Millie ignored Yuki's fake drowsiness, wondering what was that all about until Lizzie shouted out again. "Don't get distracted! Just keep attacking! You're almost there!"
Nodding a silent yes, she lunged forward in another Return attack. The Eevee's trickery wasn't going to get to this Milotic!

For all of Yuki's supposed sleepiness, he moved lightning quick to avoid the Milotic's attack. Then he stretched his jaws wide in another Yawn.

The battle was really going no where at this rate. But Millie, even though she had missed and collided into the jungle gym again, still couldn't give up. She rushed at Yuki once more.

Ouch! Millie made up for the miss with a powerful hit, and smashed into Yuki. The yawn this time was almost unfeigned. Shina bit her lip, hoping that this time, the move would work. If she could put Millie to sleep, she might be able to take it out.

Millie must have used up way too much energy with that last attack, because when she glanced over at Yuki again she suddenly felt very tired. The Eevee was almost down, maybe Lizzie wouldn't mind if she got a little shut eye...
But in fact Lizzie did mind. "Come on Millie!" She shouted. "Get up! It's no time to be napping!"

Shoot! Shina could tell the Milotic was already waking up. "Yuki, try again! See if you can put it to sleep for a little longer!" As the Milotic woke, Yuki yawned again.

Millie's eyelids fluttered open due to all the shouting that was going on around her. She caught a glimpse of Yuki yawning at her again and the realization of what happened dawned on her.
The Eevee tricked her into falling asleep! She wasn't going to let that happen again! She lunged at the foe with a burst of energy, which was perhaps gained from her quick nap. Lizzie didn't need to shout out a command, but she smiled when her Milotic snapped out of her slumber.

"Yuki, return!" Shina called. "Anna, avenge Yuki! Start us off with a Blizzard!" Shina ordered. Annabell was happy to comply, sending out a wicked ice storm with the intent of freezing the Milotic into a solid ball of ice for easy pounding.

After the last Return attack, Millie had left herself wide open to whatever the Furret was going to do to her. She had her back turned to her opponent as icy shards were sent her way, freezing her movement and eventually freezing her into chunk of ice.
Lizzie groaned, but it was not the end of the world. Shina was down to her last Pokemon, which was partially injured because of the previous Dragon Tails. Millie had done her job in taking on Yuki. It would not be a big deal if she fainted now so that Psywater had a chance to come in without any prior damage.

Shina looked at the frozen Milotic. The ice looked nice and thick. Good, that gave her some prep time. "Annabell, raise your attack with Charge Beam!" Shina ordered. Annabell grumbled at not being allowed to attack the helpless foe, but gathered energy into herself anyway.

Even while frozen solid, Millie looked worried about the upcoming attack. Lizzie was anxious too, and silently willed her Milotic to hang in there.

Watching Anna boost her attack with so many Charge beams just made Lizzie even more nervous. But she also had a bored look on her face since Millie was still stuck and couldn't do anything.

Annabell darted over to the ice block, and rubbed against it like a cat. It just so happened that while she did so, she was shooting sparks in all directions.

That simple rub against the ice was a nasty shock to Millie. Thought she couldn't scream, she was obviously in pain. The electrifying attack cracked the ice but Lizzie knew that it wouldn't break fast enough for Millie to retaliate. All she could do it sit tight and watch.
