[entering] What? Sheridan's eyes narrowed, his tail lashing with an angry snap. He was ready to return to Ammityville, to get away from these lands, away from the horsemen, he wanted to sleep in his own room, with his cat, and in his natural form. He wanted his books, his telescope, and he wanted to sit on the roof under the stars. Despite his pleasure at all he had learned, Sheridan was quite ready to go home (as much as Ammityville was his home). Arms crossed, the dragon shot a particularly angry glare in the direction of the horsemen blocking the portal. He was not pleased at this, and that sense of suspicion and trepidation was suddenly once again at the forefront of his thoughts. A conference, was it really, or was it something else? A low growl, a mutter under his breath, Sheridan turned and sulked away lest he say something he shouldn't. He wondered where Angenora and Tess were, were they stuck here still as well, or had they made it through before the portal had been closed?

Junko was ready to go home. She hadn't enjoyed Death at all like she'd enjoyed Conquest; Junko would give anything to be able to spend one more week in Conquest. She wanted to go home and sleep in her bed and forget she ever saw any of those visi--
...
They...couldn't go home yet? Oh no! Did that mean she had to go to Death again?!
She sighed, looking dejected until she realized she could go back to Conquest again.
Oh yes. Oh. Yes. Junko lifted her skirt enough to run without tripping as she fled back to the Isle of Conquest. She didn't run but she was damn sure in a hurry.

Shehk laughed as Amrita first bumped into her and then began to apologize for it, shrugging it off without a problem. "It's fine, Amrita. It isn't like you just stabbed me in the shoulder with a knife or something...." Shehk actually had to pause to make sure she hadn't been stabbed in the shoulder with a knife and not noticed it.
"Actually.." she seemed to suddenly realized a thought she was having and gave her fellow undead a very serious look. "I need to talk to you about something if you have a minute? Just before I head off to the isle of Conquest." she added. After all, she needed to see all the islands.
And text Jericho.

Danny patted Rikki's arm at the mention of his bed. She knew he loved it more than anything- probably even more than he loved her. They'd be back soon. "It's only a day," she tried to reassure him.
Looking back at the portals, she said, "I dunno ... Rikki there's lava there, I can see it." Just barely, through the blurry image of the portal, but it was there. "If you don't wanna go I won't make you, but ... Jack I miss my fires Rikki." The fireplace in the war room just hadn't done it. She needed a real fire, or at least a lava bath.
"I'll go with you guys though," she said neutrally, "It doesn't really matter to me." She smiled and wait for their decision.

As Dev toted her bag of belongings toward the portal area, her only regret was that she had been unable to visit all four isles. She had rather enjoyed the clear waters and hills of Conquest and admired the dark architecture and scenery of Death. The trees in War she had heard of from Fallow piqued her curiosity. Her tail swished curiously when there was a sudden wave of hushed whispers amongst the other students. She stood patiently until the Conquest horseman bowed before his announcement. The cu sith hummed. Their return home would be delayed a day, it seemed. She held no qualms toward this revelation. Her mood suddenly skyrocketed when he informed the crowd that all four Clans were open to everyone. The glow in her eyes flared excitedly. That meant she could visit Famine and War before she left. Dev’s bubbling excitement turned her attention elsewhere, oblivious to the condescending and stressed tones of the horsemen.
She tightly held the strap of her bag as she contemplated whether to leave now or not. A faint voice called out her name and Dev twisted her head toward the direction of the source. An ear flicked before she decided to head in that direction. Suddenly the names of her friends appeared in her mind and the pace of her steps quickened. That was right. Bon, Fallow, and Mea were somewhere around here too! The voice must have been one of them. Occasionally she stopped to stand on the tips of her toes and search around the crowd before she went back to searching for the other three.
Dev caught a familiar flicker of glowing green and she grinned widely. The ghoul squeezed past other students before she crept behind Fallow and tapped him on the shoulder. “How’ve ye bin?”

Hel smiled up at Sparrow, and then nudged the reaper playfully in the ribs with an elbow. “No need to apologize. It was not your fault..” Her smile widened as Sparrow complimented her hat, and she grinned as he winked. “Dashing, eh? I like that a lot! I do feel rather important wearing it…but I also just like wearing it, period.” Then Shun had to ruin it. The reaper scoffed. “It is not ridiculous! I think, Shun…you are just envious. That is all. It is alright. Maybe we can find you one as well, since we have another day.” She nodded her head. “Yes, Mitsu did! She had been doing plenty of wonderful things, I will have you know.” The reaper paused. “…Eh, I have been fine! How about yourself?” She looked back and forth between the two reapers. “Sparrow, this is Shun. Shun, Sparrow. You are both grims.” She grinned a bit, and then whipped her head around at Amrita. She stared at the undead ghoul. “…THANK YOU, AMIRTA!” Hel cried happily, and then looked back at Shun like ‘SEE THAT!?’.

With classes well done and over with, Mei was ready to head back to amityville and see Bul again. Her stay and learning from the clans were great and all, but to be away from Bul and her own dorm was beginning to make her a little home sick. Flipping open her phone, she caught a text from Willow. With her having her phone off while in classes, she had forgotten to turn the bloody thing back on.LP Text to Willow: Sorry! I had my phone off!
But, sure! I look forward to it!
- Mei Hitting send, she tucked the phone back into her pack, sliding it over her shoulder and headed for the portal with the others.
When she arrived, there appeared to be a commotion of some kind. What it was, she had no idea, but judging from their actions, it was serious. Then came the announcement. Nearly letting her bag slip off her shoulder in disappointment, Mei let out a small groan. Looks like they were stuck here a little longer.
Spotting a familiar face in the crowd, Mei moved to greet him. "Do you have any idea what's going on here, Tybalt?" She asked, hoping he knew more of what was happening then she did.

