"I would have done the same as you, I don't care what happens to me as long as I'm able to help loved ones get together." Chichi looked at the river. "So....you still are a thief? Couldn't you retire that? I have a job now, I work at a bank, and I make 22.50 an hour, I could buy you anything you wanted now, so you wouldn't need to steel.....You know how you said you would do anything to make a person or couple or family I would think tyoo. What if you stole something that was priceless ring or necklace from a family member that died and that's all they had to remember them by.... Like if someone stole this bracelet I got from you, I would die if I lost it or someone stole it." She played with her bracelet still staring at the river. Chichi wasn't angry, she just felt bad for the people who lost the stuff. But if the person was selfish and was rolling around in money, taking money from poor people.... that she could see that being a good thing. "If it was like a robin hood thing, I'd say go for it though." Chichi sighed, then looked back at Yvette with a warm smile on her face. She would never judge Yvette, never.

"Of course I'm still a thief. I'll always be a thief. Sometimes I'm hired for certain jobs, sometimes I do it because I want to." she snorted. "I run my own business, hun. I make a very tidy living running the pawn shop with locksmithing on the side. I pay Jenna way more than I should, I bought my apartment flat out, and my vans are paid for. I don't have many monetary worries."
She sighed and flicked her tail. "You have to realize that people have been stealing each others 'valuables' since the dawn of time. Someone will always want something someone else has, whether or not it actually has monetary value. Most of the things I steal are not actually owned. Or if they are 'owned' it's by entities like museums. I generally don't rip off individuals unless I'm hired to do so. You may see it as morally wrong, but my own compass doesn't work that way. I see ownership as being a very transitory and not at all permanent state of being. I just facilitate that transition."

"Hmmm, I understand , and I respect your opinion." She sighed. "My job is boring....they hired me for some reason I don't understand. but the interesting thing is I have access to the vault and all the money. Yesterday I counted up to three million, and I wasn't even making a mark in the place. It feels good to play with money!! But I have no use for it, maybe I will buy my own cabin and you could sleep over, and tell scary stories. I'd buy a king sized bed so you wouldn't have to sleep on the couch. King sized beds could hold five comfortably." Chichi rolled onto her back now looking up at the sky. " I wish I could sit on clouds, too bad you can't." She flicked her tail around. She was so relaxed, that she nearly fell asleep.

Yvette's ear flicked. "Vault? I like vaults. Been in several actually." she paused, "Ignore I said that." she managed to keep the rest of her thoughts to herself.
"That could be fun." she said. "I've only got a queen myself. I wanted some walking space around the bed and all." she rambled. She looked up at the clouds. "I imagine they'd be kinda cold...being made of water vapor. I'd imagine cotton would be better. Looks the same...be the same sort of look...but less wet." she chuckled.

"Inside the vault there's a section where people lock up important things, like diamonds and so on, but they are all locked up. The people I see going into them are snobs. Safety deposit boxes is what they are called. I'm not sure if you would be interested in the money, but yea, i seen some very nice things. One man was emptied out a velvet bag and it had from what i see were sapphires, rubies and lots of big diamonds. I have never seen one person in there that was normal, just rich people that show off. I would go there if I were you." Chichi itched her nose, then looked up at Yvette while shr was still upside down. Chichi yawned again. "If you ever wanna pull off a big heist, I would go there."

"You do know you've compromised your employment by telling me that. I mean if I did decide to do something, which I won't, but if I were to get caught and ID'd and linked back to you...yeah not good." Yvette said trying to sound casual. It wasn't the first time someone she'd gone out with had suggested she pull a job either on their behalf, or just for fun. "I don't think you'd do well in jail." she said trying to sound funny.
She sighed and stretched. "Gettin' kinda a late."

