Unless you would like to be explaining to Akasun why you have decided to betray him." She said with a cool smile and an icy gleam in her eyes. "Try something Dorian, I'd love to see how Akasun reacts to your treachery, perhaps he'd finally let Victor kill you and be done with your a**." She stated calmly. But smilling at the thought. "But as to my curiosity, why have you left that little hole you call home, worm?" She asked calmly, only slightly intrigued.

Dorian stopped where he was, though he was glad to see that she feared him enough not to let him get too close. It was a bit of a shame too. His wicked mind played with the idea of what he would make Mina do if he had the chance. "Vulgar as ever, I see." He simply replied, mirroring Mina's cool smile back to her. "And you presume too much of me. I haven't betrayed anyone. Just because I'm not an obedient little lapdog like you doesn't mean I'm a traitor, you know." Dorian grinned a little bit and then let out a fake sigh. "Honestly I don't know how you put up with it all. Taking all those orders day in and day out, you must be tired. But I suppose thats just the difference between you and I. And yet you still have the energy to go on worrying about little ole me? You must be feeling exhausted."

M I N A xx K Y L E S "K I N E T I C" XX Mina sighed as he began to speak the parts about being tired, "Shut your mouth, snake." She stated. "The only thing I am tired of is your incoherent babbling in a silver tongued language that no one cares to hear." She stated calmly, "Now if this will be all, I shall return to my own affairs, ones actually worth attending to." As she would go to dissappear, she had wasted enough time upon Dorian. Had he tried to stop her, it would mean unlawful contact on a member of Akasun's staff.

Dorian smirked as he let her go, reciting a poem in a mocking tone as she walked away. "Oh you poor little worker bees. No one around to hear your pleas." He stared after her as he leaned up against one of the columns in the gazeebo. "You'll work your life until you die. No one around to hear you cry." He knew he had nothing to fear from Mina. She was just another pawn in his chess match against Akasun. And just like all the other pawns on the board, he would take her in due time.

Mira discover the the moonlight garden, really haven't seen this place before. Must be newly build wile she was away. She continue walking down the calming garden, admiring the quite peace and the surrounding being reflecting by the moonlight. She should of came her sooner to just have a place to relax, though she knows she can't have that for look with the island filled with strong guys.

Ryker arrived at possibly one of the nicest parks he had ever seen. It was certainly more appealing that most of what he saw on the island. What's more is that the moon seemed to be directly overhead, casting a long stream of moonlight across the park. Yes...this would be a good place to do it. Finding a place to seat himself, Ryker sat down at a nearby chair and unwrapped the box, revealing a rather large and menacingly looking syringe. "I'm supposed to inject myself with this"? He muttered to himself. Turning to syringe to the side, Ryker looked for anything that might tell him what he was to do with this. He found it, it read, Gene-X unknown.....To apply, stick syringe into neck until needle is in bloodstream, then press on syringe to inject the Gene. Warning, will cause severe side effects. Side effects for this particular Gene-X, unknown. None of that seemed to promising or safe, but he only lived once and he knew that without these powers he would not be able to survive on this island. Without hesitance, Ryker stuck the syringe in his neck. It was only when he did, injecting the Gene, that he noticed the girl he helped out earlier from the corner of his eye. Well...so much for private.

Mira only notice later that someone else was here. She look over to Ryker that is sitting on a chair, holding something in his hand. Approaching to him, she notice it was a used needle and the box on his lap. "What are you doing?" She simply asked him, meeting him a second time. She didn't really saw him using it.

Ryker immediately pulled out the needle, but the contents were now already injected into his blood stream. He was blushing, and he was blushing hard, the way this probably looked from her perspective was that he was injecting something like cocaine or meth....and though he was no druggie, it didn't change what the entire situation looked like. "I swear....", he said calmly, "This isn't what it actually looks like". Ryker began to sweat. Wait? Why was he sweating? He was embarrassed but he wasn't nervous...there was no reason why he should be sweating. It wasn't hot outside, so why......Ryker looked down at the needle......could it be? Ryker wiped the sweat off the brow of his forehead, he then continued to talk hoping the growing heat festering inside him would go away. "It's a Gene-X....I just injected myself with it". His vision then started to get blurry...what was going on here? Were the side effects that quick? Normal medicine doesn't act that fast.

Mira just stared at him, seeing him getting nervous all over. Her gaze was down to the used needle, reaching her hand to take it from him to have a closer look. The serum already missing inside and being used in this guy's body... Mira been to this island long enough to know what's going to happen next. "Idiot..." She whisper to herself. Her eye's covered by the moons repletion on her glasses. "You're really an idiot." She spoken up enough for him to hear. As she was saying that, the two chicks on her shoulder were only curios of why the guy infront of them acting weird.

