THE CAVE OF DARKNESS
Well rested from her insta-trip to the infirmary, Levi was ready for Day 2 of the Trials of War. It wasn't looking terrible for the ghoul; she had acquired two flags the previous day for her team which her Lepus Guide held onto, teetering at her side as she laid down to heal. While there, the tatzel could've sworn she saw a glimpse of something of a distinct pink tone before her eyelids became heavy and she dozed off.
It was a brand new day; arriving back at the list of choices, Levi made her selection. Despite her rather homely feeling coming from the fog, she'd find that there wasn't much to be seen where she was going. It was still rather sticky but, overall, it was just plain dark.
Levi was somewhere underground apparently. Dang... She couldn't see a thing the further from the mouth of the entrance she got. It was pitch black in there and the ghoul snaked her tail around to her front, using it somewhat like a walking stick. It would be a really bad thing if she suddenly fell in a manhole, she figured. Best to be careful when visibility was nil. One hand on a wall, Levi successfully knocked one a flag with her foot, picking it up and handing it over to her Lepus Guide.

Oh HELL yes this was a much nicer day to be venturing around the grounds of war. At least... that's what Bul thought. Temperature meant nothing when the fog began to descend upon the trials, a sign that in the human world meant HORRIBLE TERRIBLE UNHOLY THINGS. But mostly insanity.
Bul took a deep heavy breath and grabbed his pack again, the same Lepus Guide to follow him on his short journey. It was like a field day back in dayscare for denizens.
"Did you know, Fog is a thick cloud of water droplets suspended in the atmosphere at or near the earth's surface that obscures or restricts visibility?"
"Did you know it's also full of confused little children seeking your soul?" Bul smart-assed the creature before heading off to their new destination.

******** that, Bul wasn't going to go around in a dark cave today. Nope. It's cool, his player didn't realize we didn't have to roll today so no biggie. What he really wanted to do though was that course that the guide had told him about before- the course with the mounts that he would get to ride around.
"Hey is this the way to the course we wanna go to? That one with the riding... thingy?" he asked.
"Did you know, the wolf prefers animals that are carnivores?"
"Aw yea? You don't say." Bul smirked and stroked his chin. Upon arriving to the shed he already had his choice in mind. Either he was riding Demi or he was riding Jericho. Jericho seemed too down from the humidity, despite being a dragon. Bul sneered at Demi and made his final decision.
"MUSH!" Bul cried out after mounting the wolf.

The Open Race
Aw yea this was awesome. Bul felt like some sort of scarecade character. There were plenty of obscure references that could be made here, but all the characters were too small to be Bul. Either way, Bul rode for a long time, not seeing any sign of a flag anywhere. The wolf however was showing signs of dehydration and who was he to not help the poor creature out?
"Here, let's pull over for a second and-"
Bul directed the wolf to a small pond for water, it pulling eagerly to get a drink but in it's desperateness ended up drinking too fast. The hacking and coughing went on for what felt like forever and Bul narrowed his eyes in frustration. "You ham.."
"Did you know, wolves need to drink 3-5 quarts of water a day?"
"Yea but not all at once... s**t," Bul stared at the canis lupus until it looked ready to run again.

The Open Race
Today Bul and Demi would be the weak link. Perhaps it was the fog or perhaps Bul needed a better sense of footing since he was not touching the ground.. but the two came hurdling into a pond of quicksand faster than they could reach the flag on the other side.
"Gah! Dangit, hold on!" Bul cried out, dismounting the wolf and trying to tug it out of the quicksand with him, but to no avail.
"DEMIIII!!!!!! NOOOOOOoooOooooooooo!" Bul vader no'd as the wolf was tugged under. He himself was returned to the infirmary. (or otherwise walked off the course. IT DOES NOT MATTER HURR)

THE CAVE OF DARKNESS
Realizing that wasn't her own breathing she was hearing within the echo of the cave, the ghoul paused in her tracks, retreating her tail.If she could be seen, one would note her particularly surprised expression as she thought of what to do. Well, it was obviously in front of her so- backtrack.
Finding the left turn after a dash back from where she'd come from, Levi sighed with relief. There- no more heavy breathing to be heard.
"Did you know that the sensitivity of your lips is 200 times higher than that of your fingers?"
Levi wasn't sure of what to make of that- but she was sure it had some sort of purpose. Er- didn't know. Thanks ... I guess. Surely it would come in handy to know this at some point.

