I put in Robin's ability, since what I wrote down in her personality seems like she's more of a pyromancer, but I'm not exactly quite sure if it works or not. She's kind of an erratic character, I'm afraid.

❥ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ:Mac has sandy blonde hair, but he enjoys dying it to fit whatever color scheme he currently enjoys wearing. Right now, It's shockingly blue, and carefully tousled, despite the fact that he almost always wears a hat. He's nearsighted, so he wears contacts, almost always of different, varying colors, but underneath, his eyes are an odd shade of grey. He has a decent quantity of freckles on his face,back, shoulders, and arms. He loves wearing numerous different types of clothing (usually bright colors) as long as his outfit includes long sleeves and a hat, and very often a handkerchief of some sort. wears a lot of collared shirts, blazers, cardigans, long coats, top hats, bowler hats,slim pants, and scarves. Enjoys layering, even in the warm seasons (he just heads for thiner layers)

❥ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ: Mac is a boy who enjoys the spotlight. He loves performing, being the center of attention, or just being noticed. He's quite friendly and outgoing, but he has no allusions as to just how difficult it is to make real friends. He may be cordial and good natured to most everyone he meets, but it will take a while and a bit of hard evidence before he actually considers someone a friend to be trusted. This mistrusting nature comes from the fact that Mac is not necessarily always to be trusted himself. That is to say, he has an agenda, and certainly isn't beyond a little underhanded manipulation to get something he wants. When he does make friends, he is stubbornly loyal, attempting to help them out even in situations where they may not exactly want his help (as his help can be a little destructive and disruptive... most always).

❥ｔａｌｅｎｔｓ:Sleight of hand - Is quite skilled with a large number of card and parlor tricks, I.E. Spraying confetti out of his sleeves, Making objects disappear and reappear in unfortunate places, appearing to remove his tongue.

Escape artist - good at undoing knots, picking less complicated locks (handcuffs and older doors) and solving combinations to padlocks.

❥ｂｉｏ:Mac Macphee, born Marian Brundy, was the child of Marian and Nicodemus Brundy, a pair of quite talented magicians who traveled as one of the main acts of a large carnival. Sadly, their days as a magical duo ended the day their son's birth, as the mother Marian died in labor. Grief stricken, Nicodemus named the child after her, despite his being a boy, and began to raise him while still working as a carnival Magician. And so it was that the young Marian grew up, playing with the children of the other carnies and learning from the teacher they had travel with them.

As he got older, his father grew more distant, spending less and less time with his son and more and more time absorbed in his work. He was trying to develop the ultimate escape act, one to rival the classic artists like houdini, but in doing so, he began neglecting his duties as a father. It came to pass that the only way young Marian could garner his father's attention was by learning and performing magic tricks for him. His father would either congratulate him on a job well done, or shake his head and show him how to do it right. Either way, brief as it might be, it was the attention from his father that Marian craved. For years this continued, with Marian learning as many different and complex tricks as he could, all to pry his father's attention away from his "project" for small patches of time. Eventually, seeing his skill, the owner of the carnival gave him his own show, dubbing him: "The Marvelous Mac Macphee," As Marian was... well, a girl's name.

Finally, when Mac was fourteen, his father completed his project. The most complicated (and seemingly dangerous) escape act to ever be pulled off by anyone ever, magician, escape artist or otherwise. The mechanics of the act are not widely known though, as Mac's father was killed during his first official attempt.

This rather put a damper on the whole project, which the carnival quickly scrapped. Now, fourteen year old Marian was left with no parents, and while there were several families who traveled with the carnival who were more than willing to take care of him, his father's will stated that his brother in law, mother Marian's brother was to become Marian's guardian should anything ever happen to him.

Matthias Flamel, Marian soon found, would be one of the best things to ever happen to his life. Rambunctious, a little rough around the edges, but wholeheartedly dedicated to his new responsibility, Matthias took his nephew under his wing gladly. It was there, in Matthias's strange house cluttered with fascinating odds and ends that Marian discovered a secret about his heritage. According to Matthias, the Flamel's were an old, OLD, family known for their magical aptitude. This had nothing to do with how well Marian performed his "magic tricks", but his mother... well, that was a different story.

Marian now attends the Resonance Skies Academy, as his uncle believed that a learning environment surrounded by the magically empowered of his own age range would be much more beneficial to him than being tutored by an eccentric middle aged man living in a cluttered and slightly too thin house.



❥ｅｘｔｒａ ｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎ:Mac hates rabbits due to having his right hand brutally assaulted by an unspayed male during the mating season. He was trying to pull it out of a hat... and still has the scars to prove it.

I honestly....am not sure about this character. She doesn't make a lot of sense because she's both 'gentle' and 'caring' but has this horribly vicious temper that makes her throw desks at people. While I know people can be multifaceted, gentle and violent are a little two opposite end of the spectrum. I think you need to pull back and decide if you want to play a gentle, protective character or someone vicious and mean because right now she's trying to be both and it kind of is too contradictory? You may want to tone her temper down to reasonable levels if you want her to be nice and caring most of the time.

