Mara turned on the water and started filling the basin built into the floor of the room. She found some bowls filled with rose petals and other assorted perfumed flowers and added them to the water. "Okay, bath's ready!" she called out, as she splashed into the warm water and waited for the other girls to join her.

"Oh the water smells wonderful," said Bunnie as she lowered herself into the water.

"Yes, I found some rose petals and such to add to it," said Mara, as she moved over for the others to join them. She was enjoying herself so much, she would have spent the whole night in the bath had it not been for the party they were to attend later.

They splashed and played in the water for a while and then it was time to get out so they would be dry in time for the party. Mara started grooming her tail and ruff as the others did the same. Bunnie helped wherever she was needed and before long, all four girls were clean and perfumed. Mara heard someone knocking on doors out in the hall and went to investigate. She opened the door and saw one of the servants at Bunnie's door. "Oh, she's in here," she called to the woman. "Actually, we're all in here if you are looking for us." The woman informed her that dinner was being served, and that she had been sent to show them the way. Mara turned back to the other saying, "Well girls, it's dinner time, and we have a guide. Come on. Let's not keep the prince's and princess waiting." She waited for them to walk into the hall then closed the door to her room behind her. "Lean on," she said to the woman.
