I would love a recipe. I would love a dessert. Something maybe fruity? I love peaches, strawberries, and apples. Or, maybe something with coconut or marshmallows? Idk, but dessert sounds yummy.
I have a really good casserole that I will share with you. I really like it with tuna, but it's really good with chicken as well.
I do not have a name for it since my BFF and I made this casserole up. What I love about this casserole is the flexibility to make it your own. I am giving you a list of main ingredients as well as optional ones and you can pick and choose what you want.
Ingredients:
1 package egg noodles 2 cans of creamed style corn 1 can of tuna or chicken (I am not a fan of canned chicken, so using leftover chicken breast is great! Basically pre-cook the chicken plain and then shred it for the casserole.) 1 package cheddar cheese
Optional 1/2 package of frozen vegetables (green beans, peas, carrots mix) 1 cup corn flakes or french fried onion (for garnish)
Pre-heat oven at 375. Cook noodles as directed on package (cook frozen vegetables now if you choose to use them as well). Fold in creamed corn, meat, and/or vegetables. In 9 inch round casserole dish (you can use a casserole pan as well) place in the noodle mixture. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Top with cheese, corn flakes, or french fried onions. Bake for another 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and topped browned.
That's pretty much it! Pretty simple and yummy! =D Cook times may vary as well. That's how I bake it, but you can determine for yourself how long it needs to cook. Sometimes it may cook longer depending on how much stuff is in the casserole. Maybe even 25-30 minutes. Just cook until its hot. Meat should be pre-cooked, so you are just heating up the casserole.

Fresh Strawberry Fool 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 8 ounce carton lemon yogurt 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries or 2 cups fresh blueberries 1/2 cup coarsely crumbled shortbread cookies (5 cookies) 1. Beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer or rotary beater until soft peaks form. By hand, fold in yogurt and half of the berries. 2. Spoon some of the whipped mixture into the bottom of 10-ounce individual glasses. 3. Top each with some of the remaining berries, the rest of the whipped cream mixture, and then the rest of the berries. If you wish, cover and chill up to 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with the crumbled cookies. ~ Whatcha think??

I'm studying to be a pastry chef and i love baking also! one of my favorite things to bake is White Chocolate-Strawberry Crème Brûlée! it's fun to bake and everyone has a smile on their face when they eat it!
recipe:
8 large egg yolks 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups heavy cream 3/4 cup granulated sugar, plus 8 teaspoons 4 ounces chopped white chocolate 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced strawberries
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 8 (1 cup) ramekins in a large roasting pan; fill roasting pan with enough hot water to come halfway up sides of ramekins.
In a large bowl, whisk together yolks and vanilla until combined. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, bring cream and 3/4 cup sugar to a simmer, whisking frequently; remove pan from heat and gradually whisk hot cream into yolks until well combined. Whisk in white chocolate until melted and smooth. Divide strawberries into each ramekin; pour cream mixture on top.
Bake 40-45 minutes, or until just set. Transfer ramekins to a wire rack and cool 30 minutes before transferring to refrigerator to chill completely - about 2 hours.
When ready to serve, sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over each custard, brûlée using a torch, and serve.
Makes 8 servings
I hope you enjoy baking it if you do! (:

an alfredo-pasta mix, broiled salmon with topping/dip, what we call "congealed blood" but it's a jello-pudding mix so nothing gross, orange pancakes and syrup....and that's all the ones off the top of my head, the last two are from a cookbook and all of them are freaking delicious. if you're curious about one of them just let me know and i'll get it up here