"Why not check them both out?" Roch asked with a shrug. "They're gonna leave the portals open, right? We can go to Death first, then hit Famine, although, seriously, I ain't a third wheel kinda guy--" Then he grinned wickedly. "So I'll just be goin!" he added cheerfully, heading for the portal that led to Death. In other words, he was ditching them. What a great friend. [Exit]

Admittedly, he was taken aback by the blunt comment by the other reaper, Sparrow's eyes flickering towards him curiously. He tilted his head, lifting his brows, but then he shrugged, turning back to Hel and grinning.
"Well, I think you suit it as much as it suits you," he told her cheerfully, and slipped his hands back into his pockets, rocking back on the heels of his black shiny shoes. He turned to face the other reaper - Shun, as Hel had introduced him - and held out one of his hands towards him.
"A pleasure to meet you," said Sparrow, smiling before he looked over at Hel again.
"Where do you think you'll be heading this day?" he asked her. "Back to...Conquest, is it? from that hat."

Alex, like many others, was not at all happy to be told that they would not quite yet be returning to Amityville. He missed his privacy, his books, the food. But much more then that he was missing a certain weremantis that he had been away from for a week. And so, while the news was upsetting, he also felt at the moment that he had another more pressing issue.
His eyes scanned the crowd of students, searching for his boilfriend. His height did work slightly to his advantage, but their were a lot of students gathered in this one space. He began moving through them, gently pushing them aside or dodging around until his eyes landed on a very familiar pair of antennae poking out from the masses. A smile was suddenly just there on his face, as he began shuffling towards the mantodae, though he was closing in on him from behind.
When he was finally near enough, he reached out with one cool hand to rest on Yins shoulder even as he bent down so his face was close to the other boils ear.
"Hey." he murmured, almost quietly, still smiling. He was back together with his bonded, and no matter what bad news the horsemen gave nothing could ruin this moment for the zomboil.

"I'll pass, and I've been managing fairly enough," Shun said after Hel scoffed. He glanced briefly at Sparrow, nodding again when Hel gave the introductions. He had seen him before, around Xiu if he had recalled. After seeing the outstretched hand, he sort of hesitantly went on and shook it. Handshakes. He never really did quite get them. "It still looks ridiculous I think," he murmured. He was probably lucky that Mitsu wasn't here right at the moment because he probably would have been elbowed by her. Looking over the other three, he simply shrugged while he continued to wait. The grim's gaze drifted around the crowd, placing his hands back into his pockets as he did so.

Shehk's laughter drew a nervous one from the patchwork, one that turned more real and honestly amused as they joked about stabbing. "Well, if I ever do, feel free to return the favour." The ghoul giggled, pressing her hand against her mouth to quiet herself; a new habit learned from being shhhhed too many times on Conquest.
The sudden serious stare caught her attention, and the giggles died on her lips. Uh oh, that look...it meant something important. Her mind went frantic for a moment, trying to draw on something, anything that would prompt Shehk to need to talk to her. There was nothing immediately pressing in her mind, which only made her inner self spazz a little more with uncertainty.
On the surface however, she looked the complete opposite; in fact, she was calming down, her expression sobering. "Yeah, sure...is here okay, or should we---" Her name caught her attention and she looked past Shehk to the ghoul she had been trying to get to earlier. Shehk received a very brief 'one moment' gesture, before she raised her voice.
"YOU'RE WELCOME, HEL!" She said with a bright smile, before returning her attention to where it belonged; the super serious ghoul in front of her.
"Should we move somewhere a little quieter?" Shehk had her complete attention now.

Stopping at the portal, the announcements deterred the reaper from going home.Lacie didn't mind the alteration to their plans at all. While she liked Amityville, Lacie was in no particular rush. After all, the horsemen tried their best to accomodate their students, a favor that Lacie appreciated very much. After all, there was the opportunity to explore the other islands that she hadn't yet been able to visit. She had signed up for War and Death, having not yet visited Famine or Conquest. She heard the tones in the horsemen's voices, tilting her head in curiosity. But she didn't push the matter since it was not Amityville's place to interecede on any horseman matters.
"All right then." And she stepped into another portal, undoubtedly leaving to one of the other islands.

Yeah, she imagined it was pretty nervewrecking to suddenly have the Pricolici go OH BTW, WE NEED TO TALK right after that. So the fact Amrita didn't ask 'what about' right away was helpful to her. Still, Shehk nodded, giving the area a glance to see if she could spot Sammy, before she moved to see where in their immediate area was 'quieter'. Or perhaps just less populated.
As it was, Shehk ended up heading towards an area that wasn't as populated with students, trying to not look too serious, but failing at that. Only when she was sure that there weren't a plethora of ears to overhear her talking did she actually talk:
"So while I was on the Isle of Death I found something that you might want to look into with this newfound time." she said simply, an easy introduction as to what it was she wanted to talk about.

"Wa-... and he's gone." Rikki turned to Danny and tried not to look as unhappy as the idea of going to Death made him feel. She had a point. Danny had been away from fires and lava for a while now, even as Rikki was living it up comfortably. He could handle a little discomfort for his ghoulfriend, right?
He wasn't sure he should try to answer that if he didn't have to, actually..
"Yeah I guess we can go to Death," he shrugged, trying to look nonplussed. He didn't want her to know how uncomfortable it made him. He wanted her to be happy she was going to be near her fires.
