The next morning Aiden is down in the main area of the B and B. The kids are gone today and he's alone. Sitting at a booth he works on the menus. His tails are on either side of him, laying on the seat. Whistling while he works, he's still fairly quiet.

Tsuki blinked awake to her surroundings. For a minute she wasn't sure where she was until she remembered what had happened the night before. She let out a sigh as she put her black sneakers on. She had taken her jacket off before going to sleep and was only wearing a half sleeved white t-shirt with black jeans from the night before. She let out a sigh and quietly opened the door to her room. Closing the door behind her, she moved down the steps, her ears flicking for sound. She noted that the boy who was at the counter yesterday was awake and working.
Huh... Wonder what he's up to...
Her golden eyes scanned over him and she noted two tails instead of one. The way she stood, close to the stairs and farther away from the boy showed distrust.
"Morning."
Tsuki said, her voice calm and clear as she made her self be known.

Aiden hears her leave her room and come downstairs. He stops whistling and looks up now. "Morning, how did you sleep? Would you like anything to eat or drink?" Glancing back down at the menu he adds one more thing and puts it away for now. "I've been updating the menu, but we do have anything you could want. I aim to please." Smiling at her, he waits for her responses now. He had hoped staying over would help her relax a bit. But he still senses distrust and discomfort in her.

Tsuki's golden eyes flashed at the mention of breakfast.
"Water. And meat. Raw, if you will. Thanks."
Tsuki said, taking a seat a little ways away from the boy. Her black ears flicked as he asked her if she slept well.
"Well I slept. What about you?"

Nodding, Aiden gets up and moves towards the kitchen. "I don't sleep. But I did rest well." Pouring water for her he carries it out with a plate. Setting them on an empty table Aiden makes a thick slab of raw beef appear on it. "Does that work?" Pouring himself wine he leans behind the bar. "You're safe here, I hope you know that."

Tsuki nodded and gratitude flashed in her golden eyes as she let her wolf fangs sink into the raw meat. It reminded her of the hunt, her training, and most of all, of home. She finished the meat quite quickly and downed it off with the water, the plate clean and empty glass set on the counter. She looked at him for a moment when he said that she was safe here. Safe? She was never safe. She was a half-breed. She still remembered the taunting eyes of the villagers, the stones, and the insults. Her golden eyes looked away and she simply nodded as she let her bangs fall forward and cover her eyes.

"I'm serious. Not only would the Empress never allow anyone to be hurt, but I don't allow it. It doesn't matter who you are, where you're from, or what you are. I'm a protector, you're safe here." Trying to reassure her, Aiden smiles softly. He has no clue why she's hesitant, but it doesn't matter. "It's okay if you don't want to talk. If it's me being a male I can get one of my sisters to run things for a bit. In fact, one of them is a bit like you. She's half wolf, her other half is Dark Demon. ut she's really nice." Aiden hopes that fact won't scare Tsuki off, that Ayla's half Dark Demon. Granted so is the Empress, but you'd never know by her attitude and kindness.

Tsuki simply nodded as the boy ranted on about the Empress. However when he mentioned his sister, her black wolf ears perked up. Her golden eyes met his for a moment, as he told her that her sister was half wolf and half demon.
Half...Wolf...?
Tsuki took as step back at this, her ears flattening as if a threat had suddenly emerged out of no where.
"N...No.... I'm fine..."
Tsuki stuttered, the words seeming a bit forced. She couldn't possibly imagine what would happen if she met another half-breed. Wolves tended to be solitude, and if another wolf appeared as a threat especially... Tsuki shook her head clearing the thoughts forming in her head.

AIden wasn't ranting at all, he's not eve a little upset. When Tsuki reacts he sighs. "I promise she's not like other Dark Demons. She and Empress Lily are both nothing like them. In fact, the biggest difference between the is Ayla's half Wolf and Lily's half Kitsune like me. But my other half is regular Demon. Not that you want to hear about that I'm sure. My point was your safety. Both girls are like me, friendly and protective. Most of my sisters are. Ad I have a lot of them." Chuckling, he sips his wine. "Please sit, I really won't bite."

Tsuki blinked at him for a moment before narrowing her golden eyes at him for a moment. She sighed and looked away, letting her bangs fall forward.
"Safety... Right..."
Tsuki murmured. She glanced over at him when he said he wouldn't bite. A smile formed on her mouth at this and she took a seat.
"You sure about that?"

Aiden raises an eyebrow when she narrows her eyes. "I can't say much more to convince you of that. Especially without knowing why you don't feel safe." He chuckles at her question. "I don't bite unless asked to. And I have a wife." Finishing his wine he watches her a moment. "I was raised to treat women right. I wouldn't hurt you even if you attacked me. I'd try to restrain you, but I wouldn't hurt you."

Tsuki nodded, not wanting to speak much more on the topic. Her eyes rolled at his response to her question.
Right... The whole I would never hurt a girl treatment...
Tsuki shook her head and sighed.
"Right..."
She murmured under her breath. Not wanting to say much more.

"I'm serious, I wouldn't. Even if I wanted to my sibling and Mother would skin me alive." Laughing softly, Aiden looks around. "Would you like to meet one of my siblings?" He's trying to find something to draw her interest to. Since she won't talk he's going to try this.

When asked to meet his siblings, she shook her head.
"I'm not good with meeting people..."
She said, her golden eyes averted, her head turned away slightly.

"Ahh, so it's not just me. Well that's good to know. I just want you to feel comfortable here. Ayla's straight forward but she's very quiet, now Lily, Lily is wild and outgoing. She might not be best to meet yet. Is there anything you would like to do?" Aiden stays behind the bar, sipping his wine.
