Description: A unique that seems almost out of place in modern day, it seems almost a relic from another world...another story...perhaps a cast-off remnant that had fallen from the Corridor when the gates were wantonly opened and come now from an unknown benefactor to the possession of Ellie Troit? It is said that a great destiny lays upon this armor, that the one who wears it shall become a companion and ally of he who gives birth to a new humanity...and to fulfill that role she who wears this armor will become strong enough to stand beside him. To wear this armor is to embrace that destiny, wherever it may lead...even should the armor come to that person across all the worlds...
Other: By putting on the armor one's class will change from a Normal Human to the Unique Class: "Heroine". Heroines have the unflinching task of fighting against Chaos wherever they may find it until the world may be reborn. Equipping this armor WILL take up one's Armor Slot in spite of it being a class-change item, but in doing so, the wearer will gain access to the Heroine Class Skills as listed below:
[Level 1] (Innate skills)
Diarama: Medium Heal, one target.
Mapper: If a unique or powerful item appears nearby, she will sense its presence almost immediately.
Dormina: Normal chance to inflict Sleep.
Penpatra: Prevent Instant Death by Light. [Passive]
Mazio: Low Lightning Damage, all enemies.
Anti-Poison: Prevent poisoning. [Passive]
Makajama: Normal chance to seal enemy's magic spells (not phys spells).
Media: Low Healing to all allies.

[Level 2] Defeat 5 foes of any kind.
Zionga: Medium Lightning damage, one foe.
Marin Karin: Normal odds to charm foe.
Diarahan: High healing, one target.
Traport: Escape dungeons immediately unless in combat.
Mahama: Low odds of Light Instant-Kill.
Mudonpa: Prevent Instant Death by dark. [Passive]
Mazionga: Medium Lightning damage, all foes.
Recarm: Revive one ally with 50% health.

[Level 3] Defeat 15 enemies of any kind and ONE boss character.
Panta Rhei: Severe Wind Damage, one foe.
Recarmdra: Lower own HP to 1 but revive all KO'd allies with full health.
Megidola: High almighty damage, all foes.

Colm Watanabe: Heart Choker - Another gift from Yukari for the holidays...a hand-made choker in a similar design to the dorm adviser's trademark accessory. Increases all elemental magics by 'Boost' level. Includes GPS tracker...but you don't know that.

May Misoragi: Gold-Plated Blunderbuss - A powerful, one-shot gun which fires a piercing scattershot at a single foe for 1-5 hits of Low-to-Moderate Damage. One use per-battle (requires refilling after the single shot). This gun is both weapon AND swag!

Misha Mori: Mystical Pornography - Unusual Doujin manga written with enchanted ink; reading the pages of these books allows them to come alive!...inside one's head, that is. But the fabulously decadent imagery allows the reader to gain strength from their perversion...the more one reads, the more powerful they become! ...This is kind of weird, isn't it? I'll let you imagine what kinds of things are inside the book...but practically, if one reads this book in battle at the exclusion of taking action, their spell will increase in power one level per-turn one reads. Item Type: Accessory (Necklace)
Description: A necklace with a crest in the shape of an Egyptian symbol of an eye, its mysterious nature makes its powers unknown to any mortal. Exactly what it does and how it came to be in the Vault is unknown, as it has likely been there for centuries.
Effect: Travel between two chosen locations and home; may travel between them instantly. May ally with a single demon and bend him to her will, which can be called forth from the Dark Realm thereafter using the eye (similar to Sleipnir), though the demon must be encountered and defeated/reasoned with, first. Anti-Demon Arm
Item Type: Weapon (Gauntlet)
Description: A dark, segmented claw worn over the right arm only, the Anti-Demon Arm has five claws over the fingers, sharpened to a razor's edge, with metallic segments connected behind it. When the arm is swung in a punch, the thumb can be kept in to press a button releasing the segments to extend the claws up to 2-3 feet.
Effect: Increase accuracy and critical hit rate, +2 Strength (Weapon) [Akira]

Murakumo Radiation: Fission Catastrophe - Fission is the splitting apart of atoms which requires just the right calculations and circumstances in order to create the reaction. This spell is no different; a two-part attack, this has both a set-up and a reaction. In the Set-Up, the user calls upon the power of the sun itself and raises their hands into the sky to draw that power into a ball, condensing it into pure, radiated heat which burns, twisting, curling all of this immense power into such an unnaturally small area. By striking an enemy with this ball, the user can deal a blow of Severe Nuclear Damage to a foe which will break their Nuclear Resistance and Burn for 3 turns after...however, this is still only the set-up. The Reaction comes from the next attack...any change in the stasis of the lingering burn. ...If the wielder of this attack is able to strike the same part of the body which was hit by the Set-Up Radiation Attack, the result will be a catastrophic Nuclear explosion that will severely damage and potentially cripple the inflicted party! Set-up, reaction, Fission. Catastrophe. [2-Hit: 1st Hit - Severe Nuke-breaking Nuclear Damage with a light, lingering burn on the point of impact for 3 turns. 2nd Hit - If striking the same area as before, deal 2x the damage of the initial attack and 1/4 odds to paralyze the enemy. A bone-cutting, blood-stained axe which has been used to slice through the firmest of flesh and muscle...of livestock, of course. Have to get the meat for Rednal's meals somewhere, after all! Increase Phys damage 1.5x. 1/8 odds of Bleeding. (Keira Gayuno)

Ichimonji (the Katana of Uesugi Kenshin): A red-ice katana that was one of the legendary swords of the Sengoku Era warlord of the Uesugi Clan. Rumor says that Kenshin may have actually been a woman...but scholars are divided without a body to examine. [Attacks deal Fusion Fire/Ice damage in addition to Phys.] (Arena Emperor)

Mask of Hades: Physical attacks may become Almighty attacks for 1 post. Each kill while wearing the Mask of Hades increases the number of posts this effect can last by 1 post. [Touma]

Bullhammer: A powerful custom elbow-strike which deals High Phys damage and may inflict Bleed [1/3 odds]. The area around the elbow shines with a red light that looks almost like an elbow pad. (Seika Murakami)

Yorgh's Spear: For the cost of a slightly reduced magic defense, become immune to Poison, Toxic/Venom, and Bleed. Wielder gains Phys Boost. Agility Boost. And may increase damage slightly when two-handing.

T-Shirt of the Shiny Pikachu: If Elec Resist is Broken or naturally Weak on the wearer, return it to Normal immediately. Include Zionga in skill list when worn. [Fonias]

Daredemon Mask: Horned, red mask not unlike that of the famous comic book character Daredemon...the blind DA-turned-crime fighter who stalks the streets of Hades ' Kitchen and is known as the 'Guy Without Fear'. Deprives the user of sight but raises all other senses to impossible levels, making it impossible for an enemy to get a preemptive attack on him. [Kiki-jiki]

Strawberry Star Crystal: Transform into the mighty Magical Girl Strawberry Stardust! A frilly, pink-clad Magical Girl with the special wand-skill 'Strawberry Stardust Shine' that deals High Strawberry Elemental Damage to a chosen, villainous foe. [Slyphie]


"Red Berries of Rowan" (Tharros Claimed!)
Item Type: Consumable (Berries x99)
Description: Said to be great protection against malevolent forces from witches to monsters, these red berries seem to have more power in them than the usual superstitions. They're also surprisingly sweet, and seem able to bestow great power on the one who consumes them.
Effect: Consuming one Berry will result in the user's skin turning red, their muscles bulging slightly, and enchanting them with a double Tarukaja. 2 turn cooldown after berry wears off. (If multiple berries are eaten before the allotted time period is up, the user will die...no, just kidding. But the effect will backfire and their strength will not increase more than it should...and her skin will stay red for an entire day)


Venom Armor: Cast Sukukaja, Rakukaja, Poison Mist (only one per-turn) [Necromonium (Jokura)]

Power Crystal: Consume to obtain a new Low, Medium, and High Skill. [Great Ryoman]

Shadow Fume Armor: Analagous to the Shadow Paladin Armor in power, it is a coal-black set that leaks a thick plume of dark fumes from its joints. (Will update abilities later)

Zirconium Gemstone: A false diamond, ivory white but little-useful in terms of the supernatural. Embedding it in your weapon will decrease its durability slightly. (Yokoalchemist)


Darknight Cutter: Oscillates between cutting with Light and Dark every other turn. On odd turns, it will be light but cut with dark. On even turns, it will cut with light but appear dark. (Necromonium (Jokura))

Charred Loyce Armor: Formerly pristine white armor charred a soot-covered black. Resistant to Fire, but reduces magic defense to all other elements Very slightly. (Rednal)

Broken Bust of Weston: After dropping it on the floor, you find that inside this broken statue is a "magic powder". When taken, it greatly increases your focus, including reaction (Accuracy) and agility (Evasion). You may not wish to show it to the police. (Cassim)

Flick Reaper: Deals medium Darkness damage. +2 Strength +2 Magic (Lira)

Neko Maid Headband: The dream of many otakus! Wearing it grants the user the skills 'Sukukaja', 'Dia', and 'Media'. Also a compulsion to say 'Nyan' frequently [Emil Dekoda]

Murakumo Irradiated Armor: Repel Nuclear, Nuclear Boost, Nuclear Amp, Can cast nuclear Break, and Nuclear wall. [Arena Emperor]

Rider Grips: Add low Nuclear to Physical attacks. Raise physical attack and defense slightly. [Great Ryoman: Future character]

Old Sun Ring: A wicked accessory worn by a king who worshipped the sun and sought to harness its power. When the wearer is knocked out or KO'd, an explosion of High Fire and Force Damage erupts from their body to strike everything within a 3 meter radius. If this successfully KO's an enemy, the wearer will be revived at 50% health. (San Taihaku)

[A Christmas Eve special message from Arena Emperor and the staff of Persona 4: FES - The Golden!]


