Nothing seemed to happen, but as she tapped across the corner Feddle came bounding to greet her. She scratched behind his ears and came to the main hallway junction. The elegant doors to the garden were opened wide, being blown by the wind. Annowre rushed through to the garden, and searched around with her eyes. Suddenly she spotted Seira, high atop a tree with her hair flowing in the wind wildly. She knew her friend was an Ean, but winds this strong weren't good for anyone. "Seira!" She called as loud as she could, and the walls around the garden echoed her yelling. (Oh thats fine! I just responded yesterday :3)

Over the roar of the wind, Seira heard her friends' call and glanced down, seeing her far below. She smiled briefly, giving a small wave as a signal that she was okay, before facing the oncoming storm once more. It was then that the first droplets of rain began to pelt down, feeling like little needles prickling the skin. She knew that she couldn't stay up there for much longer, seeing as how the rain, even though the clouds were a few miles off, the smaller dark gray clouds were beginning to sprinkle, and by the time they passed, the main storm would be upon them.
Thinking quickly, Seira carefully stepped down on the tree branches, acting as though the branches were steps down a staircase. Seeing as how she could no longer get any lower on the tree, she crouched down and jumped the rest of the way, which was only about 5 feet. Landing softly she put her flats back on and smiled wearily at her friend.
"Sorry if I worried you, Annowre... I was just..." She gave a meek shrug, feeling a bit down. "You know me..." She finished weakly, smiling up at her. She felt as if her friend would now trully hate her, as most of the other royals did, because of her non-royal behavior. After a moment's pause, she sighed and said quickly, and seriously, "I need to get home, before the storm hits. I need to make sure everyone is safe. I'm sorry I have to cut this visit short..."

Annowre Annowre laughed to Seira's surprise. Not a muffled, amused laugh like most royals used, but a loud, real laugh. She knew how Seira felt more than anyone. She too was a wild child inside, just...better at hiding it. "Oh Seira, I'm just glad you're fine," She hugged the Ean Queen. "I understand if you must get home now. But what about transportation? I myself have no guards at the moment. I can't have you go alone..." She said with concern. A maid waved urgently from the doorway. Annowre and Seira walked inside, heads down with the wind howling in their ears like moaning ghosts. "Miss...there is a man and woman at the front gate who wish to see Queen Seira!" She announced in a small voice. Annowre shut the large oak doors. "Thank you Violet, I will see to them immediently." She motioned for Seira to follow as they headed to the main hall.

Almas gulped as he approached the castle. There was a storm brewing, and he didn't want himself, Havi, and his horse out in it. As he rode up to the front gate, he could only imagine that his prayers had been answered as the gates swung open and allowed them passage. "Hello! I am Guard of the Ean Castle, Almas Ferrison and this is my associate, Halliviere Valquien, Blacksmith of Ean! We came in search of Her Majesty Queen Seira! Might we seek audience with Her Highness Queen Annowre?" He spoke, for once, like the professional he was.

~Such a beautiful thing…
As Halliviere rode behind Almas on the horse, it was quite easy to see her disdain. She was not very used to riding horseback and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Looking up at the sky, she spotted her second cause for discomfort. Though she did enjoy a good storm, that was most certainly not while she was out during it. Glancing down to her shoulder, her third cause of strife lay clinging to her shoulder in fear. She reached one hand over to sooth poor Rook. Her calming gesture was interrupted, however, when she was startled by Almas's sudden outcry. She was honestly shocked that he could manage to sound like a diplomat.

Seira was definitely surprised by Annowre's reaction, but felt a massive wave of relief as she was not judged by one of her close friends. At that moment, a maid waved at them urgently, and beckoned them over. Following the Faoil Queen, she heard, to her surprise, that there were two people looking for her. She held in her oncoming outburst of surprise and bit her tongue, following the Faoil Queen once more towards the front of the castle.

Annowre Annowre and Seira found Hallivere and Almas waiting in the throne room. " You two are here for Seira?" She asked as they entered through the large doors. Annowre's throne was covered with rabbit-fur blankets, but she rarely used it for offical buisness. She stood in the middle of the room to join the two with Seira at her side.

Kira looked around the hall way partially wake but mostly half asleep. ...And I will forever keep my people safe even in the cold of our winters."

Noelle left her window and put Zoe down on the floor, the puppy running around her feet the minute her tiny little paws touched the ground. She walked down the hall and stopped when she saw her uncle-by-marrage outside the throne room.

Almas walked up with the confident stride of a royal guard. He came up in front of the Faoil Queen and kneeled. "Yes, Your Highness, that I am. Have you heard any word of her lately? I fear for her safety and, with this storm brewing, I dare not let her remain out alone for too much longer. My companion and I have come in hopes of her swift return." He motioned to Halliviere before bowing his head humbly.

From Halliviere's position behind Almas, she kneeled as well. "Aue, Your Graciousness, I have, indeed, traveled with Sir Ferrison in hopes of retrieving the Queen of Ean before the situation becomes dangerous. We humbly request any information you have on her whereabouts." She took off her hat as she bowed her head, Rook rolling off her shoulder onto the floor, and yapped as only an infant animal could in such a situation.

╚══════════════╝ Seira smiled softly and stepped out from behind the Faoil Queen. "I was wondering where all of my royal guards had gone... There's a storm coming, and we need to get home before-" It was then that she noticed Halliviere, and a bright smile broke out on her face. "Hal! Oh, it's so good to see you!!" She ran over, completely bypassing her new royal guard and practically tackling her friend, hugging her tightly. "How is your business doing? Is your shop okay? Are you okay? It's sooo good to see you!!"

Halliviere let out a cheerful laugh as she was hugged by her friend. "Hi, Seira, I am glad you are safe. When your guard asked me to help him search for you, I was rather worried." She dramatically moved her hands to her forehead as if trying to massage away a massive headache. "Business is good. Actually, that guy bought quite a bit from me." She motioned to the forgotten guard. "Also...there was this green Ean...she had been injured, but she asked me to forge her a sword from one she already had. Pity, she intended to throw the beauty away before I offered to reforge it instead of create an entirely new one. But she never returned for it..." Halliviere got a confused look before snapping back to attention. "So, what brings you all the way out here....and in this storm too! You should know better." She waggled her finger like a chastising mother.

Poor Almas could only stand there and watch as he was completely ignored. 'Even the kit is getting more recognition than me..." he thought as he watched Rook roll about on the floor. When he saw how friendly they were and not even paying attention to his presence, he gave into temptation and pouted, breaking his professionalism. (Insert forever alone face) 'Or maybe...the Queen is actually really angry with me right now and only acting friendly because when we return I will be punished by the Head Guard!' Almas visibly paled and was glad he hadn't been noticed.
