Luca was pretty sure he had been ready with some witty comeback, though he seemed to lose it when he felt Elliot pat his shoulder, that little bit of connection quite literally making Luca lose his balance his stumble forward. Honestly...Luca was too tired to care now, and he wasn't sure if he hit the ground or not since he blacked out rather fast. Perhaps it would have been better if he'd asked Elliot why he was so intent on getting the land, but Luca didn't care. He just didn't want to lose his home to someone else...though it was seeming like quite the lost cause now. So what if he acted like a child? He was still seventeen years old and wasn't even legally an adult yet! Of course he'd act like a child.....

He paused for a moment and glanced back to see the boy on the ground passed out. The smoke blowing out of his mouth fogged his vision for a moment. Elliot walked past it and now stood in front of the boy before he pulled his phone out and dialed a number. He spoke for a bit and simply stood there smoking. By the time the cig. wore down, the limo arrived and two men got out and hauled the blue haired young man into the car. Elliot got in and then headed home and soon the young man was up in the pent house, on a huge comfortable bed.

Luca wasn't aware of anything that was happening, except that at some point he ended up somewhere very warm and comfortable. Slowly he turned over in his sleep, completely restless thanks to the high fever he was running. Eventually bright emerald green eyes cracked open, though they were hazy and at the moment he probably couldnt think straight at all. "Ugh" He groaned, curling up and pulling the blankets over himself to keep him warm. For a moment he stayed like that, until the feverish boy decided to slip off the bed and bring the blankets with him.
Completely cocooned in blankets he headed out of the bed room and into what seemed to be the living room or...something. "Where..." He murmured, unable to figure out if this place was familiar or not. The Fever was making him somewhat delirious and he probably shouldn't have been out of bed yet at all...but being the stubborn a** male that he was, he had left the bedroom to explore. Pale skin was slightly flushed and emerald green eyes were hazy and unfocused. At some point his ponytail and loosened and fallen out, so now his blue hair was a bit of a mess and the blanket that he was wrapped in dragged slightly on the ground.

Elliot was in the office eating a lolly-pop when he heard someone walking about outside. He stood up and peeked out to see Luca walking into the living room. He shook his head and walked out, his sleeves rolled up, his tie gone and his shirt slightly opened, his hair sleeked back but slightly messy. Luca was suddenly lifted up, into Elliots arms bridal style. He looked down at him with the lolly pop still in his mouth. "Until the fever goes down you have to stay in bed." It was all he said when he brought him back to the room and put him back on the bed. He shut the door and went back to the office to continue his work.

Luca let out a yelp as he was picked up, staring up at Elliot with wide green eyes as the other carried him back to the other room and set him back onto the bed. A slight frown pulled at the blue haired males lips and he was once again on his feet and tottering out the bedroom door. Rather than stopping this time he walked himself over to the couch, still completely wrapped in blankets and simply sat down. His messy hair fell in front of his eyes and he let hazy but large green eyes wander the room. So far he'd established he was at Elliots home. He wasn't sure about the emotions he was feeling however and so he simply sat there, looking like a giant marshmallow made of blankets. At least he had been smart enough to keep the blanket with him, though it seemed he refused to go back to bed now. That was simply his stubborn nature kicking in once again.

Elliot was too busy to pay any more attention to Lucas and right when Lucas would be left along, in came the woman from before that had spoken to Elliot. She wore casual clothes as if she was living here and she was even barefoot. She was making her way to the kitchen when she spotted a bulk of blanket on the couch. Walking around to face it she saw that it was the blue hair boy. "Ah, you're out of bed? You still look pretty sick, you should head back and rest more. Elliot will come in here and haul you back in if you don't." Again she addressed him as Elliot and not Mr. O'Callaghan like other employees would. Perhaps there was a deeper relationship between the two?

Luca stared at the female, his emerald green orbs slightly unfocused, though he soon pulled the blanket up over his had and drew his knees up onto the couch. "Don't wanna" Came his muffled reply as the male rolled slightly so that he was now curled up on the couch, completely hidden by the thick blanket. He refused to budge, even if the young woman had been kind enough to warn him. He didnt particularly care about who the silvery haired woman was, she was just another person to bother him in his opinion. Though his mood could change any moment. Right now it seemed as if he had chosen to be stubborn as a mule and quite childish.

The woman glanced around before crouching down in front of him and placed her hand on his shoulder for a moment to get his attention. "Listen kid. I'm telling you for your own good and Elliot's. That land is not worth fighting for in both your sides. This is personal to you but also personal to Elliot. If this was business he would not think twice about getting that land the shelter is on since there are others far better. Like I said...it's something personal. He won't tell anyone but I know that much. If you want to save your shelter then I suggest you try listening to Elliot..he might tell you why he wants it. And do me a favor, if you find out let me know, i'll help you keep that shelter of yours." She smiled and patted his shoulder before getting up and going into the kitchen where she grabbed a bottle of water then left into the hallway where she went into a room.