Her flirting is okay but please do remember there is no love at first sight so you need to keep it to just flirting and not instantly making out with or being in love with anyone. =3 I noticed there are lots of other references to wanting a stalker, wanting romance, looking for her prince--so, again, make sure there is no instant-romance, please. As a flirt, be sure she flirts with all the boys equally. =)

For her sneak skill, please be sure not to overuse or abuse this. For one thing, it can get really frustrating when a character is constantly sneaking around as if no one can see them. Really, anyone can move along quietly; it doesn't take a lot of skill. Secondly, there are multiple stealth spells and it's going to undermine every character who ends up with them if your girl can do the same thing without magic. So make sure this skill is just normal sneaking around and that it's not abused. (Sorry--I am paranoid about this because I have RPed with someone who abused having her character sneak around and it was really irritating to have her constantly assume our characters were so unobservant she could be right behind them without them noticing. So I tend to always cringe when I see abilities like this).

Her 'talents' to me...seem a little...well, she cooks better than a chef, can use any gun 'from large to small' and can sneak around unseen and pick pockets. Please tone these down just a little. ^_^; There's no reason for her to be the best at everything in this RP.

I'm not going to count poor driving as a flaw just because given the setting, she will probably never drive in the RP so it's unlikely to ever come up. Please try to find another flaw from the flaws list.

Please quote me when you've fixed her talents and flaws and made her personality more cohesive.

❥ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅ:Peter stands at about 5'11" and is incredibly thin--unhealtily so. He has unruly black hair and gray eyes, and tends to wear a lot of silver jewelry. He dresses fairly nicely, but his clothes don't quite manage to disguise that he's a really thin guy.

❥ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ:Peter is, basically, an apathetic, self centered jerk. Sardonic and cynical, he doesn't put a lot of faith his fellow Humans. Every stupid thing the people around him do just convinces him further that Humanity is a doomed race and people aren't worth his time. He cares about nothing but himself and has been on his own, looking out for himself for so long, he doesn't really know how to open up to others (nor does he want to). He doesn't go out of his way to help people unless there's something in it for him and, in general, is just a selfish arse. He cares about things more than people and he really just doesn't get sappy emotional stuff at all.

✖ apathetic - he really doesn't care about anything or anyone. Social issues, the troubles of other people, none of that matters to him at all.

❥ｂｉｏ:Peter was born to a hooker in the city. He has no idea who his father is and never knew his mother as he was abandoned in a dumpster and promptly found by a crazy bag lady. It's a wonder he ever managed to survive. He was raised in a hovel in a small shanty town under a bridge, and grew up scrounging for food and trying to get buy.

The woman who raised him was pretty much off her rocker and managed to convince Peter he was a monster that would kill anyone he touched. He grew up never having experienced any sort of physical affection at all and with a deep rooted fear of being touched by other people. The woman would deck him out in silver jewelry to suppress his 'monster side' and refuse to let him leave their little town of broken down huts.

It wasn't until Peter was about fifteen that the city finally came in and tore down the shanty town, relocating its homeless to shelters. The woman who had raised him, and probably the only person he had cared about, was relocated to a home for the mentally inept. Peter, being a minor, was taken to an orphanage. His story got him quite a lot of press and he was, shockingly adopted to a well to do older couple who wanted to 'reform' and educate him.

Two years later and Peter, while not really convinced (completely) that he's still a monster, still refuses to take off his silver jewlery and still carries his deep loathing of being touched. He's been to countless hours of therapy, with therapists who gave up on him after a few weeks and really just doesn't care to 'get better.'

He is grateful for having been rescued and, while he generally doesn't give a rat's arse about anyone but himself, feels a least a little responsibility to the couple who took him in so he at least tries to avoid causing them trouble. Then again, he knows if he causes too much trouble, they may send him away and he definitely doesn't want that. Though his attitude problems are considered by professionals to be a coping mechanism, and his refusal to take off his silver jewelry, the result of years of trauma and abuse, Peter doens't particularly angst about his past.

It is what it is. Moping about the years of absolute suckage aren't going to change anything. One thing he's convinced of from all those years, though, is that people don't give a damn about one another; so he's not going to either. He was sent to Resonance Skies in the hope sthat being in a normal environment might help him recover.



❥ｅｘｔｒａ ｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎ:Peter is pretty good at dodging, hiding and generally protecting himself from getting hurt. Though he frequently pisses people off, he's also really good at worming his way out of trouble.

Though he dislikes people in general and rarely cares for others, it's not impossible for him to develop a sort of fondness for certain individuals. But his ability to feel empathy toward others, or anything else, is pretty much severely stunted.
