Darn, darn, darn. He'd really been trying to not bring that stick with him, even if it was a telescoping cane that was currently in its shortened form, but darn it if Inigo didn't pull a fast one on him. Alba begrudgingly accepted the walking aid with a, "Thanks, Kid," and tied the waistband to his belt. It wasn't entirely without humor, though. Even Alba would have to admit it was a little funny, and he knew Inigo meant well.

Landing on a Pidgeot in mid-air, on the other hand, and with a still sore leg and arm... There was a word for that: "Ouch." Better that than falling to his death or getting shot down in a jet by Galactic, though, so at least he could be grateful for Team Rocket having Pidgeots trained for this sort of thing.

TRP was last to exit the helicopter, taking Axel, her charizard. Once the entire team had exited Stephen Micheal pulled away to a pre-arranged rendezvous point.

Star, who had pulled on his flight helmet, came around and fell into the lead. He gestured at the others, then flattened himself against Scream and took off faster than was really reasonable.

TRP rolled her eyes and gestured for the others to follow. She remained at the rear to make sure no one was left behind.

The flight to the Galactic airship took about ten minutes. They were over a heavily forested area. As they passed a ridge the landscape dipped into a ravine and the ship came into view. It was parked alongside a sheer cliff, nestled amongst the trees. On their approach Star's handiwork was visible. The gaping hole in the ship's side was impressively large. Rebuilding had begun, stretching long beams over the ragged opening.

Star took a deep breath and Scream fell into a dive, falling along the ravine walls, then angling toward the rear of the ship. The spindly man was laying flat on the large bird, as he'd instructed during the briefing. His approach was fast, and concluded in a swift landing atop the massive vehicle.

She had been walked through the rout to take, and with Star in the lead all Faleen needed to do was let the flying pokemon do its thing, and mimic Star the best she could.

She was extremely grateful when the bird handed on the ships hull.
Letting out a breath that she had been holding, the engineer slipped off of the Pidgeot's back, and returned the pokemon into its pokeball.

Alright, down to business.
Faleen moved herself out of the way as the others touched down, hazel eyes searching the top for that round entrance that Star had mentioned before.

After only almost-falling a minimum number of times during the short flight, Inigo was very glad when his borrowed Pidgeot landed behind Star's on the airship. Could they get off now? Could they? Cou--oh there, she got off hers, so the grunt eagerly slid off his own Pidgeot's back before it disappeared in a flash of red light back into its ball. Alright, now to get serious...

...actually, he didn't want to get serious. Even though he wasn't anywhere near water, this was the airship. The last time they were here, Aila died just a few short hours later. He did not want to be here.. Best to get in, rescue their fellow Rockets, and get out. How hard could that be?

Despite the fact that his entire body was screaming at him, wondering what he was doing, Rory managed to keep his eyes open as the Pidgeot followed the rest of the team. His grip tightened as it started to descend and he tried to remember what the weird guy said about landing.

The second its talons hit the metal hull of the air ship, Rory stepped off letting the Pidgeot be recalled back to its ball. He was never so happy to have his feet back on solid ground, even if it was an exploded enemy ship.

Gilda very much wanted to be the one in the lead, but as she didn't actually know where she was going she settled for sticking right behind the Pidgeot with the thin man on it. When the strange craft came into view her rider urged her into a dive and flattened himself against her back. A quick glance around her showed that everyone was doing more or less the same, and she only narrowly resisted the urge to do a few loop the loops to make herself stand out; last time she'd done that she hadn't been allowed to fly for what had felt like a lifetime. As such she touched down on the big craft like a good girl, and even let herself be sucked back into her pokeball; last thing she wanted was to go back to a cage, or storage.

Frost clipped the pokeball back to his belt and smoothed down his uniform and his wind ruffled hair, scanning for the access port Star had spoken of as he did so. They were standing on top of the Galactics' base. Somewhere under their feet were Xander, Hayes, and the other captives. Hayes at least had been in something of a state when Star had left. Who knew what any of them were like now. There was little sense in worrying about it though, worrying never helped anybody get anything done; he would just keep it in the back of his mind re: how to treat any Galactics they ran into.

Star dismounted Scream as the others landed and recalled the large bird. He removed his flight helmet and secured it to a clip on the side of his coat, letting it dangle at his hip like a strange metal purse.

"..they didn't detect us.. we'd be able to hear the sirens from out here." He shuffled nervously, metal heels scraping on the hull.

