As the second division captain began to talk, Eunae realized just how many people were in her office. These three, and Virgo - who still had yet to say a word. They were all talking so fast that she found she literally could not respond to all of them. She opened her mouth to reply to the third division captain and say that Captains had a duty to their squad and couldn't just leave willy-nilly when the eighth division captain, who was still shirtless, brought up going to the world of the living after finishing work. Before she could say that regardless of orders that wouldn't be wise, Pendragon brought in two more people and then mentioned that it was just off-limits to new captains. To this, Eunae would have replied that her predecessor had been Kenpachi for years and he didn't leave because he owed his presence to his loyal men. It was another feat that irked Eunae about the second division: the apparent shortage of dedication and loyalty to everyone that was surprisingly strong in the eleventh division. As rowdy as her division was, most of them would die for each other so long as they wouldn't sully either person's honor. However, she did not say any of this. Still standing with her teapot, Eunae simply left to fill the pot with the spout just outside of her office.
The spout was just below the window of her office, and so Eunae pressed herself close to the wall so that she would not be visible should any of them look for her. Then, she sunk down and took a moment to regain herself. Her division was starting to wake up, and she saw a half-asleep division member tiredly drag himself across the hall most likely with a terrible hangover. In spite of trying to stay hidden, Eunae politely greeted him, "Good morning," she said cheerily, to be greeted with a tired and somewhat angry groan. "Why is there so much talking this early in the morning..." he grumbled the hypothetical question, rubbed his eyes, and dragged himself back to the barracks. Eunae sighed a little. These were the people she wanted to like her, not the assemblage of captains inside of her office. And the more the sort like those captains came by and Eunae wasn't able to stand up for herself and kick them out, the less her squad thought of her. "Ohhhh why did I kill Kenpachi? He was so much better of an eleventh division captain than me..." The young Kenpachi sighed dramatically and sat down next to the waterspout.

Yuriko sighed softly, realizing the truth and merit to the words that had been spoken by the 11th division captain. She figured it would be best to move on. She decided to go back to her Division's quarters, as she silently nudged Hiroshi. She then proceded out the door as she took off in Shunpo.

Hiroshi having been nudged looked at her in confusion and then understood, he silently got up and walked into a shunpo taking off after her.

Aerik could feel the emotions emanating from every corner of the room. And from each body. He watched as the Kenpachi excused herself. And then as the other Captains began to leave. It was a short visit. But Aerik could still feel the emotions lingering. He looked to the silent Lieutenant. This man may eventually open up, but his Captain might break down before then. He dismissed his two men with a wave of his hand, and folded his haori around his arm. He shot a second quick glance to the lieutenant before disappearing after the Kenpachi. He heard her speaking to someone, and found it was a member of her squad. Aerik smiled as he passed, and looked down at the Kenpachi, immediately slumping down beside her. "Being a Captain is a responsibility like no other. It has its failings, but it also has its rewards. You are a Captain of the Gotei 13, and you command the respect of all those around you. Your men look up to you. Many others will seek your hand. Many will seek to kill you. Some to bed you, others to play little games to screw around with you." He said, touching her nose with his index finger and grinning like a madman before pulling it away. "But each and every one of those people, whether they be individuals, or just one person. They will respect you."

Seeing the second division captain was not what Eunae needed. She began to stand just as the other sat, causing her to cringe just a bit. Without even looking, she knew that the others had left, and honestly she was glad for it. But he was still here. Suddenly, he launched into this tirade about the duties of a Captain, causing the blood to rise to Eunae's face. What could a coward of the second division possibly know about respect? Once he finished, Eunae ground her teeth together, suddenly seeming to change her personality dramatically. "If you ever speak to me about respect again, I will shove my Zanpakuto through your throat. You have no right..." Her face was bright red with anger now. She was thinking of Kenpachi now, and Pendragon's presence just felt like it was sullying his name. "The stealth corps has no place here. Leave." Not waiting to see what the second division captain would do, Eunae turned her back to him and returned to the inside of her office to finish her paperwork. Virgo was still standing there, having said extremely little. "Virgo, you can just stay in here to redo your paperwork... it'll be easier to deliver faster if we don't have to walk back and forth between our offices to gather the papers."

