 "The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do." ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀✿ "Okay... A second try won't hurt right?" Once more Chea gathered the ingredients and starts to measure all of it properly as indicated by the cookbook.
Mixing it well proportionally and forming the batter on the greased tray before putting inside the oven..
She sat on the counter while waiting for her cookies to be baked.. But then, due to the intense work for the day, after teaching and substituting Severin's class. Her eyes starts to draw her to sleep.. Though she tried fighting back, Chea can't helped it!.. Out of nowhere.. she drifted in a deep slumber.. ✿▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ "My only mistake is YOU"

Chea suddenly lifts her head, she must have doze off out of nowhere. *yawns* I feel so refreshed! blaugh She smiled while stretching her arms for a bit.. And took a deep brea--------. crap! something's burning! eek Her sense of smell was telling her that her----. ******!!! the cookies! gonk Hurriedly she dashed over the oven with her hands mittened. As she pulled the oven door down. A thick black smoke appeared and she coughed abruptly. She took out the tray and behold! the oatmeal cookies turned to coal..
"Okay.. Burnt.." Another waste. She smiled blantly, "I guess I should try again! whee ". ✿▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ "My only mistake is YOU"

"The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do." ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀✿ After a few hours of baking inside Jack's Kitchen. She felt depressed seeing the last cookie crumbles as she held it.. It's already her 5th try and yet the outcome is still worst.
She sat on the empty chair while staring at her failed cookies.. "Thought oatmeal cookies are easy to do.. The cookbook says so... And yet, still a failure. If it's not hard, it's burnt or pulvurize, worst I even waste Jack's ingredients and I don't know if there's still any of those extra flour and butter.." She sigh, burying her face on her arms.. "I failed in everything.. My teleportation skills, magic, dancing and cooking... No wonder.. He won't consider going out with me..." What could have gone possibly wrong? I followed every step and still failed.. She rubbed her eyes.. Chea straighten herself up.. "I won't cry.. I'll try doing it again.. I don't care if it takes me the whole day baking oatmeal cookies.. I won't stop until I got it right."
She hopped from her chair and start to bake once more.. ✿▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ "My only mistake is YOU"

"The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do." ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀✿ BOOOMMMMM!!! Something exploded inside the kitchen. There were vast of black smoke everry where... On the other hand, Chea coughed. She accidentally overheat the oven and the cookies inside were pulvurize. She looked like a dirty rag now.. And before she could grab the tray. The smoke have triggered the fire sprinklers and water start bursting out of it, extinguishing the non-existent fire.
Chea isn't just dirty but soaking wet. Jack would kick her out for bringing such a mess inside his territory. "I'll just clean it up later.." She sigh as the sprinklers still emits droplets of water like rain. As soon as the apparatus is done doing its job.. Chea grabbed the mop and starts cleaning the kitchen.. Not to mention the mess she had made over the counter.
Her dress is already drench with water. "I can't go back to my dorm unless I finished baking.." ✿▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ "My only mistake is YOU"

"Okay.. I'll start doing another round once more.." She smiled. Then goes to the counter once more and starts to mix as instructed. Somehow she envied Jack, though he's a guy, he's able to create different breads and pastries easily, unlike her.
Sighs then mixed the dry ingredients.. Lunch time is up, but Chea can't eat properly unless she's done with this. It's her 6th try.. Chea hoped that she would be able to got it right now... ✿▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ "My only mistake is YOU"

"At last! I could present this to my beloved Severin!" she twirl then paused, Chea took a piece of it and judge its taste.. Her eyes widened for a bit..
"Bleeehhhhh.. It tastes sour!!" She hurriedly grabbed a glass of water and gulped it to the last drop. "What have gone wrong again?!" Her eyes caught by the flour box.. And realized she had mixed a baking powder instead of flour..

"Okay.. If I still bum in this.. I might buy some ingredients outside now.. Jack won't be pleased to see that most of his ingredients are deteriorating!.."
She took a piece again.. It's not hard, it didn't crumble and most of all it's not burnt!.. Now for the taste.. "It's not sour.. but it tastes good.. Just like Jack's.." She smiled.. Well it's not that perfect but for her it is.. Because she made it out of love..
Chea placed the cookies inside the blue-medium sized box and closed it properly. She heads towards the sink and washed her hands before throwing the apron back to the stove.
Though she looked like a real mess.. Maybe she could clean herself out in the dormitories.. Before she leave... she took out 5 pieces of oatmeal cookies and let some students try it out. ✿▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ "My only mistake is YOU" ((Where could I find those food critiques? xD ROFL))

It can influence the weak......" Abel placed the groceries over the counter. As Angela squeeze his hand, he gaze down upon her. "That was I'm lacking of.. Fast regeneration of energy. Which in contrast with Ayu.." Then he gently removes Angela's hand.. "You can watch me cook. Just don't be on my way, okay?".. Abel grabbed a chair for her and assist her to sit..
"Once I'm done I'll let you taste it and feel free to critique." He planted a peck on her forehead then goes to the sink. He washed his hands thoroughly then wipe it clean. Though, he hates anyone to see him wearing an apron, Abel snatched one and put it on while tying a knot on his back.
He rolled up his sleeves then, gathered the tools he needed for preparing the dish. But before that he took a glance at Angela.. "To keep you company, we could talk about History.. Do you still want to know more about Lynn Xing?" "...It can spread around the world

"Yes, Father," Angela said sarcastically, smirking as Abel had her sit 'out of the way' somewhere. She rolled her eyes. There he went treating her like a child again. "And if I'm a good girl, do I get a cookie?" she teased.
She bit back a giggle at the sight of him in an apron. Fortunately, she had all her things with her, including her trusty sketchbook, which she immediately retrieved. She started drawing him surreptitiously as he worked. She definitely had to record this for posterity's sake. "Oh sure. I'd love to hear more about it. What else do you know about her?"