"you have somewhere to go?? Okay." She flipped over, and started to pack everything up. She was pouting on the inside because she would have loved to go star gazing, but oh well, there will be other times no doubt. "I hope you had as much fun I did, you are great to hang out with." She didn't pack up the blanket yet, then smiled at Yvette. She wondered when she would see her again... she hoped soon, it was so boring just going to work then get home.
Work was so dull, but sometimes she could get a glimpse of the rich guys who look at their gems and pictures, that she supposed where paintings by someone big. Money was boring, but it was fun to count. They let her play with the money because she seemed like a good girl. So dull being good....

Yvette blinked. "Oh, no. I just couldn't think of anything else to say, so it was just an idle comment. Really." she said. She looked back over the river. "It's really nice when it starts to get dark. The clouds start to get that pinkish hue and all. I can go though if you need to get home. I understand how parents can be when you're still living at home." she stood up and dusted herself off of crumbs that had collected in the folds of her pants.

"No no, my parents are all goo goo after their new babies, that I'm free from being babied. I'm an adult, I make more then my dad already." She laughed. "Yea, I'm gonna buy a cabin by the lake, and go there on the weekends. Would you like to come with me? It isn't really far from where I live, but privacy is a good thing. I will buy those books you like, and you can pick out some books you would like. So then we would both have books to read by the lake." She put out the lemonade just in case Yvette got thirsty. "This container is useful, it holds a ton of juice.".
Chichi wondered what was moving to fast? She wanted to hug Yvette, she felt warm against her, and she had really soft lips. She giggled, they barely kissed, wonder when they get to cuddle. She hoped sometime soon, but she could wait.

Yvette chuckled. "Never really been there. Even when Dom came around they never totally forgot about my sister and I. Just made our family bigger and better. Even though we're all gone and moved out they still worry about us." she shrugged. "Every families different I suppose."
Yvette wasn't sure what to say to the invite. "We'd have to see. I don't really like leaving Jenna alone for long periods of time at the store. She's good and can handle somethings, but when it comes down to appraising items she needs work." she smiled. "Don't worry about books for me. I never resale, or trade, or otherwise get rid of anything I buy. I keep all my books." she said. "I'm a hoarder I really am." she said with a laugh.
"It is a nice container." she said reaching over and pouring herself half a cup.

"Oh...you are open on the weekends? It would just be saturday and sunday." She sighed. She felt like everything she said or offered was getting a no I can't do it. Was pushing to hard? She pouted in her mind again, what could I do to spend more time and get closer? She never been closer, so she didn't know how to get closer besides getting closer?
"What is fast to you? In a relationship I mean." She didn't want to seem pushy, she just had these stupid emotions. "I mean, I'm just wondering, I have never been in a relationship before, so all this is new to me." She looked down embarrassed.

"Do better business on weekend. People need booze money." she said. "And higher chance people lock themselves out of their houses, cars, etc."
She fiddled with the end of her braid. "Fast? Oh...nothing too fast...I slept with a guy like the second time we went out. Or something like that, I've blocked it from my memory...especially since he dumped me." she pulled her knees to her chest and wrapped her tail around herself.

"Oh, what a jerk... I would never do that to anyone, I'd kick his a** for you, if I was around back then." Chichi now knew she got hurt badly, so no wonder she would want to go slow, but it still made her feel lonely kinda, she couldn't explain this feeling, damn emotions, so confusing.
"I'm sorry that happened to you, I don't know what I would have done if that had happened to me...." She wanted Yvette to know she could be trusted. "You know, you can trust me, I would never hurt you intentionally."

"Thanks." Yvette said glancing over and giving her half a smile. "I do have the feeling you wouldn't hurt me on purpose, it's just I've been alone so long, it's hard to remember what exactly I'm supposed to be doing. So I apologize if I seem to aloof or anything...I've also never dated a girl. So yeah..." she shook her head amused at herself.

"Oh, I have never dated before either. What I think it's just hanging around each other, and just being happy to be with each other." She wondered what there was really to dating, She thought of kissing Yvette again and blushed. Ugh, stop thinking stuff like that brain!! She liked holding Yvette's hand, but she was too shy to do anything about it. "I have no idea though, I have never dated anyone, either gender." She poured some more lemon aid and drank.
