Tama's ears pinned back, but she tried to force a smile " it... it's alright Hoshi, im just a little sad i didn't hear about this till now.... You should know you can always tell me anything... I don't care that hes a ninja, as long as he's good to you, im happy" she said lowering her head a bit, she really didn't know how to deal with these emotions, that was the downside to having incredible luck all her life, she never learned what it was like to hurt, or feel sad. No, she wanst mad, just disspaointed, Kuma on the other hand... he had no excuse for not telling her

Shuffling over she nuzzled her mom, "He is good to me. He's protective. And he makes me happy. He wants to get to know the whole family, and learn things about our world." She proceeded to explain that Prowl was an autobot that was from a different world that had been destroyed. "His people were homeless. They came here. So there is so many things that are new and different from what they know."

Tama listended carefully as Hoshi spoke and frowned, how sad to have your entire world destroyed and have to find a new one... but she was happy to hear her talk about him, hoshi seemed quite attached to the male. " i see... Well as long as he dosent hurt you, and treats you well... im happy. Your father, however, better find a nice big rock to hide under cause he won't be happy when i get my paws on him"

"I was actually the one that found out first." Fuega had gotten up and walked over to the two, "Prowl has asked for my permission and blessing." Setting down on her haunches, "Kuma didn't know it had happened. Now as to why he didn't tell you I couldn't honestly tell you. For a male he is certainly a coward. I don't think he has any fighting will in him at all."
Hoshi blinked at her grandmother then cringed, "Please don't be mad at Dad."

Tama did a double take " wait... so asked you and not me or her father?" she asked, not really meaning offense, but that surprised her. If he asked anyone, he should have asked one or both of the parents

Fuega lowered her head and folded her ears back, "I honestly can't say for sure why he asked me. Perhaps it is because I am protective of my small family and I don't want to see them hurt. Or perhaps it is because you attacked him. Only he can answer that. Right now all I know that matters it that Hoshi is happy with her mate." Straightening, "I know how it feels. I didn't know about you or the fact that I had grandchildren until well after they were grown. I was mad. I was hurt. But in the end, as long as Kuma is happy that is all I'm worried about. He is my world. And by extension so are you, and my grandchildren." Fuega gave a nodding bow to Tama.
Tears streamed down her face as she sniffled, "I..I'm so sorry."

Tama seemed to deflate slightly, Fuega DID have a point after-all... she sighed " well he still should have asked me or her father... if hes going to ask someone, ask the parents" she muttered slightly then sighed again " i don't suppose it really matters.. it's done now" she said and turned to Fuega " Fuega... i'm really sorry for what me and Kuma did, now i know how it feels and it.. isn't pleasant so.. i'm sorry" she said then stepped closer to her daughter and wrapped her forepaws around her neck in an awkward hug "... please stop crying... you don't have to be sorry, your happy, what more could a mother wish for?"

Gives a awkward grin and pats Tama's back. At first she wasn't fond of her silliness. But after sometime the luck cat had grown on her. "I lost my mate. And my daughter. I don't want to lose any others." She softly whispered. "I will protect you. All of you."
Hoshi hugged her mother, "I love you Momma. With all my heart. And Prowl isn't a bad ninja. I swear he's not. He fights to keep our world safe from evil." Burring her face into her mother's chest, "And please don't hurt daddy...."

Tama giggled, a bit of her silliness returning " love you too Hoshi, oh i'm sure of that, he has to be a good ninja if you like him." she said then grinned " ooh don't worry, i wont hurt him~" she said and giggled mischievously, ok so maybe she wasn't as upset as before, but he was still going to regret not telling her, one way or another.

Making his way home from work he rushed over to find Hoshi. He wasn't sure of any news on the kids, in fact he didn't even know he was going to be a father at all yet, his work kept him so busy and he hated being from her. Luckily his higher officers gave him some time off so he could relax more and be with her. Once he spotted her with her family he first rushed up to Hoshi and nuzzled her. "Is everything alright I heard something was wrong." Looking over to her family he bowed in respect. "Mrs. Tama, Feuga. How are you both this evening?"

Settling down her long ears perked back up to listen for any sounds that could mean danger. At Prowls approach she nodded to him, "Better now." Her gruff emotionless voice droned.
Hoshi snuggled her mother more then leaned into Prowl, "I'm glad to see you. You remember my mom....I finally told her we were mates." Looking back to Tama, "Mom, I want to officially introduce you to Prowl."

Tama pulled away from Hoshi as prowl approached and looked him over appraisingly before stomping over to him to look him square in the eyes... well sort of, and poked him in the chest with her paw " Listen here buddy, you might be her mate, but im her mother, and if you ever hurt her i will personally rip off your tail and feed it to you" she said with an dead serious face then smiled brightly " welcome to the family, i guess your OK even if you are a ninja."

Prowl adjusted his wings, folding them down as he rested one over Hoshi's back. "It's a pleasure. At least this second meeting will not have you barreling into my side again." He wasn't to happy about their first meeting he remembered that was the first he had someone have the jump on him in a long time. he sat upright watching Tama as she prodded his chest with her paw. "I assure you, I will protect Hoshi with my life." His face stayed rather calm and serious when looking his now mother in law in the eyes. "I have some vacation time from my work. I was informed that Hoshi was in some sort of predicament. Is everything alright?"

Hoshi's face flushed, "Mom! You're almost as bad as grandmaw Fuega." Shaking her head, "Everything is fine now. Things have just been hectic......and well..... I think I may have some news for all of you." she waited for a moment to be sure she had everyone's attention. With a deep breath, "I'm pregnant....."
Sliding down to lay on her side the oldest female watched them. At Hoshi's final words her face went blank.

Tama's face went blank for a moment as she considered the implications of the statement. Then slowly, a grin spread across her face "omigosh... im gonna be a grandma? yay! i can spoil them and play with them and -" *gasps* "OMIGOSH, the kits, they'll be PIRATE NINJAS! that's gonna be like... soooooooo cool! they can be spies! or like.. double agents!" aaand there she went, lost in her own little world again