Merry Christmas, everyone!

It's been six and a half years since the Guild began, and we're still going strong! And the only way that this was made possible is through the contributions, the care, the creativity, and the work you've all put into it throughout that time. This Guild is something special...and it's been made special because of the fun we've had together.

Every year, from the Burning of Inaba to the Persona Wars to the Fall of Soji Seta to the Invasion of the Septentriones...when I started this Guild and put up all of the forums, started the plot, all I did was plant a seed...it's your posts, your ideas, your spirit that makes that seed bloom.

I can think of a thousand different words to say 'Thank you.' for what you've done, but it will never manage to do it justice. We wouldn't be here without you. I wouldn't be here without you. And what the Hell, for the light and fun that you've all brought into my life every day you've stopped into the Guild and contributed your part to this big ole' world we've got, I'm still going to thank you.

This is our world. This is our Christmas. And I hope that it's a magnificent one!

Ellie - > Ardor - A heroine's ultimate attack, drawing upon the power of her friends and the thoughts of those in need. And as she does, she pours her energy into a small ball of ethereal force which gathers in her palm. This ball has a High level damage, but of an element that is completely unknown...denoted as, for lack of any other term, 'Spirit'. For every turn that Ellie charges this attack, however, her thoughts may reach another friend...and if that friend is willing, their energy may be donated to increase the power of Ardor as well. Take 1 Turn to reach a new friend. Each friend offers a Low boost to the spell. This can be charged for as many as 10 turns before it must be fired. User may move while charging this attack, and retain power despite taking damage, but if they are KO'd, it will dissipate. In most desperate of circumstances, Ardor can be gifted to another person to throw in Ellie's place, but she must still be conscious to do so. Mind Charge and ANY single Elemental boost may apply to this spell.

For Rednal: Yuno -> Unheard Agony: The Reagon-ing: Deals Almighty Damage in place of Phys Damage when striking with this blade. Also capable of retaining a 'Dia'-level healing charge so that if she stabs an ally with this dagger while that charge is attached to the blade, they will receive healing instead of death. May lower SP of enemies by 25% with a successful stab. May be temporarily gifted to any ally during battle to wield if necessary, say, in the event of invasions of Rednal's house.(Weapon)


Kisa - > Patience is a Virtue: In gratitude for understanding in past delays, an encounter in the next 3-6 months (or you get the Candelabra free!), the promised encounter with Dante will not yield only the potential for his Candelabrum, but 2...maybe even 3! The result of which may significantly boost the power (Tier) of Kisa and will endow her with at least one Unique, inherited Fiend Skill!

For Zorc: Cheryl - > Titan Armor - A trained, semi-passive skill which allows Cheryl to react to an attack by hardening her skin into a temporary skin-colored armor which doubles her resistance to any physical attack. It makes her heavier, denser, near-impossible to knock down or temporarily stun. Can also be used to harden a plate over her knuckles which can be used to double physical attack power temporarily. Hardening can be done once every three posts for Armor, every other turn for the knuckle plate.

Zorc - > Ishak Pasha's Armor [Doubles natural defense against all non-Almighty attacks when worn] (Armor)

Sentaku - > Several gifts from a certain Messenger looking out for him, helping him to train and grow within the organization, this is a gift to help Sentaku better serve his lord and survive among the servants of Orochi-Hetero...

Gray Fox Battle Armor (Version 2.0) - A half suit, half physically grafted amount of mechanism from his shadow's power that makes him extremely resilient. Acts like a permanent 'Heat Riser', 'Tarukaja', 'Sukukaja', 'Rakukaja', and Fire/Ice/Elec/Wind Resist.

Gray Fox Visor (2.0) - Provides a voice modifier, and allows him to analyze his opponent's resistances. Can gather data on attacks used against him.

High Frequency Katana (2.0) - Increases the user's cutting ability, dealing full damage in the case of Phys Resist and half damage to Phys Null, Phys Repel. Increases base phys attack power slightly.

Wrist Mounted Energy Cannon (2.0) - High Physical/Fire Damage, one target. [Accessory]

For Yoko: Sano - > Shinso - A unique Shadow attack copied from a lesser shadow persona-user...a mockery to far surpass the original and demonstrate his superiority in every way to the Black Messengers and their ilk. Shinso is a powerful spell in which Sano forms a deadly sword of pure light in his hand and thrusts it forward...the blade extended for up to 50 meters in length nigh-instantly at his command in a sharp, piercing fashion. Deals Severe Light-Piercing Damage to a single foe (and anyone standing directly behind them). If Sano wishes, he may swing the extended blade with a ridiculous ease in the following turn, dealing High Light damage to anybody in the path of the slash. Can continue to do this or withdraw the blade at will. After withdrawing, can unleash the Piercing strike again one turn later. Power can be Boosted by whispering the enchantment 'Shoot to Kill' into the hilt of the light blade just before use of the Piercing strike.

Tharros - > The Spirit of Mighty Thor
Item Type: Blue Magatsuhi Crystal
Description: Passed on at the death of the Guardian Thor, the spirit bonds with a chosen successor to his powers. Imbued with the might of Thor, the owner of this Crystal can summon to his hand the hammer of the Thunder God and with it, wield a new set of powers. To channel the spirit of Thor, the user must crush the crystal (it will reform after the possession but must be kept on their person at all times). The result will be the complete, temporary sealing of their powers which become replaced with these. Signified by white eyes that spark with lightning and a blue aura which crackles with electricity, they may hold this transformation for as long as they choose, but cannot access any other abilities, items, weapons, etc. until they release it. Form's power is on the same Tier as their own.
Effects: Summon the spirit of Thor in place of other powers:
- Add Medium Elec Damage to all attacks and unbreakable Elec Absorb.
- Ability to use Low-Level projectile attack of Elec.
- Mastery of the weapon type [Hammer/Axe].
- 5 Skills chosen from Skill List (Patra, Elec Break, Power Charge, Divine Pillar, Agneyastra)
- Unique Signature Attack (Thor's Guardian Hammer - Lightning strikes from the sky and hits the head of Mjolnir, supercharging it. Then, throwing the hammer forward, it homes in on enemies and strikes them with a double-charged Guardian Hammer [May be used 3 turns])


San - > Guardian of the Land - Having declared herself the protector of Lady Narue and having a remarkable power at her disposal to do so, Lord Seo gifted her for all of her service over the years with a unique item...a strange seed on a chain which she may wear around her neck...and at any given time, clutching this seed and speaking or thinking of her desire to defend that which she holds dear will imbue her with a remarkable power...

Guardian's Wolf Cloak - A thick coat of fur which wraps around the shoulders, giving her an intimidating bearing...taken from a wolf attack on a certain boy when he was a young demon. The pelt was made into this cloak, which fills the user with a determination and power...raising defense 2x, granting full Ice, Water resistance, raising speed 1.5x, and allowing the user to call upon a snowstorm when fighting in the same [Okina Subforum or Taihaku Home Forum] as San's family home which slows enemies and obscures vision, allowing San's first attack to always be a surprise attack. (Armor)

Guardian's Mask - A mask carved from an unknown material, belonging to a certain boy when he was a young demon. This mystical mask was enchanted with runes carved on the inside which help to protect the wearer in the most dire of circumstances. Gives the user Endure. When enemy uses Enduring Soul, only revive with 1 HP instead of Full. Grants magic damage increase. When fighting in the same area [Okina Subforum or Taihaku Home Forum] as San's family home, may cast an intimidating illusion of a two-story tall wolf to scare away intruders with its intimidating howls. (Accessory)

Guardian's Spear - A simple spear carved from wood and topped with a strange stone arrowhead; its simplicity belies the incredible magic within. This spear, when it touches someone, dispels all magical effects temporarily...good or bad. Meaning brushing the arrowhead over your ally's shoulder will cure them of poisons or stat debuffs, but striking an enemy could dismiss all of their boosts. Can be thrown or thrust at an enemy for High Phys Damage (deals a little more damage if thrown, in which case the spear will streak through the air in a brilliant golden light through and past the enemy).

You may have arrived a little later (or sooner) than I'd expected or hoped, but you are an invaluable part of this family now. For Stick: Misha - > Ice Poke of Doom - Using her incredible affinity for the ice element, Misha focuses a superchill into the tip of her finger and when standing in front of an enemy, she simply...pokes them...and an explosion of Severe Ice knocks back an enemies a short distance! If using a wink while executing said poke, then enemy's may even lower White Wall of their own accord before she strikes them.

