Again they lunged to each other, this time moving their arms out to strike at each others vulnerable areas. Clashing again they grinned at each other breaking back again. Mea was beginning to enjoy this more and more with each passing moment. Surely this is part of why they do it so often. The adrenaline rush was getting to the Mouryou and she moved towards her opponent with more vigor than previously.
"Again!" She called, grinning brightly.

Blow for blow they seemed matched, ready to continue. Laughter rose up from deep within her body. Another lock of their arms and they parted, continuing on towards the next blow of their legs which knocked off each other as they parted ways again. Mea was becoming tired now, though adrenaline in itself was pushing her onward, ready for more of the fight. With a happy squeal she lunged again to the horsewoman.

They had broken apart from each other again and both stood with intense gazes. From deep inside of her she heard a roar of battle and she lunged into her with a swift move of her arm, upwards towards her neck. Rather than the blow of another arm to match her own she felt her blow connect and her lovely opponent back from it. In return she felt a jab on her side but failed to really notice it. Pulling back she watched the horsewoman stagger and fall.
This time there was no bow, only a nod to her as she retreated. Mea was surprised to have lasted this long and eagerly awaited her next opponent.

Her next opponent was male. From everything Mea had seen there were not many horseman on the island or at least they were not placed where she could see many of them. She was relieved to see he was not incredibly tall, but he didn't look like a pushover either. Muscular and strong he seemed the type that could easily flip the small ghoul over or maybe even push her out of the ring by force. Swallowing, she managed to get her mind wrapped around it just enough to get back into position.
The horseman wasted no time and came charging at her. With a hop she retreated just in time and dodged a hit to her side. She had lost focus for a moment but with him in shock she managed a side kick into his gut, though by doing so allowed him to also land a punch into her sternum. With another cough she crouched and moved back in time to watch him moved back as the wind had been knocked out of him.
"Good match." She said with a nod, rubbing the painful spot with a soft hand. There was a grunt sound met to her words but with eyes of admiration. She figured he had said nothing due the wound and watched silently as he slipped out of the ring.
She wondered who her next opponent would be, and how tall they were.

On round two, Fallow was not so lucky.
His opponent was taller this time, and she looked rather surprised at his lack of weapons, and discarded her own as well just as the match began. They met each other in the center, blows exchanged and cries ringing out both in excitement - mostly on Fallow's end - and pain. And while Fallow was good at being unpredictable, his partner was even better at predicting his moves. The Púca lashed out with his fist and blinked as it sailed past her; she had sidestepped with fluid grace, and catching his arm, yanked him forward and sent him tumbling to the ground. Fallow scrambled to get back up, but a weight on his body said otherwise, and he yelled when the young clansmember pinned him to the ground in a fashion similar to the one he had used previously.
"Yield." She said quietly to him.
Fallow grunted. "Fine, yes. You win. This time." She let go of him after a few moments longer, stepping away and letting him get to his feet on his own. Fallow rumbled at her and huffed.
"I demand a rematch." he said, ears fluffing, eyes wild with excitement for the prospect or fighting more. Only... his shoulder was starting to ache something fierce. "Tomorrow." He added belatedly, rubbing at the bruising skin.
She nodded to him curtly, and he thought he almost caught a smile before she turned to leave.

She was not as tall as the others but she was clearly decorated as being the victor of her fair share of spars. Alamea was taken by the sight of her and deeply admired her from the start. Not a single sign of fear came from her and her eyes were focused and undaunted by anything under the surface. The Mouryou moved back into her usual position but found it was not matched by her opponent who stood completely different. Tilting her head slightly Mea watched as she began to move slowly towards her.
That slow pace had made Mea relax to the point where she could not predict the lunge that would follow. She was fast, a lot faster than the rabbit and came in quick for a powerful kick to which Mea could only palm strike into her arm once, but already knew she had failed. Tumbling to the ground she grabbed around her stomach and glanced back to the victor with heavy breaths.
With little hesitation there was suddenly a hand down towards her face as the other looked down with pride laden in her eyes. Taking her hand slowly Mea was stood up and she watched the other carefully. Even without words the ghoul could tell the entire story just by the expression in her face.
"I think I did well for a beginner too, thank you." Mea said with a nod, continuing to grab at her stomach. With the nod returned by the horsewoman they both stood grinning in silence before the rabbit finally took her leave. Pride pumped through her veins as she passed along the stadium holding tightly to her recent wound. Even she had not anticipated to make it as far as she did and was happy to have had the experience.
Breaking away from the moment her stomach gurgled back into its lust, wanting to taste more of War's delicacies. Patting it she agreed. "I'll eat towards 3 victories." She said. Maybe she would return to the stadium again to try her skills once more, but for now there were other things to do.

She was here again. Moving gently into a rhythmic motion of bouncing she curbed her fear and plunged back into the cave. Familiarity was lacking in the dankness of the dark cave and the rabbit stumbled a few times while she hurried along. This time she wanted to show she could do it, show she could do what members of this Clan could probably do on a daily basis.
Abruptly skidding to a halt, Mea stared down over the pit and blinked. What she'd done last time seemed to work alright and she found herself back against the wall, sliding down with ease to each rock formation. Glad to find that she at least remembered something, she grinned - but it was short lived as she hit the bottom with an "oof!". Things only got worse from here.

Cold. The word repeated relentlessly into her mind as she waded across the water, uncertain of what was underneath. It seemed that the cave was a different experience each time one went in and this unnerved her. Mea sneezed and reached her hands forward towards the opening. It hadn't been so cold the time before, had it?
Nearly all her breath left her as she felt fish bones dig into her side and she floundered, sinking into the water. Choking back against the water moving down into her throat she coughed wildly, flailing her arms towards the shore. Pain shot up from within and she heaved, gasping for air. The hardened rock under her propelled her to stand while she took in deep breaths and stared forward in defiance.
"Move." She commanded herself, on onward she went.

Alamea hated that she was naturally larger than some things and struggled to fit her way through the initial entrance. It was careless to rush so much, but she wanted to prove herself at least once, even if she would be the only one to know. Diving away from the way she went before she began on a downward slope, sliding on her belly as she moved deeper and deeper into it.
Perhaps too deep. Her body was exhausted after only a short while. Slowly but surely she was fading while it seemed she was crawling in circles. To no avail she attempted to crawl backwards only to find it near impossible. It was so peaceful here... Though she tried to fight it but could only succumb to her tired effort.
Perhaps her dreams would be peaceful, at least.

Maybe!?
And he did! Skidding to the bottom of the pit, Fallow hit the ground hard and groaned, stumbling forward into the miasma of the toxic cave. Maybe he'd get lucky and grow an immunity to the poisonous gas. Haha, yeah right.

Trotting along the dark path, Fallow could see the glow of the pool just beyond. Oh right, he had to swim. Fallow sucked in a breath; hopefully he would make it in time. And hopefully his lungs wouldn't protest too much.
Luckily, they didn't. Unluckily, his head did.

Emerging wet and damp and wheezing from the pool, Fallow swallowed lungfuls of toxic air, realized that was a bad idea, and nearly hacked up a lung. Onwards! Trudging through the darkness of the caverns, Fallow forgot his way and turned himself around in a circle, only to have a very unpleasant meeting with a rock and his unfortunate head.
At least he didn't have many braincells left to lose.
HP: 10/30. ( -5 from natural form damage )
