If you look at the Bringer Light that's a better example of speed that a human could last with. Even with a shield there are few humans that can withstand traveling at that speed - and when it happens it's in jets where they're completely enclosed. Even then getting pilots that are capable of those speeds isn't that common. So I just have a hard time seeing her surviving a speed like that. However, I think that having something akin or possibly just a little faster than the fullbringer ability is perfectly logical.

Well, when I created echo, I was thinking of an attack she's never actually use. Because the side effects are too cruel she'd rather die than use it. The only time she would ever really use it would be to protect someone (and I mean someone really dear to her, someone who'd she be really attached to) and since she does not have such a person yet, I don't think she'd ever use it.
And I was thinking of the echo effect to last only just a few mins, 4-5 min most? I guess that would be around 4-5 posts as well. It's because this attack goes beyond her human power, that's why it causes such enormous damage to herself.
But u must be thinking where does she even get the power? Well, echo is an attack that gathers the sound around her and transforms it into ?power? , the noisier the better.
U know da stripes she has around her body (I like to call them her armor), it more like her armor gets more powerful rather than she herself. So every punch and every kick she does, is rather the work of her armor, and when echo is activated, she does not cause damage just to the enemy, but also to herself, though it is reduced to some degree. So kick the opponent, she gets 1/3 of da pain. But once the effect it over, especially after she would use noise crush, than her body will completely give up, maybe she could even die if she uses it more than her limited time.
Well... as for Noise Crush I think I might have exaggerated a bit (a lot actually XD) , 5km radius is ridiculous haha XD... I'll reduce it to 20m or even 15 haha XD

For Million Phoneme, when I wrote down lethal damage, I was just trying to say that it was more than just a simple blast. I was thinking of something like if u ever get hit directly by million phoneme than not only will u feel the pain of the blast, but also stabbing pain here and there since the soundwaves go beyond the mussels and cause slight damage to the organs as well. If hit several times (like 10 times or more) at the same place with million phoneme, it can even cause inner bleeding.
Also, I never really do autohitting. It doesn't make things interesting if I don't even give my opponent the chance to dodge, that's just stupid. Usually, my characters are the ones who lose since while rping with different people, I noticed that a few are willing to let their characters lose, and I often got autohit but let it slip since I was planning to let them win anyways.
And I'll make sure to change the dodging to shielding.

As for Sound sleep, I was planning on using it for NPC's (characters that aren't played by anyone in particular are called npc's right????) Like if there is an army of shinigamis, but only 10 of them are actually rpers, than I could easily use sound sleep to eliminate the useless characters (that's why I wrote weak willed)... Buuut maybe I'll remove it and add something else since I guess it's pretty useless?

I understand the intention of the attack, I have something very similar on my other human character. But the fact remains that she is human and her body wouldn't be able to handle that much power, which is why I'd appreciate if you could reduce it to the 2.5x- 5x range. 4-5 posting limit is fine, you can even extend it one or two more if you want.

Noise Crush is unacceptable. There's no way she could generate the spiritual power for an attack like that. The thing is, I think what you're trying to describe is the same attack as Yuuki from Code:Breakers, right? Which is a vibration he causes in the ground that makes the ground within a limited range crumble, sort of like an earthquake. Please clarify if that's what you meant because that versus what you've written is a completely different description.

Auto-hitting isn't allowed ((unless both parties agree to something like that, maybe for a dramatic moment or plot purposes)) so if you have any problems with that here, please inform us. Don't let it slip, okay? Those are bad habits that need to be ground out. Crew's here to make sure everything is fun and exciting, so definitely don't be afraid to talk to us about that.

If Million Phoneme is capable of causing internal bleeding then just say that. It's also a percussionist type attack, right? So it can potentially blow someone back? That's fine. But lethal damage... that's straying into dangerous, you're basically proclaiming 'auto hit'. I know you don't mean it that way but that's what it sounds like.

Sound Sleep is perfectly fine and very useful to keep. You don't need permission for NPC characters, I merely put that in because we might get lower-seated shinigami in the future. Or some of the humans might be weak enough to use that again and you might want to use it. That's all.

Well, It's true that I based most of my attacks on Yuuki's attacks, but I was thinking of noise crush to mostly cause damage on the surface (like BOOM, FUSHHHH, houses destroyed everywhere kinda thing razz , no whole on the ground though, I think u call dat crater, idk x.x) but I guess it too much after all?
Also sorry for my stupidity but I don't get what u mean by 2.5x-5x range.
