she picked herself up and brushed off the dirt. In a way she wished she had her arm wraps, but she didn't mind the dirt. It just showed how hard one worked. She stepped on top of a rock and jumped onto the next one. She held her arms out and balanced herself on top the rock. I think I'm getting the hang of this...

Miyako bent at her knees and preparedto jump. Swinging her arms back and forthe she took the leap and landed gracefully on the rock. This was deifinitely going to be worth it. She could already feel it helping her movements. If she was quick and agile on her feet, she would be harder to hit. Almost like a dance.

She quickly jumped to the next one and landed on it with one foot. She smiled at her accomplishment. Now she was jumping on rocks on one foot? Wait till mom hears about this! There's no way she'll believe this! She checked her feet to make sure they both on the rock before she took her next leap.

Miyako was in the air and she could already see it. She jumped too high and tripped over the top and fell to the ground. She went tumbling forward and landed on her face. She coughed and caught her breath and wiped the front of her t-shirt off. She would need to clean it out when they stopped at a bath... if they stopped.

She took a big exhale and eyed up her next destination. She stepped up onto the rock and went to jump and fell back down to the ground. She punched the ground in frustration. She decided once she jumped to the next rock successfully, she would be done with this training. Besides, they had to be almost done with the girl.

Mikito had stopped and been watching the students train and fight since the beginning, and as Urza and Alucard finished with their spare, he actually gave a satisfied smile. It was different from Yuzuki's smile. Yuzuki seemed to be smirking, even when he smiled, but their new temporary instructors smile seemed, in spite of his apparently ill tempered nature the rest of the time, more earnest. "Heh...the kids have moxy...I'll give em that."




"I'm telling you Ma'am...I assure you that I'm fine... I just-"



"Aha! So this is the problem!"

Mikito looked round from watching the kids keep busy, and towards the girl that was still being tended. "What do you mean the problem...? isn't she just exhausted?"

"Her coat is filled with of training weights! How adorable!" Chishio folded up the girl's extensively heavy coat,

Mikito's eyes widened in a surprisingly shocked expression for the generally stoic man. "What?!"

Kina seemed to dawn her usual gentle smile. "I tried to tell you earlier...because of my clan's disability, I've been working hard to overcome it, so training I try to push my self even further, so as to try and adjust my body to the strain...I should be fine if I take the coat off..." she nodded. "I'm sorry if I worried you Miki-san."

Mikito actually flushed slightly, looking away at being called "miki". Only four people on the planet could call him that without getting a fist to the face... so...this kid must have been a close relative of Xen's after all. "Tcht look don't...just...don't ever call me that again kid!" he calmed down, annoyed with his friends constant attempts to embarrass him. "Anyway," he said, stoic once more. "Mikito is fine. I don't put much store in honorifics anyway." he turned his head slightly to the other students. "Hey, kids, gather round," he looked to Chishio. "Could you-"

"Ooooh!" Chishio clapped her hands as though them fighting one another was one of the most adorable things she could possible imagine. "That's just so cute! Having a little sparring match. Here children, let Chishio-onee-san make you better!" the young woman walked over to the most wounded first, her hands glowing with faint hint of visible chakra. "Oh, and don't move, okay?" she gave care free laugh as she began to work on the boy, her hands gracefully and deftly moving across the injured tissue, and, in a matter of moments, removing them to reveal a rather unharmed young man. "There!" she looked over to Urza. "Ah, are you hurt too dear? It will be slightly harder with the armor, but don't worry, It shouldn't be problem." her chakra techniques went through armor after all.

She walked over to the armored girl as well, her air almost motherly, as it always seemed to shift too when around children. "By the way! That was a lovely job you both did! I'm very impressed!" her hands touched Urza's armor, but her chakra seemed to go right through it, reaching the wounds within, and, within a few moments, healing them completely.

*Her minimum heal damage is more that your total hp, so let's just say that she heals you fully. xd *

"There we are!" she clapped her hands together once more, clearly still in adoration. "If you children are injured again, don't feel bad about coming to me alright? Chishio-onee-san will be happy to help!" the young woman trotted back over towards Orikami, who was giving his seemingly eternal smile.



"She may have a tendency to favor children, but you should not take her opinion lightly, I too enjoyed watching your bout." he gave soft, yet certain, praise, before looking to Kina. "If that is all, then let us press on." he gave a slight chuckle. "We've some time to go yet for today."

Mikito nodded, looking to the kids. "Alright, back in formation." he looked to Kina, his scowl back in full. "And give me your coat, if you tire yourself out again, then so help me I'll carry you to our next destination myself."