Leon - > Power OVERCHARGE: A semi-berserk mode (upgrade on the 'Power Surge') in which Leon's fighting spirit increases his power significantly! Raises attack, defense, and hit rate/evasion for 5 posts before requiring a 3 turn cooldown. When in 'Power OVERCHARGE' mode, gain 1 Medium skill, 1 High, and 1 Very High skill on top of the Power Surge skills (choose them before you use it...the choices are permanent).

Haruka - > Heartbreak Shot: Contains two different types of arrows (Healing Arrow - Restores moderate health restoration from even longer distances than spells would be effective...if you can hit the target) and (Haruka's Mega Magic Arrow of Love! - Deals high light damage with each new shot!) (Weapon)

For Hiba: Narue - > Cherry Blossom Storm – Spell which Seo commissioned a trusted family member to teach his daughter, a gift from a proud father which trusts in her abilities to learn and her future. Allows her to fire a vortex of cherry blossom petals, that are sharper than blades, from the hands to swarm the opponent. A multiple hit attack (1-3) that deals Heavy Physical Damage.

Sera - > Lanza del Relámpago - A gift from a certain Shogun that was once the weapon of a chosen servant, sent with Koichi Mori to give to his companion when the time was right...his way of telling her to watch over his son, the future of Japan. An approval? Curved, bone-like sword. [Pierces Physical Resistance and can deal Piercing Darkness Damage.]

Seika - > Yellow Lantern Ring
-Create Elec-Elemental, Hard-Light Weapons with High-Level Elec powers. (Weapons may also be of a long-range variety, unlike other rings)
-Create Elec-Elemental, Hard-Light Circular Shields in front of self which absorb Elec Attacks.
-Allows the wearer to create a Elec-Elemental Armor (appears like a suit or clothing, only sturdier) which slightly reduces the damage of any attack which strikes the wearer.
-May randomly induce fear in enemies (1-6 chance every turn.)

Seika - > Furiosa - A passive enchantment of the soul spell which prevents Fear and Berserk status, and prevents Berserk Persona.

Kaori - > Dark Fist - A passive ability to enchant one's fists with High Dark Damage, capable of bypassing Dark Resist on impact. Despite the name and implication, works on any physical strike she chooses.

For Ryo: Mataki - > Bad News Bel! - A promised confrontation with a Bel demon within the same time frame as Kisa's promised showdown for Candelabra! Get closer to that ultimate goal...also gain a prominent new skill!

Mataki - > Bel's Dominance - Teach a new Very High Skill to every demon you control! Gain 'War Cry' for Mataki.

Saito - > Skofnung, the Relentless Blade
Item Type: Weapon (One-Handed Sword)
Description: White and Black-Bladed weapon of war, the Skofnung of legend could cut through any material which got in its path.
Effect: Cuts with the weakness of whomever it strikes. If there is no weakness, it simply does strong phys. damage.

Shohei - > Hihi's Legacy - A full outfit of armor, weapon, and accessory inherited from a lost father of a strange clan. Though he may not have the same powers that his father once had, he is no less formidable when clad in this garb.

Kanto Blade - A massive katana proportional to Shohei's massive size. Hits with 2x, Power Boosted damage every time as a result. Can be Power Boosted again. Has a special skill called 'Taien' which causes the blade to change into a massive, flaming cleaver which deals Phys/Fire damage on top of other damage.
Kanto Hoodie - A maroon hoodie with a red cloak draped over it; there is a family emblem emblazoned on the back which fills it with power. Nullifies darkness, increases defense 2x, and allows the user to cast a spell on himself called 'Gekido'. Gekido allows the wearer to increase speed and defense drastically for up to three turns, but requires a 2 turn cooldown to use again. During Gekido, he can unleash a primal shout which hits the enemy with immense force, dealing Heavy Wind/Phys damage to one chosen target on impact.
Hihi's Mask - A mask which allows the wearer to cloak himself in fear, preventing the status entirely. Causes instant recovery of other status effects. Allows the user to encase himself in a spiritual fire called 'Matoi' which deals low Fire damage to anybody who touches his body while this effect is active.

For Zeo: Zeo - > This isn't even my final form! - A fully-powered transformation which carries over all current abilities but adds an Ultimate Persona Skill and one Persona Fusion Skill.

For Pikeru:Boudica - > Commanding Voice: The gift of a truly skilled teacher, by simply speaking in a firm tone Boudica is capable of amplifying every attack of a single element of her choice in a battle. Once every other turn, she may change the element simply by speaking a new one. This also allows her to add an element to a weapon of her choice as well, once every other turn, by commanding it. These actions can be taken without spending your turn.

Cassim - > The Ill Mask: Ailment Boost, Nullify Ailments. Cast Mind Slice, Arm Chopper, Muzzle Shot when worn. (Accessory)

This limited-edition brand of jacket was placed on sale in a certain region of Japan, and someone was kind enough to buy one for you as a gift. Nullifies Fire, Earth, and Water. Decreases damage 10%. Increases alertness so one cannot be taken by surprise in an attack.

Armina - > Bottle of Infinite Desires- Unleash a thick miasma from the mouth after drinking which casts Luster Candy, War Cry, and Fog Breath simultaneously. (Effect lasts One Turn per-day not drank in the RP) [Re-useable item]

Kai "Raidou" Kuzunoha (Defeated Beelzebub)
Spawn - The twisted technique of the Right Hand of Hell, Beelzebub, this is a magic alteration-technique which implants a hidden threat into any Dark spell used by the person who has mastered Spawn. When an enemy is stricken with a Dark Spell (in the absence of Dark magic, cast a magic called 'Seed of Darkness' which deals High Dark Damage...this spell will ALWAYS carry Spawn), they become infected with Spawn (x1). Spawn will reduce any healing effects by 1/5 for each time infected, and cause a blanket 20% health drain each turn that passes while the user is infected (up to 3 turns before another infection MUST be placed or the former will wear out). IF a user is infected with Spawn up to 5 times, however, they will receive more than just a 100% healing penalty...but be instantly KO'd by the Spawn bursting from their body all at once and returning to the original caster to restore their health completely.
Effects Add +Spawn to Dark Spells, which automatically infects if a Dark Spell Lands. (If no Dark Spell, cast Seed of Darkness.) Infections cause a reduction of 1/5 of all healing for one Spawn Infection. 2/5 for two Spawn Infections, 3/5 for three Spawn Infections, 4/5 for four Spawn Infections, and instant KO and full Health Restore to the caster of Spawn at 5 Spawn Infections. Must Infect an enemy every 3 turns or sooner, or all Infections will fade. No status cleanser can remove Spawn.



Nekura Myonmou (Defeated Hel)
Helheim - A technique once belonging to the Mistress of the Underworld and an example of her absolute authority over the realm of death and the spirits on the verge and which already lay within her territory. Wherever the user of this spell is, they become capable of blurring the barrier between the world of the living and the world of the dead when in combat, altering the terrain effects of the fight heavily in their own favor. All enemy lives when this skill is activated (creating a darkness in the air and an oppressive, heavy weight in the very breath of most foes) are slowly drained over time (10% damage to all enemies' health each turn Helheim is activated). In addition, all Dark spells possessed by the user of this spell become Amplified, and if they are already Amplified, then they receive an additional 50% Amp Bonus on top of the original Amp. Finally, on the final turn that Helheim is activated (it may last up to 5 turns or be deactivated early at the user's choice) a final blow titled 'Drag to Hel' will occur as it is ending, in which the dark, shadow hands of the damned souls of the Underworld claw from below at the user and drain away a portion of their life (Very High Dark Damage) as they struggle to strip away what worldly existence remains inside of their body.
Effects 10% HP damage to all enemies, +Dark Amp (or if already posses Dark Amp, then +50% Amp in addition) for 5 turns. On final turn, use 'Drag to Hel' to deal Very High Dark Damage. (Once per-battle.)

4-Phase Amalgam - The 4-Phase Amalgam is as much an ability as Belberith was its own being in the end of its life, existing more as a combination of multiple skill at once...gifted by the defeated or the allied, to use for his own purposes with respect for the authority, power, and ambition of the one to whom they are gifted. As Belberith possessed the UNIQUE skills of Baldr, Belial, Jezebel, and himself in the end, so shall he who defeated Belberith possess the skills of 4 willing allies as he goes into combat, able to equip one at a time by switching between Phases each turn at his own discretion. But unlike Belberith, this skill takes into account the trusting and selfless nature of its user...allowing him to return this gift to the allies who place their trust in him.
Effects Gain 4 Custom Skills belonging to a willing ally. Each ally represents a 'Phase' which must be switched between to use the various skills. Can return the favor and grant 1 Custom Skill to each willing ally as an equivalent exchange. Giver can still use the Custom Skill they gift as well. The Winds of Ragnarok - The tales say that when the Wolf of Ragnarok appears amidst the flames of Surt and the desolation of the end times, for a moment a cool wind blows and flakes of snow drift impossibly along the breeze...that a calm descends as the wolf appraises his hunt, steps upon the battlefield, and draws his weapon for the fight to come. And indeed, Fenrisulfr embodied that calm, cold sense of intimidation and strength. This sense of calm and purpose, the chill in the air, are learned and passed on to the one who defeated him and prevented the coming of the end by his hands. And so by stepping upon the battlefield alone, they are now the embodiment of the Winds of Ragnarok...creating a cool breeze and a thin veil of snowfall upon entering into any given battlefield. 5 Mannikin Talismans
[These talismans contain the spiritual wisdom of the unique entities known as mannikins...artificial humans whose domain rose and fell exclusively during the Conception. Were they a construct created by man in hubris, attempting to recreate life in their own image to spite a God that had abandoned them? Or were they created by God for some holy purpose? While that may never be known, these traces of the knowledge they gained are linked, in some fashion, to the Arcana.]

