meanwhile, Jarel sits up, a scowl on his face after taking that punch to the head. He gets to his feet and looks to aid his brother by hitting a clubbing shot to the back of Lester's head. should this work, he'd actually go to pull Lester back to the center of the ring by his hair and hit a right hand to the jaw

As referees rush over to pull him away frm the ring, Jimmy decides to make one last bold moves. Still gripping Zarel's arm, he attempts to jump off of the apron with it, hoping to either drag him over the ropes or even just damage the arm while trying.

Clubbed in the back by surprise, Lester gives up on trying to throw Zarel over the ropes. After all, even when lifted from a low point like the tights, all it takes is grabbing the ropes with one arm to keep your feet on the ground. Especially when your center of gravity is already compromised.
He's puled into the center of the ring by his hair, which smarts like you wouldn't believe... Luckily, he's at least able to dodge the jaw punch. Countering, he goes for a hard, close-range clothesline.

jarel is taken down by the clothesline and lays on the mat for a few seconds before rolling to the side and beginning to push himself up again

Zarel's arm is jerked down violently across the top rope, though he manages to remain in the ring. instead, he stumbles back, holding his arm and shaking it reflexively as a way to work through the pain

Jimmy lands on his feet, surrounded by three refs, and rolls onto his side, clutching at his ankle with a pained look on his face. The refs check on him, as the camera returns to the ring.

Seeing Jarel try to push himself back up, Lester attempts to hit an elbow drop across his back.

(how's the elbow work? i'm not really on my back from the clothesline. rolling to the side is a quicker effort to push myself up. so would you rather i take that as more of a clubbing shot to the back while i'm still kneeling?)

Jarel, as he's trying to rise, is caught with a clubbing shot to the back. he straightens and backs away several steps, pain in his spine

Seeing Jarel stunned, Lester advances again, and attempts to throw him over the top rope with a pumphandle suplex.

as Lester catches him in the hold for the pump handle, Jarel has a few options, and he has to decide quickly. the easiest way at the moment is simply to jump extra into the lift up, hoping to take Lester off balance and to the mat in something resembling a cross body, but without the height (trying to describe that the best way i can, but if more description needed, basically, you'd have me from behind for the beginning of the pump handle. as you lift, jarel would jump and turn to simply land on top of you and take you to the mat inside the ring)

Lester's surprised by the sudden shift in weight, as his move doesn't turn out the way he'd planned it. He hits the mat, flat on his back, with a much heavier man crashing on top of him into what would have been a perfectly good pinning position.

Jarel, however, rolls off Lester, because there's no pinfalls in this match. he remains on the mat, however, taking this time to recover

Limping over, Jimmy quickly slides the brass knuckles in to Lester, making sure they enter his eye line so he'll see them. He moves backwards, still limping a bit, trying to look like he's not involved.
