Oh! Zeke remembered something. It should be a staff member who saw these, Zeke didn't recognize this language from any of their Amityville classes. THat probably meant no other students recognized it either.
"Hey, Prof. I got something for you. There wasn't only just jewelry .. and human red stuff but there were these too!"
Zeke had to dig into his yellow bag, pulling out the partially wet book, smudged with ink, sweat and blood. But that didn't mar the neat handwriting or drawings inside one bit. It was just the outside cover that sucked, apparently. Opening the book to the proper page, various etchings were stamped all over the page.
"Recognize any of these?" He laid open his precious book towards the Professor. He glanced over at Skylar, giving him a thumbs up. He was really proud of himself.

Selene froze up like a popsicle when Arcana kissed her hand a second time, and she kept her face pointed straight ahead, eyes wide, staring at nothing.. and trying not to get upset about it. He was.. they were.. it was okay now.
Except kisses aaaaaa-
She let out a soft little whimper, and relaxed in his arms.
She could do this. She could handle having a b..b.. boilfriend. Had she just hesitated and stuttered in her own thoughts? How strange.
She squeezed his hand softly, as if to accept the token of affection. But she definitely wasn't ready to return it just yet.

She stared at Arcana as he confessed about the voices in the water. Worry flashed in her eyes for a moment. Voices? Tarot wouldn’t have been too worried about what he relayed to the professor if Arcana hadn’t mentioned that he could still hear them, even if they were calming voices. Her voice was soft and low when she reached out for one of her twin’s hands to grasp. “You don’t hear them anymore, right? They’re gone now?” Her experience was solemn. She took her brother’s wellbeing very seriously. Thin lips curled into a small smile when she watched Arcana and Selene together. Tarot didn’t need to be told. She wouldn’t bother them anymore. Tarot politely stepped away.
Instead her empty hand reached out for Westhor’s. She tried not to chuckle. The reaper was beginning to grow too accustomed to holding hands with someone. Maybe she would start to need it, even. “I’m glad you didn’t get in the water. That wouldn’t have…ended well, at all.”
Tarot briefly nodded her head at the professor, taking his directions to heart. It certainly gave her more things to ponder over—cursed items? “Will do, professor.” She checked her skellyphone and looked at Westhor. “Should we go back to the festival?”

Professor Quibble nodded to Zeke, just once < I will take a look at these when I have a second, please leave your notebook with me. >
The other students were looking antsy and tired now: there was no reason to drag out the meeting any longer, and he had a lot on his own mind to digest. < Good luck at the festival tonight, remember to keep an eye out on anything potentially suspicious and report it to me! >
He said nothing else, simply turning the tablet piece over and over. It seemed like if anyone had any questions, they could always stay and ask. OOC All students here are dismissed to the festival to clean up/ interact/ catch up with other users as to what is going on! - Any students can still ENTER and EXIT this thread/ stay to ask questions

[[entering]] Acher walked in a few seconds after Melusine and heard bits and pieces of the conversation. He had to hide that treasure before anyone else saw him with it of course. Hearing the comment about it possibly being cursed he looked over at Melusine. He had given her something from the cave...but it couldn't have been cursed nothing happen when all the other students picked any up so why should it be an issue now. Just to be on the safe side he wouldn't go back for the gold just yet. Inching closer to the ghoul he looked down and smiled, "Well I guess we aren't in too much trouble...want to go back to the festivities then...even if it's just cleaning up?"

Westhor happily took Tarot's hand in his own, giving several knowing nods, "I tried it once! It was not chill, sister." Showers don't really work for him at all; he had other ways to keep clean. At the mention of the festival, he bounced up and down in his seat, looking excited, "I think we should, sister!" All this 'injured human' talk was making him really sad, so some distraction would be nice.
There needs to be more love.
Hopping off his seat, he waited for Tarot to do the same before leaving the classroom, hand-in-hand.

Sophie had been there for the whole thing, watching the way her fellow DETH members spoke to Quibble, the way they asked their questions and gave (mostly) honest answers about the whole everything else business. The idea of finding a human in their world was indeed exciting, but the way everyone was going on, it also sounded wrong. It was nothing like the way the Human pamphlets had described anything! She had read those pamphlets backwards, forwards, upside down- everything, just to get the proper perspective on them. As they were dismissed she watched some of her class-and-team mates filter out to go back to the festival, but she remained behind. There was something bothering her about this probably-but-who-knows Human; the tablet was unusual, the blood was very concerning. It meant bad things, generally. After a few others had drifted out, the small mirror ghost floated her way over to the Professor's desk, placing her hands on it. "Heeeeey Prof~! I know you said it wasn't really our responsibility and I'm totally going to go enjoy the rest of the festival, but...will you be keeping us updated on what's going on?" She inquired, floating up a little higher to be able to learn forward a little more on the edge of the desk. "Especially for that thing?" A nod was given to the tablet that the Professor insisted on playing with. "--And the maybe-blood?"

Skylar leaned over to peer at what Zeke had written in his notebook. Intrigued at what he had found.
"Ohh, so you weren't just stuffing your pockets with 'borrowed' objects, huh?" He whispered, an amused look on his face. At least it was more than what he had found. Other than what everyone else had pointed out, all Skylar had found was blue flowers, and they did nothing at all. Well, nothing except disappear. Which he was sure wasn't worth mentioning.
Though now that the notebook was left in the professor's care, Skylar wanted to get out of here and go to the festival. Though not before he cleaned himself up.
"See you in a bit." he said, bumping fists lightly with the hyena before he exited the office and before Zeke could suggest shoving him into another pool of water.

“I can imagine,” Tarot agreed with a nod. She held back her laughter as she watched Westhor bounce in his seat like an excited scareling. “Alright, alright. I’ll be right after you.” Hands behind her back, she laced her fingers together as she slowly walked after the boil. She looked back to glance at her twin, shot him a grin, and then trotted after Westhor.

Though she didn't sense Acher's hesitation to talk about the gold, Melusine still held the earrings in her hand. Not wanting to cause problems, she only nodded softly to Acher before she held up one longer, slender finger to the boil. With quick motions she approached the teacher's desk and set the golden earrings on its surface. "I... Got these in the cave. Keep them and study them, if you'd like. But I haven't had any adverse effects, so not everything may be cursed." She said in a colorless voice, but gave him a small nod. "You can finally show me your booth!" Melusine said with a little bit more enthusiasm as she turned around and hooked her arm with Acher's. Together they exited the office and Professor Quibble never had to know that it was Acher who took the gold. [Exiting]