Kisa
The Fool's Sand - The ability to forge a winged being of sand capable of gliding through the air smoothly and bearing the weight of a single passenger without falling to the Earth. Can also be called upon to whip up a small, localized sandstorm capable of dealing 2-5 hits of Low Earth Damage for up to 3 turns.

Youmu
The Sun - The ability to create a massive orb of gas, heat, and radiance similar to a small sun in the sky over a battlefield. Unless the user is defeated in combat, each turn the Sun will increase in temperature, dealing more and more damage to opponents over time. The first turn (the 'Casting' turn) it will deal Low Fire Damage. The second turn it will deal Medium Nuclear Damage. The third turn it will deal High Fire Damage. The fourth turn it will deal Very High Nuclear Damage. The final turn it will deal Very High Nuclear+Fire Damage. After five turns, the sun will burn out and be reduced to a 'cold star' state and be unable to reignite for 5 turns, when it must be 'cast' again.

Nekura
Ebony Devil - The ability to call upon a 'cursed' figure, an ebony devil, after being stricken in combat by an enemy. This strike 'marks' the user, a mark which reflects the anger they feel at being stricken. Anger, and by extension hatred, is the fuel which empowers the ebony devil. The more that the wielder of the ebony devil is angry or hates their foe, the stronger the ebony devil becomes. Ranging anywhere from dealing Low Dark damage with every strike to Very High Dark damage with every strike, the power is entirely subjective to the emotional state of the ebony devil's user. In addition, once summoned, the Ebony Devil can only be dismissed by the user's will or if their anger or hatred for the one who 'marked' its user is completely spent.

Ellie
The Priestess's Possession - The ability to control a spiritual 'consciousness' capable of possessing loose minerals anywhere they can be found...dirt, mud, even loose stone or rock...and in doing so mold and form them into combat-capable weaponry to use in battle. This includes molding spears, knives, even simple projectile weaponry like a harpoon gun out of rock, with each capable of dealing Medium Earth Damage in addition to the Physical damage these weapons can deal. Can be used freely, with stronger weaponry possible when used in areas with a high concentration of loose mineral to use.

Saiga
Judgment's Wish - The ability to create from the wish or desire of an enemy to see a precious person...living or dead...a clay golem in a near-perfect likeness to that person. The golem will possess an unnaturally durable body with inhuman strength and speed, which fights at the command and whim of the summoner. A tool for combat both physical and emotional, a twisted skill likely developed by a mannikin that had lost its way...

Lee
Empress's Will - The ability to exert a small measure of will over an enemy's limbs when they come into contact with the user's blood. In essence, when the owner of the Empress's Will suffers bleeding in a battle, if their blood should come into contact with an enemy's limbs, then those limbs will experience struggle to respond to their own master's commands...resulting in a reduced damage output for any skill or attack made using those limbs. For example, an arm affected by the Empress's Will will now deal one level Lower in damage both in Physical and Spiritual attacks if that arm is used in the attack. Lasts up to 5 turns, but the effect can be placed as many times as limbs that come into contact with the user's blood.

Amora
Vessel of Justice - The ability to release a thick fog from the mouth of the user which can enter into an empty human vessel (dead bodies, braindead bodies, or knocked-out bodies) through an open wound and temporarily animate them in service to the wielder of the Vessel of Justice. Lasts up to 3 turns, and in the absence of any truly 'human' vessels, can be used to animate a mannequin in the same manner. Vessels can use any skills that they held before possession, or if they had none, they will simply experience an increase in physical abilities.

Kokona
Lovers' Bite - The ability to control a tiny, bug-like entity which can be commanded to enter into the ear of a conscious foe and inflict a sharp pain upon them which will reduce their focus and magical attack power for a short period of time (3 turns). In addition, if used on an enemy that is sleeping then the entity is capable of divining a single thought from their mind...provided that the subject does not wake up in the time it takes to divine the thought (must post 2 turns before the thought can be divined).

Arimina
Death Thirteen - The ability to command a strange, harlequin-type enemy wielding the scythe of 'Death'. Though the entity is formidable on its own (similar to a devil or a persona), it possesses the unique ability to knock out any foe or disable any item which it manages to strike 13 times in combat, regardless of strength or rarity.

Hitomi
Wheels of Fortune - The ability to take possession of the first random item (not in the possession of another person, or a person themselves) the user sees when entering combat (and never the same item twice) and animate it, giving it life and ability to fight alongside the user. This item, whatever it is, will gain some strength and durability, and may use a unique moderate elemental attack related to the animated item. [Example: A car might use an ability called 'Backfire' to fire a burning smoke at an enemy dealing Moderate Fire Damage. A toaster might use an ability called 'Electric Toast' to deal Moderate Shock Damage.]

Soji
My World - The ability to stop the time of any inanimate object, energy, or attack for 1 second once every 3 posts. This does not stop empowered humans or devils themselves, only the world around them and any non-sentient item, energy, or attack within 10 meters of the user.

Nito
Emperor's Revolver - The ability to summon a silver pistol to the hand in an instant which is capable of firing Homing Energy Bullets capable of firing 3-6 times per-post for Low-to-Med Gun Damage. Does not count as a Weapon Equip. Can be used to deflect smaller projectile attacks. Can be followed up with a Phys attack but not a Skill in the same turn.

Bel
Star Platinum Fist - The ability to attack an enemy using a Platinum-plated fist for 2-10 hits of Low Damage once every 3 turns. If the user strikes 2 OR 10 times successfully in a single turn, then there is no recharge time.

Nix
Hierophant's Emerald Splash - The ability to unleash a hail of emerald crystals from the palm at an enemy which deal a powerful barrage of 3-6 strikes of Moderate Wind/Water damage. Use every other turn. Must resist BOTH elements to avoid any damage.

[Unnaturally powerful crystals of gathered magatsuhi, forged and contained through the efforts of the Mantra for an unknown purpose. When the Tower of the Mantra fell to the Ascension of the Nekata Trio and the attack of the Assembly of Nihilo, many of these Nodes were either lost or scattered, but a few were salvaged. The gathered within has the ability to imbue the recipient with a unique strength unlike any other Node...]

Bel - Love Node
Elastic Love: The ability to temporarily create a string of energy invisible to most and with the properties of an elastic band. This 'elastic string' of energy can be utilized to defend effectively against many projectiles, strikes, and in creative applications, to attack. Can be attached to an enemy subtly without notice in order to track their movements out of battle, so long as they don't escape a 25 meter range at which point the elastic tension would either become noticeable and give away the tail, or be forced to snap by a stronger foe. The tensile strength of this band is enough that a supernatural force is likely required to be enacted upon it to even have a hope of snapping it, and the amount of the spiritual energy poured into the band by the user when Elastic Love is being used will increase the tensile strength accordingly.

Youmu - Instinct Node
Extrasensory: The result of supernatural reflexes combined with refined instincts from masterful technique and training. When engaged in combat against multiple enemies, if more than one foe launches an attack at the person with this technique, then separate attacking or defensive [Actions] can be taken against each enemy who attacked you, separately. In addition, the user cannot be ambushed or instantly KO'd in the first turn of nearly any battle, nor by the first attack of an incoming foe just joining an ongoing battle that she is a part of. [Some NPC restrictions may apply.]

Nekura - Nature Node
Rock Tomb: The ability to commune with the element of Earth on a great and instinctive level. If fighting in any outdoor arena where the dirt/ground are beneath their feet, then the user of the Rock Tomb can drain energy from the Earth to increase their own defensive abilities passively (-5% damage), or to dramatically decrease the damage of a single attack (50%) from an enemy that might otherwise KO or outright kill the user. In addition, if the user is KO'd and not killed when fighting outdoors, and allowed to fall to the ground, then the Earth will slowly embrace the user and drag them far beneath the surface, protecting them from receiving a killing blow and slowly restoring their health over time (likely until the battle is over, at least). Short of blowing a crater deep into the Earth, this will make it impossible for the user to be killed when fighting outdoors, upon the soil of the Earth.

