be her message.
