Then it was Hel’s turn to stare.
Mot was out in public. Shirtless. No shirt on.
Shirtless.
She could see his chest.
Hel just kept on staring for a long while before she finally registered that Mot was talking. “…Cool….oh…ya…ya, it is…it is very refreshing indeed.” She was still staring.

Hel was staring at him. That self consciousness came back, making Mot frown and tug nervously on his hair. "W-why are you staring? Do I really look that ridiculous?" He wasn't expecting instant body after only a few days of training but.. still.
Gosh, he must look like a white painted stick bobbling in the water..

“….I am staring because I am impressed you are not wearing a shirt in public…”
Hel raised her brows, staring harder. “…No, Mot, you do not look ridiculous…you never look ridiculous.” She finally grinned and looked up at his face now. “I think you should go around shirtless more often~ It is a feast for my eyes.” She giggled, and then started to swim now, just puttering around in the water.

"Oh.." Impressed? Made sense, seeing as Mot buried himself in layers most of the time. It took a lot to get him to show off anything.
He smiled at what he took for a compliment, blushing at her silly suggestion. "A feast?" He chuckled shyly, his eyes averting momentarily as he treaded water. "Ah.. no I will not be ripping off my shirt in public for anything other than swimming.. or if it is on fire."
A pause.
"Do not light my shirts on fire, Hel."

Hel laughed again as she swam around, and then snapped her fingers. “Oh, Jack damn, Mot, just ruin all my plans!” She started to swim in a circle around him. “I hope you are getting hungry too! I know I am! I saw some stands along the boardwalk…like one that sold barbequed meat on a stick!”
The reaper looked like she could start salivating at any moment.

Mot laughed, watching and turning as Hel circled him like a predator. "Believe it or not, I actually am a little bit hungry." Mot admitted, treading water and spinning as he watched Hel swim. Mac's training not only meant to train his body, because of it it made him hungry, and it made him sleep.
Funny what a lot of constant physical activity would do. Slowly but surely, Mot might turn into a healthy scareling.

“Oh ho?” Hel echoed, stopping to tread water again as she looked at him. “Mot says he is hungry…? What is this world coming to!?” She was simply teasing though, and grinned, pleased. “Well, if that is the case, how about we swim back to shore and get back on the pier, ya? Dry and get our clothes?”
She hummed a bit, waiting.

Mot laughed, smiling bashfully. Yes, Mot being hungry was indeed strange. About as strange as him almost falling asleep on the train. "Okay. Let's do that." Mot nodded with a grin, swimming back as quickly as he could, just for the extra exercise.
Once he got to the pier he began climbing up to get back onto the board walk.

Hel swam back to a certain extent, but then latched into one of the pier support beams and started to scale it.
She met Mot at the top, grinning as she pulled herself up onto the platform and skipped down the rest of the way to where they stashed their clothes…except she sprawled out on her back on the wood and started to sun dry. “…Mot?” The ghoul questioned, her brows furrowing as she scrutinized the cowboil upside down. “…Have you been…training…?”

Mot smiled proudly as Hel scaled the support beams. She was such a strong ghoul. Mot always admired her energy and drive. He walked behind her as she skipped off, deciding to sit beside her as she lay sprawled on the walkway.
"Hm?" He murmured as she spoke his name. Her question had him looking down at her curiously. Surely it didn't show yet physically he'd been training. It had only been a few days. "Yeah I have.. did Mac say something?" He asked curiously.

The reaper rolled as Mot sat beside her, and sprawled out across his lap, stretching, only to pause and just stare.
“…Are you…training with Mac?” WOAH. This just set off all kinds of things in her head. Mot was okay with training with him, really? Mot was training, period? “…Huh…I guess it makes sense…I hear you two out in the hall in the morning…” She then grinned a bit. “Does Mac have you rowing a boat or what?” Wait, wait, wait…Mac never said anything about training Mot…maybe this had something to do with that thing he wasn’t telling her about.
HMMM.

"Yeah, I am.." He said with a wry smile. He still didn't like him, but that was part of the reason his training was effective.
"No. He has me running around the entire campus in the morning, and then spars or sessions in the fitness room. All before classes. It is exhausting, and mac is ruthless. .. that is what makes it effective. It is hard.. but if I don't push myself, I will never improve, right?"

“Oh…I see…” Hel’s brows furrowed in thought before she nodded her head firmly. “That is true! That is the point of training, Mot, to push yourself and your body to its limit and beyond…” She trailed off for a moment. “…Ya know, if you truly are serious about this…Shun is very, very good to train with as well! Ah…not for Parkour for you, though.” She chuckled. “I mean…I think Parkour would aid you greatly in being a Boogeyman…but…if Mac has you running and sparring…Shun would be good for you for things like push ups, crunches, sit-ups and all that! I go do that exercise with him often, in addition to Parkour…”
Hel smiled up at him, lacing her fingers behind her head. “It is very straightforward and good for the entire body!” Hel failed to mention that it was strenuous, intense, and non stop. Shun set a grueling pace when they trained, and she loved it.

Mot looked down at her as she lay there on his lap, a hand lifted to brushed his wet bangs back from dripping down on her. "Shun? Hm.." Mot considered this. As someone looking to improve himself it would be best to look at all areas of improvement from diverse teachers. Still, he was already sore and tired from only a few days with mac. Adding Shun to the equation seemed like suicide.
"Parkour would be beneficial.. but perhaps at a later stage in my development." Mot said with a chuckle.
"That is nothing! My first day with mac, he made me jog at such a vigorous pace and refused to let me slow down even one moment." Mot insisted, believing Mac must be the meanest trainer ever. "He calls me Princess if I whine."

After a moment, and still reclining across Mot’s lap, Hel was pulling off her bloomers like it wasn’t a big thing. She then wrung them off to the side, getting rid of the excess water. “Pssssst, Mot. See? My panties match my bra. Very nice, ya?” She grinned widely.
“Ya! I really think it would be, too! If someone was getting away, you would be able to chase them!” Now, Hel was just imagining Mot’s sweet a** flying over a brick wall. Hehe. Hel listened to Mot…and tried to be supportive but ah…she snorted with amusement. “…Um…hmmm…Mot…screech heart…that is nothing. I jog around the school every day, in addition to push ups and sit ups, parkour training, and what I do with Shun…and that is not including the shenanigans I get into after my training in the morning…heh…” She wrung out her bloomers again. “Do not whine, and then he will not call you Princess.”
