"True, that is what the stories would have us believe. Nonetheless, it is an occupational hazard that all true adventurers are prepared for. Great risk leads to great reward; 'tis the adventurer's way of life." I say solemnly to the bard.

?????? the Voice of Purity She laughed, were these ladies serious? "No I mean broken as in mind, body, and spirit, broken. The mountains do evil things to you. Thousands of trials, no food, no water, barely any air. And then the possibility of facing a dragon through all of that? It's a fool's errand. But I got an errand that's even more safe and valuable." She said leaning over the bar with a grin on her face.

"Sounds intriguing. Just what sort of errand are you speaking of?" I reply to the bard.

"Well, we would do best to avoid dragons if we can, but my shield may break some of it's fire. If I fall, it will be nice to know I fell valiently." Caitlyn says. She orders herself a cut of venison, potatos, and some vegitables, believing in keeping a balance of food. She orders 4 apples for Scarlet. After paying for her food and hearing the bard's proposition, Caitlyn turns to her. "Well, I'm certainly in no rush to sacrifice myself to a dragon. What do you have in mind?"

"Hmm. I came seeking the dragon and his gold, not safe jobs," I say. "But what is it, nonetheless?"

" I hope its more intriguing than what you orginally said he says to the bard. "Please let me hear what it is you have to say so i can consider what i would rather do on the mission he said smiling at her.

"Well my dear's. I need to find my old friends. The ones who have the other legendary enchanted items. I can't travel the entire continent on my own and my little brother." She said sweetly as she looked at her younger brother.

"While that does sound safer, I don't see how such a dull quest could be more rewarding." I say to the bard, clearly disinterested.

She was going to be difficult to convince. "Well let's see, what's better? Chasing after a legend? Or following someone who knows where they're going?" She asked the the fellow woman. She would play the final trump card if she had too. She needed to join back up with Evangeline... The Queen of Pace. She had much to discuss with the queen, much that the Golden Dragon had told her.

"There's many ways a seemingly safer quest could be rewarding. No dying is one of them. I sounds fine to me, perhaps I'll be able to do some other good while on my travels. I've had plenty so called mundane adventures turn up to be rather... exciting." Caitlyn says to Beatrice. She did have to admit that she was curious about why this woman was looking for more adventurers. From the sounds of it, she knows some powerful people. Caitlyn knew there was something beyond the surface, and she didn't quite feel safe to ignore it.

"Oh men he says shaking his head" This is rather confusing now so i guess ill plan out what i want to do but truth be told this safe way doesnt sound much of fun i would love a challenge and what you said earlier seems more like it" he said smiling at the barkeep.

"Obviously chasing after a legend is the far more exciting quest, but Caitlyn brings up a good point. Mayhap a safer quest is worth pursuing after all." I say, looking down in contemplation.

I contemplate it all and look at Feryan. "I agree with Caitlyn," I say. "I, too, shall join your quest." I look at the boy with blue hair. "Atlantian?" I repeat. "Ha! Atlantian powers don't help you much away from water. You'd be better off with us. Believe me."