Ellie - Energy Node
Lightning Pill: The ability to create a small, blue pill of pure, condensed energy which...when consumed...will dramatically increase all abilities for a short period of time (Increase Attack, Magic, Evasion, Defense, Magic Defense, Accuracy by 2.5x for 5 turns). A last-ditch or trump card technique, at the expiration of 5 turns the Lightning Pill will exhaust the remainder of the user's energy and leave them conscious, but unable to fight for at least 3 turns.

Kyou - Wild Node
Man-Beast Mimicry: A technique passed down through the ages, requiring a unique chakra contained somewhere within the Wild Power Node; awakens a more feral state in the user (signified by the pupils of their eyes becoming more slit, elongated fangs and claws at the fingertips, and the ability to run smoothly on all fours) of this technique when activated, Man-Beast Mimicry greatly increases the strength, speed, and durability of the user while slightly reducing accuracy. In addition, senses are greatly heightened, particularly that of hearing and smell, allowing tracking in areas and/or situations of low-to-no visibility. Can be used for up to 3 turns before a 1 turn cooldown becomes necessary.

Amora - Swift Node
Heartthrob: The ability to increase or decrease her metabolism and heartrate at will in order to dramatically increase speed (Double Sukukaja), increase the time it takes her body to oust unnatural effects or illnesses (Instant Recovery), and throw a superspeed punch that, if successful in being delivered just over the heart, will cause the victim to cough up blood and be stunned for a turn, unable to attack...as if their very heart had skipped a beat.

Soji - Space Node
My Time: Pure, world-bending power condensed into a massive Node. Though the power is difficult to tame or shape into any form, someone of immense potential could bend it to their will to increase the power of one of their current abilities dramatically. For Soji, this has been manifested into the ability to instantly move from one place to another during use of his 'My World' technique, allowing him to more swiftly divert friends and anyone he wishes to help during his 1 second of 'time stop', so long as the space he is moving to is within the range of his ability.

Kou - Devil Node
MB-Egg: An unusual egg formed from the amalgamation of Power Nodes, this orb of pure demonic power feels to the touch as if it is throbbing, or growing in power...and unable to be cracked, pierced, damaged, or otherwise effected as it incubates whatever awaits within, it seems that this object must be held onto or carried for a while before it finally releases whatever terrifyingly strong devil awaits within...

Kisa - Sky Node
Thunder Clap: The ability to launch oneself high into the sky using a sudden concussion of wind from the feet as a propellant, before bringing one's hands together in a thunderous clap in the air. This sage clap calls upon the power of both the roaring thunder and the crashing lightning it precedes...sending a concussion of wind and a strike of lightning down to the field, dealing Heavy Wind Damage to all foes AND Heavy Lightning Damage to a chosen foe. Can be used every 3 turns.

Description: A mask which embodies Amora's possessiveness of her father and her anger towards the thought of those who would seek to separate them or take him away from her. When worn, she is violently enraged by anyone who even thinks to be near them, and will fight to the point of self-destruction for the very principle of her father's love. A twisted, powerful take on the ideal of love and obsession, this is an embodiment of one of the absolute worst aspects of her personality...but suitable in nature, nonetheless.
Effects: Auto-cast Dia any time Faust is injured in a battle in which Amora and Faust are fighting together.
- Passive Regen 2 on herself and Faust (if fighting beside him).
- Wield 'Daddy Dagger', a physical embodiment of Amora's obsession with protecting her father and preventing the possibility of her separation from him. Description: A mask which embodies the increasing 'heroic legend' surrounding Soji Seta, the way that people view his strength and his accomplishments, and the way that they rely upon him when things are at their darkest to save them. While this does give him power and increase the heroic 'nature' in his personality, it also makes him very independent, confident, and less careful as he is more likely to take on a challenge himself that would better be taken on alone in order to protect the people who rely upon him. It is an embodiment and manifestation of the pressure, confidence, and insecurity that make up his current role on the team and in the world of the supernatural around them.
Effects: May equip a full set of items from the wearer's usual inventory in addition to this Mask.

Description: A mask which embodies Genji's refined, personal code. This results in the amplification of the more formal tendencies in his personality, the regal way in which he carries himself, and his strict adherence to certain guidelines that he places on himself, his enemies, and the battles in which he allows himself to engage. He will place limits on himself, and tend to engage in only one battle at a time, with one enemy at a time, and he will not break his pledge even at a great personal risk to himself.
Effects: May alter the element with which the user attacks at will, but may only designate two elements per-battle and cannot change these two until the battle is done.
- Attack power is doubled when fighting unarmed.
- Gain 'Empty Fist' skill, which allows the user's hands to glow with a brilliant blue or white light when fighting unarmed. When glowing blue, the user's hands become sturdy as iron and can be used to defend against and block strikes from powerful weapons without suffering wounds to the hands as if his own hands were weapons themselves. When glowing white, he may amplify the damage he deals with his open palms.

Can be used offensively if necessary, and deals significant damage up close or at range.

Youmu Konpaku
Tessaiga - A blade forged from the fang of a great wolf demon, enchanted with the power to unleash a powerful slash at range which pierces the wind like a great Scar, dealing moderate damage to an enemy once per-turn, or the ability to unleash a severely damaging barrage of adamant shards of power capable of striking up to 100 enemies at once, once per-battle (if it has not yet been used to strike a single foe using the Scar). Ailek Myarmiel - > Chameleon Nanovest - A unique, thinly layered vest forged from the condensed essence of countless shadows; this thin layer of armor can be worn in addition to another armor set. When stricken by a spell of a certain element, the Chameleon Nanovest calls upon the resistances of the shadows within and alters its composition in order to Resist henceforth the last Element which struck it in the previous turn, making the next turn's worth of damage of that element Resisted.

Fukura Suzurika - > Byoki-Byoki-no-Mi - Translated roughly as the 'Sick-Sick Fruit', the Byoki-Byoki-no-Mi has the unpleasant distinction of being a rather nasty fruit that looks...well, rather like a large plum. And perhaps entirely by accident or because he's a fan of dried-out looking fruits, Fukura's accidental or intentional consumption of this fruit has altered his bodily composition into that of a 'Sick-Sick Person', which...by looks and attitude alone, likely appear to alter very little. Beneath the surface, however, Fukura has become quite capable of resisting certain poisonous illnesses and inflicting them quite successfully onto others. Poisons, venom, and any status-altering substances or techniques essentially are moot when used against him, and by coughing violently he himself may unleash a nasty cocktail of status ailments in a thick, purple smoke that inflicts Toxic, Enervation, and Exhaustion with 1/3 odds (each). In addition, striking Fukura comes with the 1/6 odds risk of being affected by Toxic, and simple strikes delivered by Fukura come with the same risk for the one being struck. Even striking him with magic from range may cause him to emit the smoke from his lungs, poisoning those who are nearby. These effects are all permanent and passive, though statuses he successfully inflicts will pass as per their usual duration.

Shun Fujomaki - > The Gamer - The World of Magi - A unique ability in which the user perceives the world around them as though it adheres to the rules of a certain video game by the title of 'World of Magi'. In this altered state of consciousness and existence (which is as real for him as the normal world is for anyone else), 'Black Mage' (as his "class" is called, thus this becomes a nickname) gains an initial moveset and power level, able to be advanced and evolved through combat and quests which increase Black Mage's 'Level'. The initial power set for Black Mage's 'stats' is:

HP - Low
Strength - Very Low
Speed - Low
Durability - Very Low
Magic - Moderate


Every battle Black Mage takes part in and does not die, or every event/quest he undertakes successfully, he gains 1 Level. This Level can be spent to upgrade one of his 5 Stats by ONE Level. Levels are as follows (Very Low - Low - Moderate - High - Very High). Thus, he could spend 1 Level to raise Magic to High from Moderate, or to raise Durability from Very Low to Low.

In addition, Black Mage has a moveset which can be improved over time as well. His started set includes the following:

Healflame - A cool, blue healing flame which mends light wounds.
Forceflame - A damaging golden flame spell cast from the palm to deal moderate fire damage to a single foe.
Phoenixflame - Revive a single ally each battle when they are KO'd if you are alive with this brilliant red flame.
Quickflame - A green flame cast about the feet that allows increased movement speed and 'hovering'.

Each Level gained will also net you 1 CP, or Customization Point, which can be used to alter for the better one of your 4 Core Spells...or you may cash in 5 CP to purchase a new spell! Altering your spell may add, say, a hit-all stipulation. Purchasing a new one could allow you to purchase a new elemental ability, or status altering one. Customization is very intense for the Black Mage!

Rednal - > Moe Charms - No, this isn't about the cuteness of small, adorable girls...rather, they are charms created in the image of certain girls with whom Rednal has come to share a very special bond! Kyori, Yuno, Aselia, Korina, and Flan...each of these 5 girls has a charm made specifically in her image, albeit somewhat of a cutesy, move version...and each of these little figurines is set into a ring which can be attached to a chain on Rednal's cell phone! But while this might seem silly at first, there is a certain...unknowable magic woven within each of these 5 charms, in which the essence of the love, the spirits, and the fierce power with which they care for him can be sealed. And when in battle or in a pinch, looking upon any one of these charms can not only help to restore Rednal's faith and confidence in himself...remember not just whom he is fighting for, but the feelings which strengthen his resolve...but in addition to that, each charm may store within ONE ability entrusted to Rednal by the woman in question which can be used to help escape said pinch! The ability stored, which can be used ONCE by Rednal before needing to be recharged (via some intimate...not like THAT, you pervs!...interaction with said girl), can be cast by Rednal as though it were his own in said pinch. Abilities must also best listed BEFORE the battle for each charm, or else they cannot be used. (Flan's ability will ALWAYS be: "Overwhelming Aura" - Drain 5% of your opponent's HP and MP in order to restore your own by half.)