Luca only half listened to the woman, still completely buried by blankets at this point in time. "Uh-huh" was his only muffled response, he didn't feel like talking to her at the moment...who ever 'her' was. with a soft little 'humph' he curled up tighter and buried his face into the couch cushion, completely set on not moving from that spot. Elliot was still the enemy in Luca' mind, or at least for now. He didn't want to lose the shelter, and now that he was thinking about it his feverish mode turned into that of a sulky one. Tears sprang to the males bright emerald eyes, though he didnt make a single sound to indicate that he was upset. He simply let a few tears fall down his flushed cheeks, glad to be hidden by the blanket.

For a while it would seem that Luca was yet again left alone. In fact he would be there for two hours until Elliot appeared again. He walked to the kitchen to drink some coffee as he yawned and rubbed his face. This would be the third all nighter. Heading into the living room he spotted Luca there, asleep again and so he simply lifted him up slowly and took him back to the room, leaving him there. This time he made sure the boy was deep asleep before leaving the room and heading to the office to finally finish up what he was doing.

As if on cue, Luca was once again up and out of the bed after an hour or two. He tottered back to the couch and collapsed, a form of silent protest almost. Why did it matter if he was on the couch or not anyways? He'd lay.......sprawl, wherever he wanted to! He was sick, feverish, tired, and moody, of course he'd be hard to control right now. He pulled the blanket up over his head, though this time he kept his face exposed. Now he was starting to wonder why Elliot had bothered in the first place....and it bothered him. He'd been saying he'd leave him to die if he got sick, and then life would be easier...so why was he here....
With that thought in mind he picked himself off the couch and tottered over the doorway of Elliot' home office. "Why'd you bring me here?" He muttered, his tone rather tired sounding. He looked genuinely confused however, shouldn't he be dead at this moment? This was all too weird.

A valid question indeed but Elliot was not conscious to hear it. He sat at his desk with his head resting on his arms since he could no longer stay awake. He too was exhausted but since he was used to always staying up for long nights he didn't get sick as easily as Luca had. Elliot stirred a bit in his sleep before simply laying there with his face facing the wall and if Luca came close he would see his tired face that didn't look anywhere near peaceful but he looked harmless.
Luca could leave if it was possible but the woman was up and in the living room and she was told not to let Luca out.

Luca stood for a while, just staring a the males hunched over form as he slept. How on earth could that be comfortable? Though that wasn't what was bothering him. What was bothering him was the fact that Elliot looked so tired that he actually seemed human in Luca' eyes, and therefore he was finding it harder and harder to be mad at him. He was just doing his job after all...but Luca couldnt figure out why he would help him. Frowning deeply the feverish male wandered back to the bed room when he plopped down on the floor, his back against the bed frame and his whole body covered by blankets.

Elliot heard the door shut and his eyes fluttered open. He sat up and stretched a bit and looked to see that he only had a bit of work left but he could leave it for the morning. Yawning, he was about to get up when he heard a voice calling to him. It was soft, it was familiar. When he realized who's voice it was he froze and sat there listening the the faint voice calling his name.
Suddenly the voice was right behind him and it became rather harsh and course, "I cannot rest in peace until you get the land. You must get it for my sake or I am forever doomed to roam aimlessly. Elliot...do this...do this for me..." The voice began to fade and his shaking body began to calm.
That is until a firm grip on his shoulder made his heart jump out of his chest. All of a sudden he sat up knocking the lamp off his table and it came crashing onto the ground making a loud noise. He looked around extremely tired. It was just another realistic nightmare...how he hated those. Soon enough the door creaked open, the woman wanting to know what was happening.
"Elliot are you alrig-" before she could even finish her question the door shut again and it was locked. She stared at the door before knocking harshly, "Let me in. What's going on? Let me in!"
"Leave me be," he murmured softly as he gripped his hair and tried to calm himself as he heart continued to race. When he still heard her there he snapped ever so slightly and banged the door very hard with his fist and yelled out, "Leave me be!"
It only took that little snap to send her on her way. She sighed and shook her head and simply went back to the other room where she simply went back to bed. It wasn't the first time Elliot had done something like this but it did worry her. She just hoped he didn't do anything stupid in there.
Elliot simply stood and the door and when she had left he unlocked it and went to the shattered lamp and began to pick the pieces up, cutting himself a bit every now and than.

Luca jumped slightly when he heard the sound of glass shattering, and as soon as he heard the commotion he buried his head in the blanket...though that did nothing to muffle the sound of Elliot yelling at the girl from earlier. Slowly he rose from the ground when all was silent and padded out of the bedroom, leaving the blanket behind this time. Hazy green orbs scanned the room until he spotted Elliot picking up glass shards in his office, the sight of crimson on the mans hands making his brows nit together. "You shouldn't touch broken glass" The feverish male scolded, moving into the office and reaching out to stop Elliot from picking up any more glass and cutting up his hands further. He was still quite dizzy and honestly had no idea what he was doing...but he simply pulled Elliot out of the room and to the kitchen...which took him a minute to find. Once he was there he let go of Elliot, turned on the cold water in the sink, and turned to Elliot, pointing at the running water. "Run your hands under the cold water, but on a bandage.... I'm going to lay down because i am incredibly dizzy" He stated in a very blunt tone, before he left the kitchen and simply collapsed onto the couch, laying there with his face in the cushions.
