rabbitween http://i991.photobucket.com/albums/af35/heyytherehanna/GAIA/skull.gif• every time I try to put in my custom header image through Chrome, the notice "check your URL. it's not a valid URL." comes up. what am I doing wrong? I'm just trying to pull an image off tumblr. Personally I have only ever used the Gaia Headers not any other picture. There is a possibility it is not compatible (be sure the picture is in the .jpg format). There is also the fact of size. It the picture is too big and such. Other then this, I do not know why the custom url is not working. Hope this helped a little. If you have more questions you can quote allvanishing or post in the official BetterGaia thread.Edit: After posting I saw the pictures URL and the ending is a .gif. The custom url header customization option may not read .gif. Converting the picture to a .jpg may solve the problem. smile Hope this helps.

That is not the header I had in mind. The header ending was either a .JPG or a .PNG.
I'll keep you updated as to whether or not it works. Right now, I'm more concerned about the redirect.

I was looking at the 0.2013.6 Changelog descriptions. In the log what do you mean when you say that custom image URLs are less stringent. It is kind of broad. Thanks for everything.

Thanks for everything. When you type in an URL, before it wouldn't let you use it if it thought it was invalid. Now, it only suggests that it may be invalid, but you now can use the URL anyway.

Every time I want to use a custom header background, I see the letters BGaia through the image and it also says I need to check my URL because it doesn't look valid. Any help please?