Al Azif, Ennea (3 others of your choosing) - > The One And Only...AL AZIF FORCE! - Sure, you knew that Al and Ennea were doing hero shows at Junes, but did you know that in their free time, they are also REAL LIFE super sentai rangers?! But not exactly like you see in the shows, oh no, for they have many names...and they are...The Al Azif Force! The Al Azif Force consists of Al Azif, Ennea (whether by her choice or no), and three other members who...they haven't exactly gotten around to choosing yet! But when they do, each member will take part in a ritual that goes to the very heart...and fighting spirit!...of what it means to be a hero...POSING! Each Al Azif Force Pose is unique to its member, and provides a different boost to the one who does it! The pose will become a trademark of the first person who does it, and by TM law, cannot be replicated by anyone else...so choose wisely! These poses include...

Captain's Pose A - The heroic pose of Al Azif! Dramatically boosts the defense and HP of her Force allies for up to 5 turns when struck in battle!

By taking the flask into their hand and swigging from the immensely strong liquid within the user...if they can overcome the taste...will enter into a unique state of consciousness where all things seem somewhat blurred and all actions become looser and slurred...and yet their reactions are dramatically sharpened, their instincts become incredible, and the strength of everything that they do is increased fantastically! In addition, by clicking their own tongue and spitting out a mouthful of this liquid a spray of intense flame will be shot across the distance from the user to an enemy dealing Very High Fire Damage with the possibility of a lingering burn (1/3) draining HP until healed. (When drinking this liquid, enter into a state not unlike using a 'Drunken Fist' fighting style, increasing one's own power by 1/2 Tier! ...Whoa, this is some potent stuff!).

Manabu - > Gravikord - A unique ability in which the user can create from his five fingers five different threads of power; each of these power contains the power of Gravity...weight and element...and if he should touch an enemy with one of his fingers then he connects the thread connected to that finger to an enemy...allowing him to inflict upon his foe that level of gravity each turn thereafter simply by flexing his finger. However only one finger's thread can be attached at a time.

Kicking attacks using the Grieve Edge have multiple effects:

-After 3 blocked or Resisted strikes using the Grieve Edge, the enemy's Physical Resistance will be utterly broken, allowing all follow-up attacks with them to Pierce! This lasts up to 5 turns.
-Every 3 turns, use Double Kick to inflict two strikes instead of one!
-If an enemy's resistance is Broken and you can Pierce, then replace Double Kick with Triple Kick and deal three strikes instead of two!
-Double speed of attacks (and reduce enemy evasion) when attacking using Grieve Edge!

Minori Koroko - > Amagai-Style Weave-Bracelet - An accessory created by Grandma Amagai, woven from fibers taken from plants in the Amagai Grove behind their family home; given to Genji to give to Minori after their Min's first meeting with the old lady, a token of acceptance from the older woman and affection from the berry-haired heir. Able to be worn without taking up an accessory slot, the deep ties to the land and family which resides upon it allow Minori to sense immediately when Genji is in danger...though the location and/or nature of the threat would of course, remain a mystery in need of solving.

Item Type: Ashen Magatsuhi Crystal
Description: Passed on at the death of the Dragonslayer Hero Sigurd, the spirit bonds with a chosen successor to his powers. Imbued with the might of Sigurd, the owner of this Crystal can summon to his hand the sword of the Dragonslayer Sigurd and with it, wield a new set of powers. To channel the spirit of Sigurd, the user must crush the crystal (it will reform after the possession but must be kept on their person at all times). The result will be the complete, temporary sealing of their powers which become replaced with these. Signified by ashen, unblinking eyes that seem to emanate with a cosmic aura and the user's clothes turning white and gray, they may hold this transformation for as long as they choose, but cannot access any other abilities, items, weapons, etc. until they release it. Form's power is on the same Tier as their own.

For Sreze: Tora - > False Summon - A strange but useful technique in which the user calls upon their App Demon to come to the battlefield and fights for up to 2 turns using that demon. Any attacks in those two turns used against that demon count. However, after 2 turns...if this skill is used...then the summoned 'Demon' will disperse and reveal in its place a small doll of cloth and cotton in the vague effigy of a demon. This is the deception...drawing out your enemy's attacks, soaking up their damage and MP, without your devil having taken any actual damage in the process due to the use of this decoy. After the decoy fails, then you may summon your true demon to fight the rest of the battle. (Decoy may be seen through and destroyed instantly in some storyline situations.)

Leif - > Bad Mo'Fo - Not an alchemy ability, but a passive aura that surrounds him when he enters into a room with anybody of a lower Tier level than him. Can lower the attack of enemies faintly for the first turn of battle, and has a 1/6 odds to inflict Fear on enemies of a Lower Tier simply by virtue of his presence.

The Story: Coming to the past was still so confusing to Venustus that he often didn't know what to make of things. He had settled in, yes, and he was infinitely grateful for the opportunity that his parents and the leaders of the Resistance had given them all in sending them through the Corridor to this time in the past. However, there were still...inconsistencies, things that he didn't quite understand. How DID one work a computer? And what exactly WAS the mystery meat on the inside of that Iwatodai Station takoyaki? Fumbling to find a place in the past was hard, especially when you knew you didn't technically belong, but for Venustus...things became more complicated before they got simpler. Running from the guards at the Yasoinaba Station as they chased him madcap through the streets of the small, rural town, he hadn't known that you had to pay to ride the train from one city to another...and he was expected in Okina City for a meeting with his friends! But here he was, fleeing the guards after they caught him trying to get onto the train without a ticket, and he was almost positive that this was going to end somehow with him in a local prison...until in his panic, he ran straight into a girl! The toast she'd been holding in her mouth flew into the air as they collided and fell in the midst of a crowd of people...by some miracle, the guards hadn't seen him fall and ran right past the two of them crumpled on the ground! But as the girl mourned her lost toast and the boy apologized profusely for his mistake, their eyes met...both still seated upon the sidewalk...and they realized the ridiculousness of their predicament and laughed.

"I am sorry about that...my name is Venustus Michieru. I'm...uh...not from around here."

The Story: Simple pleasures. More than anything where he had come from, that world where everything seemed to have gone to pot and the Multiverse King, Lord Igni, had chosen to pull him from in order to correct the paradoxes in the timeline...the biggest thing that was missing were the simple pleasures. Lukas had lived a fairly full life, or as full a life as one could in that time, but little things had always escaped him. Going to a shrine to pull out one of those magical charms that were sure to grant your wishes if you pulled the right one, for instance (or so he had heard they were quite effective). Or losing oneself in the depths of the so-called 'Meat Dimension' as some kind of a weird challenge. Or something like what he was doing now...sitting next to the waters of the Samegawa River with a fishing pole borrowed from a silver-haired senpai...one a nearby man had called the 'God of Fishing' due to some monster he'd caught the year before...and simply trying to...catch some fish. The others had gone by now, leaving him alone in the waning hours of daylight, but he was enjoying himself all the same. Relaxing...watching the water ripple by...it didn't even matter to him that he hadn't caught anything yet. It was the relaxation, the peaceful reverie, the...

*SPLASH*

...And suddenly he was covered in water. Soaking from head-to-toe. He sputtered for a moment as he tried to get his bearings and pick up his dropped fishing pole, but as he did he felt something strange...a tug! A massive tug on the line, stronger than any fish he could imagine! It must have been enormous, but he hadn't waited all this time not to fight for his catch! It jerked and tugged this way and that, but he had a persistence honed by a life of trouble in the world from which he has come and he wouldn't let go! Closer and closer the line reeled...struggling, until finally...he gave it one last pull and out from the water his quarry popped!

...

"Wut."

...It was a...

"Ah...hahahahah! Some catch, huh? But could ya' unhook my shirt, now? If you tug any harder it's gonna come off, and that wouldn't be too decent now, would it?"

The girl laughed in a way that made him wonder if she even really cared about any of that decency nonsense. And just looking at her right now...soaked completely through, thin clothes clinging tightly to a form that he had to fish through his knowledge of outdated slang for the proper term to describe ('bodacious is what he settled on)...he found himself completely stunned by the sight of her. But to his relief, she didn't seem to notice the big pink flush that painted his pale cheeks.

"Yeah...quite a catch..."

