I do agree with the standard, but there is no reason to not leave it every once in a while to just experiment. POTS has been known to deny anything that too different, Hark's main problem with the crew actually. That is what i'm calling out. My puppet system is so complex that Kay, a person whom has never used puppets, picked them up and understood how to use them, and is able to use them to their maximum potential.

The profile event might have been for two hours; but Greg's first log in was 3-7 days I don't recall the exact date, and for obvious reasons I am not going to take a guess and say a number. I believe that waitinf 3-7 days for a profile isn't something nessesary, now is it? And my answer to your question Hinote is: Anything that is nessesary to keep the guild running. No more. No less.

We saw that Haseo was willing to do literally anything to keep the guild running, including threaten the life of the members. Are you saying that you intend to do the same?

If I may interject, this is a bit of an unfair question. No matter how its answered, it casts the Answerer in a negative light as either being willing to resort to threats, or seeming as unwilling to help POTS when needed. Haseo did not care about running the guild, he cared about clinging to power. And his threatening the lives of members only came after he finally conceded the guild, and was based off his assumption that he had been insulted, not his desire to keep the guild running. No sane person would threaten the lives of anyone to keep POTS running. I believe every person in this guild knows what boundaries should never be crossed.

Greg is correct. You don't have to answer that question Akura, as it's basis is a bit misplaced.

However, I would like to ask a more appropriate question. How far ARE you willing to go? What would you do to ensure POTS survived into the future?

And a bit less philosophical, you stated previously that you would provide motivation for people to be active. What sort of motivations would you create? And furthermore, why have you not provided them already if you have ideas to do so?

As my last post said, as far as it would be needed to keep POTS up and running; so be it moving member ideas on to the crew threads, attempt to keep Arcs moving, and providing arcs for the members, ensuring that after a certain point, Arcs are member runned; where all of the basis for the arcs are drawn from the Members, by the members and for the members. I honestly believe that a guild is at it's up most when it is Active, and free enough, to have its members be the ones supplying the story for the guild, and the crew, or moderation team, just over see that everything goes on fine and well, and that no one breaks the rules, basically doing its true job, moderating.

To answer your last questions, the above stated would be my motivation. The satisfaction, and knowledge, that their character does play a role, that being a mayor or secundary, role in the story of the guild. In my point of view, there is nothing worse in an RP than to have one believe their RPC isn't important, or offers nothing to the story. I haven't provided any of the above stated because the guild isn't active enough at the moment to implement any of those things into the story of the guild.

How do you plan on pushing this member driven arc idea? That is a plan that almost all crew members have agreed on as long as I've been in the guild, but members still look to the crew to create stories, complaining if we haven't come up with anything for awhile. (One of the main reasons the currency system was designed as it was, forcing members to create more story on their own at times in order to excel.) Do you have a way of putting it forward that you believe would work, or are you thinking of somehow starting an arc that will snowball until it's player run?