THE CAVE OF DARKNESS This was a little better, she thought, passing another found flag to her Guide. At least the room had some definable shapes. Looking for a way out, Levi made out a gap near the floor large enough for her to crawl through. Before she could make a decision about whether to crawl in or not, the Lepus Guide piped in. "Did you know octopi have approximately 200 suction cups per arm?" She did now; firsthand. A glowing rainbow colored tentacle coiled itself around the ghoul's ankles, forcing her to the ground with a thud. AHHHHHHHISSSSSSSS~! Digging her crawls into the ground did nothing but leave a trail of scars in the floor on her way into the hole. She slid through the murky and damp passage till she... arrived back outside. What... The Jungle Course
Unlike the last time West had wound up in the infirmary, this time he had no idea how he had gotten there. One minute he had been wandering through a sticky, murky, misty, sweaty jungle and the next, he was sitting on an infirmary cot, Emae looking around attentively from her spot near his leg. The lepus turned her head and peered up at him.
"Did you know that the cruor coma vine violently disperses a creature of Halloween's FEAR if they touch it?"
West rose to his feet and grabbed the little rabbit, stuffing her into his pack.
"Do now."

Rock Climbing
Dissipation by a sudden waterspout did not make the pup happy in the infirmary. Damien was in fact, one pouty, angry pup that heckled the nurses at every chance he got. His upset face was clearly upset :T Still the dawn of a new day meant another chance at upholding the name of the team and after dealing with fire, he was amped to take on some mountain. "Climb? I'm not a cat but lets see what you got mountain." Demi said eagerly as the lepus decided he wanted to tag along too. "Did you know that there are more than 25 mountainslides in a month." it decided to whisper in his ear.
The thought of that thing so close to his fuzzy ears made the appendage twitch in irritation and precaution. "Shut up Lepus." the hound bit out quietly as he began to climb up the rocky mountainside.
"Did you know that there are 18 death in the 25 from critical injuries due to falls?" "SHUT UP LEPUS." the hound instantly replied back to the mini as he went closer and closer to the first bright red flag. The chance to tie with yesterdays score was in reach. Even if he misjudged the nearby hand hold and felt it shift under his weight and nearly broke off and he himself plummeted down.
Thank Jack for Oppose able thumbs. "Did you know the other death were caused by fatal impacts from falling rocks?"
it just wouldn't stop talking about death. SO the hound threw it at the flag and watched it connect, the flag sailing into reach and the lepus scrambling to cling to his foot for dear life. "i told you shut up, now maybe you'll listen." he said back cockily before mocking the creature. "Did you know that I DON'T GIVE NO ******** did now.

Rock Climbing
The Lepus finally gave a moment of peace, which Demi was glad to take advantage of, as he scaled the wall higher and higher. Soon the shapes of trees got smaller and less defined and the air was getting cooler, the fog was less think and suffocating with each inch upward.
And then the lepus guide had to sneeze, and boil,
do they sneeze loud.
the thump heard ahead didn't sound pleasant, nor did the other sounds of impacts from ahead did nothing to calm the demon dog down. "You just had to mention falling rocks earlier didn't you?" he said in disdain to the mini clinging to his leg as he swung over to a lip in the mountainside and waited fro the rocks to tumble past and catch the flag that was rolling past, right next to his hiding spot.
He wasn't sure if the lepus was trying to warn him, or plan his death in the trials.
"Did you know that there are birds that like to nest on rocky crevices?"
yep, it was trying to plan his death.

Rock Climbing
Demi really hated his luck sometimes. leave it to the lepus guide to jinx every part of the climb for him. "Why are you so mean to me lepus, why do you plan my demise?" he asked it honestly as it tried to totem to his head. "Did you know your nickname makes up a good half of that word, demise?" it said rather happylike, swinging from side to side.
How one could enjoy being so high up from the ground, the hellhound had no clue. It wasn't like flying thats for sure, more perilous. "Why do I even bother with you?" he muttered to himself and he went higher and higher
In to the pile of dragon birds nesting area. ALL THE SCREE FELL ON HIM LIKE A BARRAGE OF FURY.
BURD FURY.
and no chance to fight them in Natural form, the next best choice was to grit his teeth and flee higher, at least high enough so he could kick at them. "Stop. biting. me. you. pathetic. excuse. for. a. meal!" he burd was the word, the burds were gone.
"great help you make there lepus, anything you want me to know about?" Lepus guides, not exactly helpful when it counts.
"Did you know that Lepus guides learn all they know from a book called Zoo's guide to trolling for idiots?"