Juuni Neptunia + Ailek Mymariel
The Story: It had been nine matches in a row that Ailek had gotten the better of the would-be heroine. The first had been a random encounter when she'd attempted to stop him from attacking a member of the Investigation Team in the middle of town during the Dark Hour, but he had completely waylaid her in the process...her diversion only enough to allow the quarry to escape but nothing more. Ailek would have killed her, but he didn't think of it as worth his time...and she had dueled him fairly, at least, which was more than he could say for a lot of his enemies. The second, third, and fourth times had been her direct challenge to meet her for a match on the Hilltop to avenge herself, but each duel had been no closer than the first. To be honest, it had been a bit boring, but even in defeat the girl's groan melted into a smile as she considered the prospect of a rematch. She confused him...wasting her time in a fight she couldn't win. He decided that he didn't like her then. But he didn't refuse the fifth challenge, since he was certain it would be the last.

"If I can't hit you at least once, I will never challenge you again."

He knew she wouldn't hit him, so he accepted. ...When she hit him flush in the face with the very first punch of the fight, he had been surprised by her initiative...pleasantly surprised, he noticed...but that didn't stop him from leveling her in a few seconds flat shortly after. But the strike he'd suffered meant that the sixth challenge was a certainty, and in spite of himself he was almost...curious about how much better she could do with a little more time to train. But the sixth fight was almost identical, although she had managed to nearly hit him twice that time. The seventh, however, she had done so...an opening strike that had taken him off-guard and a second that had knocked him from his feet and sent him to the ground, if only for a moment.

"You're smiling..." she teased him.

Teased HIM. And he only smirked in return, before taking her down even faster than before. The eighth fight had been no different. Nor had the ninth. By the time she challenged him to one last fight, he was almost bored again...but rather than feeling dissatisfied at the boredom, he was dissatisfied with her progress. Wasn't she supposed to keep getting better and interesting him? Why did he even care? What was she but a stupid hero who kept butting her nose in where it didn't belong and fighting losing battles against a superior enemy? He almost hadn't accepted the tenth fight, but when she told him that she would never approach him again if she didn't win this time, he almost had to accept just to put an end to this whole confusing mess. And besides, she had only hit him twice in any one fight before...there was no way he'd lose.

No way he'd lose. No. Way...

The Story: It started like all great modern romances...on the internet. Gaea's Interactive Chats and Message Boards had fostered the nascent stages of the relationship between 'BlAcKmAgE10k' and 'MysteriousGirlR', from the discovery of a similarly dark and weird sense of humor to the similar opinions on topics such as, "Is Inaba Really Haunted" and "Boy, Doesn't My Boss Suck?", there was a connection that grew over time the more that they interacted with one another. But like all internet relationships, there was one major hurdle remaining between them...something that could not be avoided if they were going to make it long-term. That was the crucial first meeting 'irl' (in real-life for all the oldies out there who aren't hip with the lingo). Since they lived half the country apart, they settled on Yakushima...because they couldn't really settle on what would be halfway on the mainland, they just figured an island was neutral territory. So it was there on the beach that the starry-eyed young gent was laying on the sand all spread out, casually swimming 'Sand-Angels' into the beach beneath him when a girl in a rather plain one-piece swimsuit holding a laptop suddenly loomed above him...sparing only one glance down the beach towards the companions she had come with (a sloth of a man draped over a larger man with dark and white hair's shoulder, a beautiful young woman who looked well on her way to her first child holding onto that same larger man's arm and smiling brilliantly...and a muscular gentleman who had already started some laps in the water to train) before looking directly down beneath her feet to where the boy in question still laid.

"Hello there, Mysterious Girl. ^ ^ How'd ya know it was me?"

"'Because you wrote 'I AM BLACKMAGE' in the sands at your feet...and I hacked your school records before I came."

They shared a look between them...he had to admit, he was impressed.

Because ever since he had landed in the past there was one sight that he couldn't quite get out of his mind and it was starting to eat him up inside...the trauma of watching everyone he knew and loved back in the Future, especially the final moments before the Corridor closed behind them...had completely shattered his emotional strength and damaged his psyche somewhere deep inside, though often on the surface he seemed quite normal. I can assure you, this version of Trip is anything but.

So it happened that when Trip arrived in the past, he had developed something of a...I don't want to say fetish, but more of a longing...for death? But since he didn't literally want to die even if he sort of had a hankering for the ole' dirt nap, the next best thing was to find a girlfriend who was, in fact, herself dead! Naturally in any other place in the world this would not only be impossible, but get him committed to an asylum! But in Inaba? Well, you can find just about any supernatural weirdness you put your mind to! And this was no different...

Sure enough, he found her...a gray-skinned, dead-eyed wonder of post-life horror and beauty getting absolutely slammered and stumbling out of the bar that took over the Shiroku Store at night on the hardest alcohol she could find. She barely avoided falling face-first into the sidewalk when Trip caught her as she fell, her glazed look stirring something inside of him he never knew existed.

"Are you dead?" he smiled charmingly, and the girl offered a sloppy smile in return.

"Yosh...urp...das meh..."

"Awesome! I'm in love with you now."

"Kewl..." she passed out before she could return his affection, but he knew what she meant.

He took her home and let her sleep it off thereafter, promising to be there when she awakened with a hope in his heart that she would remember...well, any of the night before...

But somehow, he knew she wouldn't...and he'd get to experience the butterflies of confessing to his future Corpse Bride all over again.

He couldn't wait...

Abilities: Taints Set's ice powers with malevolence when used, making them all hit much harder (All ice-based attacks can be considered one level stronger) , while using half as much energy (SP). All ice based attacks have a small chance of inflicting Curse, which reduces the enemy's HP by 10% per turn. However, using energy taken from Purgatory builds a meter on Set known as Sins...each Sin has a voice of it's own, speaking in his mind as he uses his power. When fighting enemies who are Cursed, Set has a chance to inflict Lethal Damage on them equal to the number of Sins he has (up to seven, therefore, 7%). Enemies who are Cursed lose the status effect (the HP Drain) after battle, but are always marked as Cursed afterwards, capable of being Lethally Wounded.

It was her smile, that shone like the stars that had once dotted the sky, that had saved him after every battle. But now the sky he'd always looked to for comfort had been replaced, stars vaporized until nothing remained but a harrowing blackness.

One day two dragons of ice, one male and one female, were walking along a shore. A body washed up nearby, and this peeked their curiosity. "Who was this, I wonder?" Asked the female dragon, but the other merely sighed. "An unfortunate soul. On that island, which you see there, live a beautiful blue bird and a crow with two souls. Once upon a time the two wished only to be left alone, but the crow was forced to fight many battles. The blue bird comforted him, singing to him as she nursed his wounds. Her song was magic, and could restore the crow's body despite his many wounds. But her song could not heal the two souls, and after a time they began to merge to fill in what each other lacked. Soon the damaged souls were indistinguishable from one another, and then ceased to be themselves entirely. Seeing this, the blue bird continued to sing her song, but offered bits of her soul now as well, in an attempt to save her companion; but in the end, neither soul was restored, and now all three live there as Demons. What tatters of their souls remain are conjoined by the blue bird's song, and live only to fend off all who come to the island...protecting a once pure love, of which nothing remains now but the husks of those two poor lovers." The female dragon shed a tear as the story finished, and the two paused to pay their respects. They then left the shore for a time, expecting never to return. What they didn't know was that their fates, as well as those of fourteen others, would one day lead all to gather on the island once again...but that is a different tale, from another time.
Abilities A melody from the future, Eve Nekata once mastered the ability to pacify those whose have split hearts. By singing the Blue Bird's Aria, Evie can instantly calm those with split personalities, two souls in their body, or basically any variation thereupon you rule benders you! ...this instantly ends engagement on their end, forcing them to quit the battle they are in. If Evie continues to sing after the first turn, and completes the melody, the listeners fall into a slumber. However, the melody does not come without cost; originally meant to symbolize the harmony of two lovers, of two souls, it causes the personalities it is cast upon to slowly blend together. Though a single use's effects may not seem like much, when they awaken each will have absorbed a few more traits of the other, drawing closer to becoming one being. In the most obvious case (Bael and Lael), Bael would find himself drawn a bit closer to Lael's bloodlust, his sense of pacifism faded just a bit...while Lael might find his mind a bit calmer, clearer, but no less eager to cause suffering. Or perhaps their minds would blend in completely different ways? I don't know, Bael isn't mind, I won't presume for him. This is just one example, mind you, and the effects would be much stronger with repeated uses. A powerful salve for sure, but as they say, any medicine used too frequently might just as well become a poison...

