o0Roxy0o Radiant Mercy I have a suggestion: Why not do a member sweep/clean up? I don't think there's any point in having members who are extremely inactive, just sitting there.

I think this is a horrible suggestion. ;c
I was also considering this the other day and I'll definitely
keep it in mind as a future project. It will be a lot of hard
work though!
While I don't mind the hard work (and I will do whatever it is you ask of me...though I'm not sure crew can purge members) may I make a plea for the inactive...I was inactive for a really long time but now I am back and better than ever (not having a computer and/or internet kept me away) so you can go inactive and come back better than ever...just a thought...
In another guild I am in there is a check-in thread where you can just let people know you are alive but work, kids, lack of net, life etc keep you away so we could make one of those for people to let us know what's going on in their lives.... maybe we could send PMs to inactive members letting them know that they are in danger of being purged and invite them to come back and take part. (Could also send an announcement I suppose...could be quicker but not as personal and no guarantee they will see it). If they do not respond we could be clear in the message (or announcement ) that they are always welcome to come back in the future when circumstances permit if they become purged but we are trying to combat inactivity. Erm....sorry I am rambling. sweatdrop
Also is the Party Central meant to be for contests or can we make a contest/tektek sub forum? There are always people wanting tekteks made and let's face it the main forum here has TONS of contests up.

Well I honestly don't mind working on it alone when I have spare
time. But it'll have to happen slowly over time. I think I'll start with
girls who have 0 posts or a naked avatar. The rest can wait for
a later stage.
There would be no point in a thread for attendance as we just
have far too many members that it would be silly and too much
work to check up in the thread, when we can just check the
guild members last post date?
Also, we used to have a contest sub-forum, but it doesn't get
recognized as much as the main forum. It usually just died down
as no one would look at it often. I just feel that contests are one
of the more important, more entertaining parts of the guild,
therefore it is more than welcome to stay on the main page,
even if there are loads. It's the first thing girls see when they
come into the guild and that makes me happy. Shows all the
activity and excitement that is found in the guild.
As for tekteks threads without a gold prize, they have been
PMd and moved to the Gaia Community sub-forum.

There wouldn't be enough active users for that sort of sub-forum
as there wouldn't be much to talk about. Something small that
doesn't fit into a sub-forum is best posted within the main forums.

I don't know if there is already one, but can there be like, "an every day" forum, for me that would be the first go to place when on Gaia, just chat about the day and stuff. Rather than having to go to people's personal topics, it all comes to one spot.
