Given the efficiency of production it would be possible to fuel all of Team Rocket's vehicles with Hydrogen. This would of course require significant capital in converting the vehicles to run on Hydrogen, if this is not desirable the Hydrogen could be sold for a high margin of profit due to the disparity between the efficiency of this production method and anything known to the outside world.
Further refinements and increases in efficiency are quite possible with investment in further research, however even as it stands the researchers consider the project a success.