Aerik was insulted. And had never been more so in his life. All Aerik wanted was a bit of fun in the soul society. But instead his honor is sullied, and he is disrespected by a younger Captain, whom he had hoped to make as a rival, and a friend. But that was gone. Aerik's Reiryoku began to crush the area around them. "How dare you... You... b***h!" Aerik still had to retain a calm head, despite his anger. His hand came out, as reiatsu particles gathered around it. "Hadou Number Four." And his palm came forwards. "White Lightning." a blast of intense energy surged from Aerik's palm, crashing through the room, tearing through the walls, and lightning the ceiling on fire. "Does Seniority mean nothing to you? I'm going to teach you a lesson." This was it. Aerik lightly tossed his Captain's Haori on the ground next to him.. Now... Now he was ready for a fight.

Despite how terrifying it was to have a blast of energy shot at her back, Eunae maintained her composure and did not flinch as the room began to crumble around her. Normally, she wouldn't have said any of those things, but the thought occurred to her: what would Kenpachi do? She wasn't her predecessor, but that didn't mean she had to be a pushover. If there was one thing Kenpachi taught her, it was honor in battle made a man. The second division did not take honor in battle as Eunae was taught, and therefore she wouldn't let herself be given lectures on respect by them. Simple as that. The blood of her predecessor on her hands earned her respect... her only problem was that she wanted them to like her more, which would only happen by standing up for herself. The young Kenpachi stood, noting all of her completely destroyed paperwork. She would not give this man the fight he wanted - not only was he not worth her time, but fights among Captains would weaken the Gotei 13. Her previous threat was just her blowing wind, and she admitted it to herself: she was upset and wanted to give some sort of extreme statement, and it seemed like something Kenpachi would have said. But imagine if invaders came right as they were at each others throats; as powerful as they may be, as long as they were not invulnerable gods (which actually seems to be a possibility), they would be easier to defeat. "Virgo, I'm so sorry I didn't see what your paperwork was!" she said in apologetic exasperation as the roof was still ablaze. "I should head down to the first division headquarters to get some new papers to redo... would you join me?"

Aerik smiled as she didn't flinch. The White Lightning flew past her, exploding on her desk. "You have insulted me, Kenpachi. Your predecessor would have taken the chance to show his power. To battle a worthy opponent. But instead you weep for lost paperwork. You worry your men do not respect you? And they shouldn't. You have sullied the name of Kenpachi, and you do not have the right to bare it. Your lieutenant, a man of less words could take the position and hold its honor better than you could. I may have acted rashly in my attack. But I was right in its effect. Your men will see this place burning, and me walk from its ashes. From this day forth, you shall recieve no assistance, nor have vote from the Second Division. I will not stand by as you question my men's loyalty and their respect." Aerik turned, and began to walk away, picking up his Haori, and fitting it over himself, the symbol of the second division wavering in the light of the day. "Be well, Kenpachi." And with a single step into Shunpo, Aerik was gone.

His folly was in his mistaken judgement of her predecessor. He would not have fought a second division captain if he were the true enemy. Kenpachi would not have lifted his blade against anyone who they felt wasn't worthy and in both his eyes and Eunae's, this man was not. His nonsense about what the Kenpachi was just that - nonsense. It was like listening to an angry child, and it didn't affect Eunae at all. She already had her squads' respect, and did not worry about such. As previously stated, all she wanted was for them to like her. Most of the squad was awake by the time the second division captain left, and she could see nods of approval with her peripheral vision. Pendragon seemed far more upset than she did, and sometimes winning battles of dignity was more worthwhile than those of fighting. "Well that was strange," she said with a soft smile to her Vice-Captain.