Description: A man possessed of a Shadow once traveled the world, in a future never to be. The last of it's kind, the Shadow was hunted by the creature that had absorbed all others, aided only by the human...but, could his companion truly be labeled so? The scarred man had lost his only love, and only his thinning attachment to his spiritual companion kept him alive. At first, Nekura refused to fend off attackers, and his left arm was severed at the shoulder...but as it touched the ground, the severed limb turned black, and rose again as a creature known as "El". Though it protected it's body for a time, when the man found himself overwhelmed again he accepted his fate, and his right arm dropped to the ground at the blow of a terrible demon. This too turned dark, and gave rise to a creature known as "Lee". Standing side by side, Nekura could no longer deny that they had been sent to protect him...for these small creatures, barely a foot tall with rubbery round faces, shared the distinctive green hair and high school uniforms (male and female) of his most precious person in the past. Refusing despair, he vowed to protect the Shadow within him until they could overcome the Demon hunting them. This vow was aided by his newfound power, which the two spirits placed under his command.
Abilities: "Limb Essence" spirits, "El" and "Lee", or "L.E." for short. Unlike the others, his close proximity to Myon made the Nekura of the present's body degrade, taking on several features of his future self. Now scarred at the shoulders, Nekura's arms are pale and discolored, though it fades the lower down the arm it goes. More importantly, if Nekura's arms are severed (ouch, how did THAT happen?), the severed limbs will turn into two chibi figures. The left arm becomes "El", a small earth wielding girl, while the right arm becomes "Lee", a sword wielding lad. Once a limb is severed however, Nekura's regen is disabled...and, y'know, it also comes with all the fun things that getting your ARMS chopped off entails.

El is capable of Earth spells (Magna through Maha Magnadyne), though not the sword skills. When El appears, Nekura becomes weak to Gravity.

Lee has much higher physical attack, and can use Gravity spells, but only the sword buffing skills. When Lee appears, Nekura becomes weak to Earth.

And finally, Nekura may reabsorb these two arms if they are defeated...which then become GIANT FREAKING ROBOT ARMS! Wut!? Wielding the power of Gravity and Earth element, and a restored healing factor. However, his maximum health falls to half during this hyper mode, and it may only last three turns.

Description: A blade that comes from a dimension that has been erased. In that world, the Dark Realm began to boil over with evil things, and a heroes rose to face them. The Yatagarasu forged two Sacred Blades, but a curse prevented the chosen pair from holding them. Instead, the first fell into the hands of Geirin Kuzunoha, who ventured into the darkness and slew the Demons; but the sword drained his vitality, and before he realized, the summoner had become the new lord of Demons. The second was taken by the apprentice of Kyouji Kuzunoha, and used to kill the Undead Summoner...but in doing so, the Koto-no-Tsurugi claimed more than his life. This sword too was cursed, and the blade erased that which made you 'you'...so, in striking down the Summoner who'd lost all else that made him who he was, the last existence the sword erased was that of "Summoners". The wielder too, now bereft of identity, wandered the world free of harm...who would fight what didn't exist? For a time, the sword was that of a Paladin, attempting to purify the world; but with each stroke, the sword made existence that much smaller, chipping away at the identities of those who remained. Eventually, even the wielder lost faith in their justice, and sought refuge in the one safe place that remained...or at least, so they had assumed. What awaited, however, was Despair of a different kind. The original sword is gone, along with that cruel fate, but the wound on Kansei's soul remains; the memory allowed the forging of a counterfeit, and though lacking in the original's power, so too has the curse been weakened.
Abilities: The Koto-no-Tsurugi is a possessed Summoner's sword, like most. The sword has several unique abilities, however. When the curse upon the blade is activated, the person the sword cuts is forgotten by those most important to them. This does not erase their existence as the cursed blade once did, but merely tampers with their minds, leaving the effected to wonder who the face missing from their memory is. The sword demands a heavy toll however, lowering the wielder's Tier by 1 each time the ability is used, as well as lowering the cap on usable skills. (If, for example, they can use Very High skills, they can now only use High skills). If the ability is dispelled so too is the toll however, a blessing not found in the ruined sword from the future. The sword's second, alternate ability is to lower the enemy's Tier by 1, but the caster has their own cut by 2. Plus, during this time the wielder has no presence to nearby allies, making them invisible...and as such, essentially very, very vulnerable to friendly fire from all wide ranging attacks.

The Oni waited all winter, but when the year passed and no gift came to him, the monster descended the mountain again. When he arrived in the village, he was soon met by a badass heroine who fired laser beams and blew his head off...while wearing a red shirt.

Abilities: This shirt, which has a LOT of blood on it, doubles the ability of healing techniques. Healing does twice the recovery, and status healers now cast a 'Ward', halving the chance of future status ailments for five turns. However, blood rolls down the wearer's cheeks from the corner of their eyes while wearing it, and they slowly grow weaker...losing 10% health each turn. Truly the picturesque image of a martyr.

Abilities: Cheryl is now resistant to Healing Spells, receiving reduced effects. Having learned of her Despair filled self's role as a harbinger of disease, Cheryl may now allow that same spirit of the underworld to possess her, causing her miasmic body to grow stronger and unleash a poisonous fog. Those touched by this fog begin to atrophy, receiving a low chance of suffering Necrosis. Necrotic characters will be hurt by Healing Skills, and gain a weakness to fire. When possessed by the spirit, Cheryl also receives damage from Healing, and is not merely Weak to Fire, but now has Feeble fire resistance, causing her to take Triple damage from the element.

Afterwards, the only thing that moved the empty shell was a Demonic Mantra, which compelled his body to move even once the vessel lay empty. Reduced to a single word, the Crow ceased to speak to the Blue Bird, repeating it's mantra over and over without end...a curse, compelling itself to fulfill it's oath, until the world's end.
Abilities: The Rakshasa's Mantra is a compounding skill, taken from one who once became a Demon himself. At first, the Mantra uses a known Low Level Skill on the target. On the following turn however, the Mantra can be repeated to use the Low Level Skill's Medium Level counterpart. On the third turn, the Mantra can be repeated to use the High Level related to the Low Skill. And on the fourth and final turn, the Low Level skill will repeat...as will the Medium and High Levels, finished by the Very High version of the skill in one devastating flurry meant to take a crippled or overconfident enemy, and massacre them in one bestial blow.

Description: Nobushi (Mercenaries) were master of battle, but lacked the honor of samurai. This weapon was coated in poison, and time after time it's master won "fair duels" through this trickery, until the weapon itself inherited similar cunning. The blade cannot be enchanted, for the spirit will merely devour any magic cast upon it..and attempts to break the weapon might, themselves, only bring about further ruin.
Abilities: A demonic naginata, this blade possesses a unique thirst for enchantments. When a buff or debuff is cast on Youmu, the naginata devours the magic (including regen), nullifying it entirely. However, the blade's power grows from this, allowing it several abilities in return. If it devours a Buff from Youmu, then it will place an equivalent Debuff on anyone the blade cuts. If it devours a Debuff cast upon Youmu, it will prevent Buffs on those it cuts of a similar variety. Devoured Regen gives the blade a Low Chance of inflicting Necrosis (preventing healing, though it may be cleansed as a status ailment). Finally, if the blade absorbs an element (like Pyro Killer), it will inflict a form of Elemental Break...Null or Resist becomes normal, Normal becomes Weak, and Weak becomes Feeble.

However, the blade is susceptible to damage, and may be broken. If that were to be attempted, the demon inside would defend itself...and if unleashed, might provide a different experience all it's own. An actual demon, the weapon's possessor would receive no more preferential treatment than any, and would NOT do things like cook burgers and snicker at jokes. He is very much a 'whisper to kill all babies in your ear' sort of no nonsense, simple existence. I mean hey, he WAS a non-sentient blade. And is now a bad time to mention it can do this cursed whispering to it's holder while in blade form too? Nah, I'm sure it's fine. So, y'know...have fun with your cursed, dreadful no-nonsense blade.

If thrown at an enemy, one might even have a medium chance of inflicting a Bleeding slash wound, which causes 5% damage per turn and prevents Regen abilities until healed. (Can only be used once before you have to pick it/them up again, preventing rapid, repeat use.)

Living Weapon Attack: Dragon's Tide - Emerging from the weapon of the wielder of the Living Weapon, Mizuchi is unleashed like a winding wave forward from the caster, zigzagging smoothly through the air and crashing into enemy combatants with an unlikely and tremendous force. Dealing Severe Water/Phys Damage to any foe caught in the path of the Dragon's Tide, taking a direct blow from Mizuchi will also knock an most enemies off their feet, making movement in the following turn apart from standing up again nigh-impossible. Can be used once per-turn when Living Weapon is active.

Living Weapon Bonus: Apply Divine Elec to Boots OR Weapon, Ari Dance, Increase Elec Damage Bonus to 100%. When Living Weapon is Active, the electricity applied to the boots allow the user of Gyokuto to create a static 'cling' between her feet and vertical or inverted surfaces. This allows the user to walk on walls or ceilings temporarily, but for no more than a few steps at a time before she must spring away from said surface.
Living Weapon Attack: Reproduce - Emerging from the living weapon, Gyokuto's body splits and duplicates into as many as 4 different bodies. Each body can act independently of the others in that turn. Bodies have one of two uses once created: they may either launch themselves back into the body of Gyokuto's owner or allies in order to cast a Dia effect on them (stacking multiple bodies on a single target will increase the effect to Diarama, Diarahan, and Prayer respectively for 2, 3, and 4 bodies)...or they may attack foes for Low Elec/Phys Damage (must resist BOTH to resist the attack, may stack multiple attack bodies on a single target to increase damage to Medium, High, and Severe damage respectively for 2, 3, and 4 bodies). Successful strikes will reduce enemy movement speed by 1% for each strike. May cast this spell every turn while Living Weapon lasts.
