And yes I can be that cold xp Ah, yeah. I could never keep with those staunch knight in shining armor types when I tried them (and believe me I tried a helluva lot of times to stick with it). I've since learned to accept my anti-hero/anti-villain (depending on my temperment) alignment, haha. My characters are not always the knight in shining armor... even if they do wear the shinies... xd They are good people that fight against evil but do get a bit dirty, if your hiding evil but wont let Sakura pass... you may as well be evil. (Sakura wields Goldbrand YAY! mrgreen ). yes a mod. Also my characters do break the law just in lesser ways, like theft. I just find that usually if you try and play the darker side they have a bad habit of making them too dark and not giving you any real choices. They make them feel too "Ultimate evil"-ish. Ah, well that seems a bit easier to do. 3nodding My older brother makes the really good 'superman' type characters who do no wrong, and I just can't stick with that all good, all the time thing, and that's what I thought you meant. blaugh As far as morality goes with my characters, Eldanril is charming (in her own way), clever, sneaky, mischievous, a smartass, can be tactless at times, and somewhat insane. She's a lot like Jack Sparrow from PotC with some of Cicero and Astrid, and a dash of Lucien because they're around each other so often. Funny part is that she's a High Elf, and the contrast between her and 96% of the race is just priceless. Ah yes the superman type can be hard, I find that if the choices don't reward me I don't want to do them so thats usually what makes good harder to stick with sometimes. See, my character goes out of her way to pick fights with Stormcloaks and Thalmer. xd Yeah, when someone doesn't have that 'do-gooder's zeal' it makes it very tricky to stick to the side of good unquestioningly, because it doesn't always pay it's followers, haha. And hell yes. I love finding Thalmor troops with prisoners, where I can talk to the guy and give him some random but nice s**t that I have but would never use. Then we hack up the Thalmor agents for being pretentious pricks, haha. The Stormcloaks attack me if I get too close these days, so I get to turn them into a bloodbath as well, but it isn't as fun unless they're making asshat comments at me. sweatdrop I will have to see just how good the Dawnguard is, and see what options I have throughout the DLC to be naughty while still good. And your right, the good guys rarely pay well... look at Shep in ME3, effectively dies in each ending... doesn't pay to be good. Those prison escorts or the 3 that just wander about (that attack me on sight now... not sure why), the Stormcloaks will tell me to back off and i just stand there till they attack rofl

I have to look as unimposing as possible and not probe them on any topic or they start calling me a heretic. And I won't deny the heresy (I'm loyal to to Akatosh, Sithis, and Sanguine...though the latter two are where my loyalties most heavily lie. emotion_awesome ), but I'm not the biggest fan of Talos, who they accuse me of worshiping if I stay silent, haha.

THey fire away. At least, until they get a taste of Chillrend. After Chillrend gets to them they're dead. rofl

Also, closer to topic, the electirican at work came in and he was rather tired, and we were chatting about Dawnguard and we had to wonder, will they release it on the other plateforms on the 26th of July? or wait till the next week to release on a tues.

MagitekElite Resonare Praeteriti MagitekElite So Dawngaurd just makes you kill the Vampires? Do the vampires even commit any evil to be killed for? eek If not, messed up! sad Well there are definitely evil vampires, but there are a few that make it difficult to hate them all. One that you meet early on is wonderful; a total sweetheart. I was sure the Dawnguard wouldn't like her because she was a vampire, but I really did want to protect her. Her mother is a little more difficult to warm up to, but still a good person under it all. Her father on the other hand is kind of a looney though, and really only cares about her because she's useful to him... sweatdrop Oh my goodness. crying I won't be siding with the Dawnguard if there are any good vampires. There are always good or evil people in a race? Evility is not race specific..?

Just realized, soon, very soon I will get to play the DLC... and enough time to burn through ME2 a couple times with my new character so this is perfect. Then I can loose myself into Dawnguard.

I plan to run through both, of course, but I'm starting with the vamps. Their castle is pretty nasty though, with corpses lying on the tables and vampires eating off of them. GROSS... It's also irritating how every time you leave, the Dawnguard is hiding in the bushes to jump you. lol Kind of funny though.

I feel you pain, on both accounts, because firstly you'd think the vampires would clean up after themselves a little more and, you know, not leave blood ******** you turn in that castle. Secondly, Dawnguard needs to get outta my business. Seriously, I'm running up to the castle to go talk to someone, then the Dawnguard jumps out and takes up my time by making me kill their sorry asses before I can even get to the bridge.
