Her ears would be pushed back and facing downward, lending to her looking aggressive and surly. She'd probably have a scowl.
She's not a lop bun though, so her ears wouldn't be folded over, just back <3
I don't know if it would look good with her ears, but if it's possible, I'd like her to have that black cap thing. Not adorned or anything. ref below

She'd be wearing a police uniform of sorts, refs below.
Please, no shoes, just black, toe-less sock thingies are fine if you want, otherwise leaving her barefoot is fine with me. <3

Uh, pretty simple outfit. Black pants, blue button-down shirt. Her chopstick and collar would be black, beads would be golden.

No badges, instead her right shoulder would have three black stripes to denote rank.
Her sleeves would be rolled up, and she'd have a black belt. Eh, no need to give her weapons or anything. Seems like unnecessary edits and her character wouldn't carry them all the time anyway.

If there's any metal bits, they'd probably be gold in color. *shrug*

Description: *Note- As a kit I would be happy to just see his coloring and rounded ears and maybe his eye patch no scars or anything bloody. ^ ^
Markings - Tribal fading from red to silver/white or from brighter red to a darker red. Not too many markings. As many as you think looks nice, once again I trust your judgement.
No ear tufts, ears a little more rounded but, not too much.
Ruffled black eye patch over most visible eye, Shaggy black hair with reddish tips; hair of varying lengths. Piercings as many as you wish to add as long as they are silver. Collar should be black, chop stick should be the same red as the streaks in his hair.
Scars all over his body peeking out from under tattered white bandages. Bandages should be partially wrapped up his front legs and around the front part of his chest. Kind of like a shirt but with bits hanging off beneath him.
Main body should either be a dark ashy charcoal kind of color with reddish hints in his markings. I'd also like little claws on his front feet and back feet. Nothing huge just simple little claws.
White bandages should not be perfectly solid everywhere and should look bloodied/ tattered in places but, not cover his paws.
A scar coming from under his eyes patch jagged and such.
A teeny tiny ruffled/frilly red and silver hat on his head.
A fang shoving from his mouth simpler white nothing huge.
If this falls into a more high category of edits please tell me x - x
I'd like for his tail to look like someone chopped it off..I don't want him to have no tail but, I'd like for it to be like...someone chopped it off and left a fur tuft wrapped in loose bandages. Not too long just enough to show he still has a tail? If that crosses the line edit wise I'd just like a less huge tail : /

- Eyes: Brown.
- Ears: Inner ear fluff should be the same color as his hair if present.
- Body: Very pale skin-toned.
- Collar: If it's not simply incorporated into his outfit (such as being the uppermost yellow part of his weird pectoral fringe thingy) then I was thinking black with a bloody Black Hand symbol on it.
- The beads and chopsticks should be blood red and black, respectively, if the Black Hand collar design is used. If the collar is part of the outfit, I suggest the same black and yellow color scheme used in his pectoral, but it's up to your interpretation what would fit best.

Edits:
- A shortened, but still fluffy canine tail would be nice if it doesn't interfere with his coattails. And I'm thinking that shorter pointy ears would probably work better with the hat than the default ones. I'm basically imagining a husky features, but feel free to have some fun with the specifics~
- His facial expression should be a big creepy grin, or a laughing face. Both are in character for him.
- He'll need his black and red jester hat, and his long red hair. The stitches between colors on the hat are not huge and yellow like in the "minimal texture" ref.
- His outfit is a a bit hard to describe, so you may just be better off looking at references than reading my rambles. >w> The coat is long and red, and has a couple of black straps on the arms and black stripes down the front and back. Over his shoulders he wears a pectoral fringe thingy, which is black with some yellow stitched in along the edges. He wears a belt over the coat, and the ends of the coattails are a little frayed. His pants are a somewhat pinker color than the coat, and have patches on them. Lastly, both the gloves and curly-toed boots are made of black leather, with yellow details.
- I'd like the ebony dagger on his belt if doesn't make the outfit look too cluttered. Otherwise it can be at his front paws.
- Blood spatter is welcome as long as it doesn't go crazy overboard. He is an insane assassin, after all.