Ryker seemed to slightly chuckle at her response, at the same time coughing making a bizarre sound that mixed sickness with humor. A small trickle of blood began to drip down his chin from his mouth. His head started to get even hotter yet for all this, Ryker still maintained full coherent sentences, "Heh heh....an idiot I may indeed be, though I knew I was going all the way when I decided to step on that boat to the island". Ryker then proceeded to cough, harshly....so much so that blood was flying from his mouth in large spurts, though he took great care to do it away from the girl and her chicks. This wasn't good...a sharp prickly feeling ran up and down his back, his head began to throb, his stomach began to twist in turn though he fought the urge to vomit. He tried to keep himself distracted from the growing pain by talking more, "Ya......I knew the consequences of injecting myself with such a strange and unknown liquid...which is why I choose to suffer in this rather nice park. It is rather nice isn't? The moon is beautiful tonight". Ryker coughed out some more blood and phlegm as he tilted his head back towards the moon. He began to laugh....it started off softly....then mildly....then loudly....then he began to laugh insanely as if he was the Joker himself. Why was he laughing? He didn't know, he just kept with it, it just seemed like the natural thing to do. Flashes of images bursts within his head and eyes. Images of something horrific....images of something grandly cosmic....whispers of some horrible language began to fill his thoughts.....and all he could do...all he could do was laugh...and laugh....and laugh...it was like a daydream gone horribly wrong...it felt like he was slipping into insanity.

Even though he knew being a fool taking the stuff, yet he still done it anyways. She could only watch as he was coughing up blood out from his mouth and role over in pain. What's weird that after his last words, he started laughing as he look up to the sky. His gaze to the moon faze as much he continue laughing harder. It could very much the work of the drugs inside of him or it's the only thing that can help cover up the pain from the drugs. As madness this looks to be, Mira didn't left his side.
She tossed the stupid needle away to help out Ryker lay down on the ground even as he continue laughing uncontrollably with blood spitting out of his mouth. He hands placed over his forehead, quickly withdraw feeling her hand burn from just a touch. He's very much over heating. Mira pull out a clothe and headed out quickly to the pound to have it socked before returning back by Ryker. She used the clothe to wipe away the blood dripping out from his mouth then place it on his forehead. It should cool down his head. "... Just rest... You will not suffer alone tonight." He told him over his uncontrollable laughter. Her expression can't be seen very well but her intention is very much just staying by his side wile he fight throw the drug.

Ryker didn't seem to notice all that much of the interference and comfort this stranger was providing. He seemed to be lost in the dark provinces of his mind, strangling in the midst of some kind of dark abyss. He couldn't breath within his minds eye, he couldn't do anything as this dark power began to constrict and constrict tightly. On the outside of his body, the girl would watch as Ryker would continue to cough up blood and laugh. She would see all of a sudden see a dark aura began to leak off of Ryker's body like liquid shadow. The dark aura seemed to lift up into the air, like all of a sudden the earth's gravitation was reversed. The blood started to gather in Ryker's throat yet he began to speak something unintelligible. Though most of it was muffed out by the gargling, the words, "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" could be heard seeping through his lips in a voice not his own. It sounded cosmic, inhuman....monstrous. He would speak it over and over and over again as the darkness continued to rise all around his body...still keeping up the laughter in between pauses in sentences.

What Mira is look at is no longer a victim to the strange drugs, but instead a boy being possess by a dark spirit! "Wh-?" The two chicks hugged Mira's neck and quiver in fear as the dark aura rose out from his body. "what are you saying?" Strange words comes out from his lips that she couldn't understand, it looks like the boy could very much die from insanity if the dark spirit didn't get to him first. Mira has no choice but to scout backwards, away from Ryker just for her chicks to sittle down. She didn't like the feel from Ryker aura, it made her a little sick just being near it. Though only a few feet away from him now, she rename sitting on the ground and watch Ryker sipping energy at the distant.

Ryker kept repeating the same odd phrase over and over again as the darkness seemed to grow thicker and thicker. Yet eventually it all came to a head when all of a sudden at the climax of the rising demonic voice, all was silent...and then. Shockwave. A shockwave of dark ki burst forth from Rykers body spreading out all across the park, knocking down anyone unprepared for it. It came as quickly as it went, and all was silent. Ryker laid there in silence, the darkness seeminly completely and utterly gone. He was still bleeding through the mouth however, and with him staring up at the moon, he was in danger of drowning in blood. If he had any chance of survival, he would need to be taken to the nurses office. Whatever was in that Gene-X was so intense than a usual Gene-X, that without medical care, Ryker would pass from this world.....But the question that Mira was now presented with....Did she even want to help Ryker after she just witnessed? What would awaken if Mira helped recover him, for all she knew....Ryker was no more....replaced by some kind of terrible dark entity.
