It's like the sci-fi version of 'a wizard did it'. I always thought of it as similar to Ancient Egyptian Laser Beams. Also I think the sci-fi version would be 'Q did it'.

Something that never really added up...following the Battle of Terra (Earth), are all those alien spaceships still in orbit in the Sol System? All those alien races...in fully-armed warships...with no way home...
...and only one habitable planet in the system. sweatdrop

All those alien races...in fully-armed warships...with no way home... ...and only one habitable planet in the system. sweatdrop Well in all the endings but the Green ending, they are going to starve to death and die alone, on a battleship. In Green ending you see them repairing mass effect relays.

I've thought of more things.
Why does Kai Leng get turned into a poor man's Zero?
Why is there so few real boss fights in this game?
Why can't I have Urz as a pet?
What was Jack thinking with that hair?
Why is Kai Leng supposed to be a threat if the main accomplishments I know him for are epic toothbrush kill and getting beat up by a dieing Drell?