Kina merely returned his scowl with a merry disposition, her mellow cheer seeming to cut through his gruffness like a kunai. "Is that supposed to be a deterent? I wouldn't mind being carried, Mikito-san."

Mikito's face turned into twitching exasperation. "Ah...so you're not one of those overly-independent types at all...your more like...like..." he twitched in exasperation. "Like a female Xen..." he shivered. "God that's just terrifying..." he returned neutral, pointing at her. "Alright kid, just...don't try that cutsie crap with me...alright?"

Kina merely continued to give a chuckle, but subsided to a more passive expression. "Yes, Mikito-san...I apologize."

Mikito harumphed, before moving off after the rest of the envoy, the road before them stretching out again.

Chakura no Mesu (Chakra Scalpel)
This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Special:
*If used in conjunction with a treat injury maneuver, add 3 per 10 level in Medical Ninjutsu to all treat injury checks and Hp healed.
*User can only use the technique offensively if the taijutsu requirement is met, however, the technique can still be learned to assist treat injury without it.
*Critical hits cause severe muscle injury which reduce victim's [dex mod] and [str mod] by 1 per 10 points in Medical Ninjutsu until treated.

Miyako listened to the Otokage, and she was right. They were seeing how much potential everyone had, though it seemed the spar was the highlight of their attention. She was satisfied that headnt seen her failures, though wasn't satisfied with herself. She obviously didn't stand out as much as the others. That just meant she needed to work a little more. She simply followed the others and walked up to Urza, "Congratulations on the spar. It was very interesting."

The scenery of the land of rice passed by, the trip continuing on as the sun began to wane in the sky. The travelers soon, their feet beginning to fee weary save in the case of the more experienced shinobi, coming upon a welcome sight.

Slowly at first from the around the corner, the group having entered a heavily wooded forest some ways back, the tall tree's on either side of the road seemed to part revealing a small village. The village was composed of various huts and homes of humble origin, the thatched roofs and various tendered patches of soil revealing this to be a setting of the most rural sort, as it didn't even appear to have electricity, as was more common in ninja villages. The night coming on, the nestled down little village seemed quiet... peaceful...

Fire flies danced about in the air as the envoy at last came to halt at the entrance to the little town, the trees still holding high above the village making it seem even darker than it actually was.



"Hm...troubling..." at first didn't seem at all obvious what seemed to have caused these words from the Kage's mouth, but as his officers set down his platform, he himself taking the opportunity to step down from it, after taking a moment to stretch, he made a single hand gesture, and all four secret police officers dashed off into different directions, jumping over roofs and flickering out of sight.

Senkyo and Chishio were right at his side as they merely watched and waited...it seemed as though they and their Kage could see...or, feel, something that the others could not.



Mikito, for one, hand's tightened, adjusted his stance slightly beside the students, walking a few steps around them, hands still in his pockets.


"Hey...what's goin on?" Yokijo inquired to Kina, as though he had officially assumed she'd knew everything after she'd helped him with his hands signs.



Kina had no answer however, merely looking around quizzically, trying to discern that for herself.




Mido seemed to have lost interest, looking off in a random direction as he apparently didn't seem to notice anything amiss.

Something was going on. Mikito had shifted, and the officers had left. Even the kage, Senkyo, and Chishio were on guard something was definitely off about this quiet village. Then again, it wasn't just the village. It was dead quiet. Not even the sounds of insects or owls. It was eerie and sent a chill to her bones. Miyako looked around. Everything was wrong, where was no one, not even a glimmer of light in a house. Surely there would be someone up and about. Miyako turned to the others and placed a finger to her mouth, "Shh... don't speak." She took up a defensive stance. Everything seemed so wrong, and she wasn't about to be caught off guard. Bags! I wish I had a puppet!

As Alucard noted it was deathly quiet. Not knowing why or how, he kept quiet as he whispered softly, "why it quiet," Alucard asked in such a soft whisper it seemed that he words did not take place as he had backed up a bit to the other students as he was on guard. 'Wish i had a sword or something more than my fists to defend myself with,' Alucard thought as he did not like the tense situation as he has seen a lot before. Usually they turn out bad, and Alucard had been the receiving end of things in the past that were due to a very tense situation that he should not have been in, but was forced to because of a delivery he had to make to the place. Thinking on that for only a moment Alucard went to trying to be alert as to wait for anything that would come out. 'If i see something that is not us i am going to bash it in with my fists,' Alucard thought to himself as he stood there waiting for anything to come out.
