Genesis peered out onto the deck. Once she thought she was safe and the Wingull no longer intent on feasting upon her delicate eyes, she returned to continue the beating.

Once again Genesis sought the shelter of the shuffleboard area. No one gave her a second look -- apparently, this was a common tactic.

That was quick, but she wouldn't be chased away for long! Genesis dug around for the flamethrower, but for some reason, none thought to bring one into the middle of the ocean, and she went back with only air in her fists.

Fleeing took the two to the opposite side of the deck to the shuffleboard area. Catching their breathes, Cetus approached the game. Dumping the body of the Wingull into someone's bag, the grunt yipped up at the chance of another game and beckoned Mat along. "I could go for a game. Watch that thing, will ya?"
Mat turned to the Wingull and nodded his head, taking a seat against a wall as Cetus went off to play. Cetus got on line to and when her turn came up, she dropped the disk onto the deck and swept it over the scoreboard with the poker-thingy.

And one final time to obtain her score. Score: 36 + Wow, your score is one of the best we've seen! Here, take one  Enigma Berry! You might as well have  this too. Not quite sure what it is for, but if it happens to be valuable, it's all yours!Who knew she was that damn good at this game? Enthralled with her triumph, Cetus graciously took the berry and familiar coin from the man. Giving him a small smile and nod in thanks, Cetus returned to her Marowak flailing her prizes around. "They ain't got anything on me," she laughed, shoving the berry and coin into her tote bag. Mat just rolled his eyes. Pointing to the Wingull, Mat pursed his lips as it began to stir. Amidst her fun, the seabird was slowly regaining consciousness. They had to get rid of it, quick. "Oh crap," Cetus cursed, grappling up the feathery body to her bosom. "Let's take it back to the poop deck before it wakes up. We'll have hell if it does."