TRP and Axel landed last. She climbed off the charizard and returned him to his ball. Brown eyes scanned the expansive vehicle they'd perched themselves on. "I see the hatch. Faleen." She hurried ahead. The hatch was no more than a small circular porthole, secured shut like a trap door.

Flying was pretty awesome. Arcadie had never really been in the sort of situation that would test it before, and she was pleasantly surprised to find that she lacked any fear of heights. Now the thought that dear sweet Birdy could dump her off his back and send her plummeting to a squishy demise at any moment was something completely different, though, and she kept herself braced, ready to lock her arms around the Pidgeot's neck at any indication of turbulence. She'd take the damn bird down with her if she had to.

Fortunately that was no concern, and the flight was brief and uneventful. Arcadie dismounted with an excited bounce when the flying-type alighted and returned it to its pokeball. It didn't seem there was anything she could do for now but to wait until they were inside, though it was a pleasant thought to hear that they had yet to be discovered. Maybe they could even go without discovery for the duration of the operation. Wouldn't that just be novel? She shifted from foot to foot - something she'd picked up in training as a means to keep her body in motion even when it was at rest. Waiting games, waiting comes. Come on now, this nervous energy won't last forever!

TRP indicated the location of the hatch, drawing Faleen's attention to it.
The agent turned, catching sight of TRP and hurrying after her, reaching to one of her pouches as she caught up with the Elite.
"Yes, Ma'am"

The tool was clipped together quickly, giving her a usable blowtorch to use. She took a couple of moment to run her fingers along the edges of the hatch, as if to see where she needed to start, then slipped on a pare of protective glasses to help shield she had brought with the tool.

She got to work, letting the others watch her back as she slip a deep burning crevasse into the metal.
once she had complete the work she shifted her weight to pry up the hatch, peering into the opening it created.

"... Alright, it looks clear." She told the others, reaching up to pull the glasses off. abandoning the hatch door and quickly slipping herself into the porthole so that the others could follow.

As Faleen cut open the hatch Frost hung back, eyes fixed on Star rather than watching his teammate's work. Was everything he had said about his reasons for leaving true, or was this just an elaborate plot to capture more Rockets? It was possible, a big sacrifice on Galatic's part but maybe they hated them just enough to blow a huge hole in their ship to take and torture few more of their people. Deimos was not the most stable of individuals after all, who knew how far he would go in the name of revenge?

If that was the plan it was oddly clever, madly simplistic.

If that was the plan, Mister Star would not live to see it come to fruition.

"Good work." TRP acknowledged Faleen quietly and knelt beside the open hatch. "Everyone inside."

Star was still shuffling nervously, several feet away from the others.

TRP's eyes narrowed, "That means you too, Sager. Get in there and get to the nearest maintenance door."

With a small whine, he followed the others into the hatch, hugging his arms uncomfortably.

They landed in a large halll. It was empty, which was to be expected this high up in the ship. No one came up here unless something was broken. Long metal pipes lined the walls, supplying power, water and air to the ship's various systems.

"This way.." Star gestured, heading to a small door at the end of the hall. He pulled it open, revealing a short narrow passageway. This was one of the maintenance halls he'd mentioned; narrow halls that snaked around the ship like Jeffery's tubes.

Rory watched as Faleen slowly opened the hatch with the blow torch. When TRP gave the order to go on, he followed the others into the hole.

Wow, was it small in here. How did anyone work in this area, he wondered as he took in the area. Which ever members of Galatic did must not be claustrophobic. Then again, he looked over at Ian, Star, whatever his name was, if all Galatics were that skinny it wouldn't be a problem.

Faleen scanned the inside room, stepping along with the others once they all got in.
Star took the lead, opening up one of the passageways.

So far they were in, but this was just getting started, they were still on enemy territory.
Reaching a hand down to her thigh, she snatched up one of the pokeball's.
letting it open up, and deposit her Banette into the air. The ghost type narrowing his eyes before he faded out of sight.

There was one ghost already floating around, but they couldn't have too many eyes watching their back, or front.

"Where can we expect this to take us?" She asked, looking into the hall

Star had said it wasn't far. It wouldn't be long until they found them, found out how they were. It was easy to say there was no point in worrying but hard to avoid it. A lot could happen in a couple of weeks, days, hours, minutes. Not much longer to wait though, not much longer at all.

Ooh, this wasn't too hard, huh? Arcadie followed after her group diligently, trying not to distract herself too much with the scenery. Well, not that it was much to distract - it was just different. And different equated to interesting, so. The spring instinctively fell away from her step, replaced by subtler, quieter movements. This wouldn't be too hard, right? Of course not. It was going so well already, after all.
