Vic felt an eye twitch as he heard her talk to herself. Oh how this girl had a late thought process but he kept his mouth shut as he waited for her the finish the last of his food for the next 2 days. The kidnapper noticed how she was eating it slowly and in little bites. His shaded eyes slimmed but he remained in place and awaited to tie her up. "I'm surprised you didn't make a break for the window." he told her in a calm voice as he crossed his arms.

Victor thought for a minute and nodded. "Touche." with that he put the bag away and placed her hands behind her back before tying her wrists and then her ankles. Putting an arm around her shoulder before bending behind her and picking her up with a sweep of his other harm before carrying Mina into the living room and setting her on the couch. Walking over to the broken down desk he raised it to the light before smiling. It dried pretty quickly. Looking at Mina he said "I'll be back in about an hour. Just keep watching the news. It's a good way on keeping up with my money." Folding the paper in a cloth before placing it in his shirt Victor left to drop off the letter personally. And leave a lasting impression.

Victor was crawling through an air vent and saw the man looking out the window with his hands behind his back, looking over the city worriedly. He had just got done talking about a few people for Victor's capture which they luckily had no need. He then saw the opportune moment and tied a rag around his face before slowly opening the vent he was looking through. It hung loosely as he slowly lowered himself onto the ground and silently walked over to the door before locking it and turning around.

"Hello there Mr. Ichinomiya. I was hoping I'd see you later then sooner." said the man as he threw a knife at a camera while it was looking the opposite direction, cutting off the power line and shutting it down. With that he walked over to the desk and placed the other letter on the desk. Looking at the man before adjusting his hat he said "Don't worry. You're daughter is in safe care but...I don't want this to end so quickly. I rather enjoy the rush of being chased and so far had a few things of my plan fall into place."

Viktor pulled his hand back and the knife that was embedded in the wall flew back and landed a few inches away from the letter with a light thunk. Grabbing it while tutting the man he said "We can't let the fun end just now can we. Here...some evidence so the trail doesn't run cold." he said as he reached behind him and grabbed a small lock of hair, cutting it off before tossing the locks on the letter. No sooner did that happen was their a loud thud on the door. Turning to see the door shake and yelling on the other side he smiled and said "Now come...give chase to the man who has stolen your bosses beautiful daughter." with that he tossed some nearby papers in his face before seeming to disappear as they fell down.

Victor walked through the front door and shut it, taking off the mask but keeping on the hat before walking into the living room and seeing Mina asleep. With a sigh he murmured "I guess you won't run away." with that he reached behind her and untied the restraints, tossing them over his shoulder as he took off the hat before taking off the ragged shirt and placing it over her. He never knew what a blanket was but the couch he found luckily came with a few pillows. Slowly adjusting her before sitting down and placing a pillow on his lap. Victor gently laid her down and put another behind his head, adjusting the hat he had on now to hang in front of his face a bit before he closed his eyes and fell asleep as well.

Victor moved a bit before letting out a snore. His red hair flowing a bit as he moved. His head was resting against his hand which in turn was propped against the arm rest. With another small snore Victor smiled and his lips moved a bit before it fell too a frown and a tear seemed to trail down his cheek as he murmured it a bit louder. "Angie..."

Victor moved a bit more before his eyes slowly slid open and he squinted due to the light. A bit confused he covered them and looked around before laying his eyes on Mina. His eyes had confusion in them for a few seconds before his hands flew to his head and felt no form of a hat. His eyes then scanned the little bit of area around them and he snatched up the hat, dusting it off before placing it on the couch. "Well now that you know what I look like I guess I don't need it anymore." stated the kidnapper before he got up and pulled out a tiny piece of string from his pocket and looked at the small roll of money he had with a frown. Vic then looked at the girl before returning his eyes to the green paper. "Well...I don't think this will be enough for the both of us." sighed the male.

Victor looked at her with wide eyes as she unbuttoned her uniform a bit and reached inside, pulling out a decent wad of cash that if his jaw was able to unhinge it would've dropped through the floor. Nodding he said "That's going to be able to last way more then two months!" His eyes then locked onto Mina's and he scooted a bit closer before leaning in and stopping his face a few inches away from hers before saying smoothly "Don't worry. I promise that I'll get only necessities. If it's clothes you want then we can go get them. I don't expect you to stay in that adorable little uniform the whole time here." he then got a bit closer and added with a smile "You have really beautiful eyes." with that he reached over with his hand and put a hand on her chin with a smile.
