"Um yay but I mean um...." Yue said. She wondered how he could tell and tried to think of something else to say, "Well actually I do but I never thought you would care and you would not fell the same way." She found herself saying. 'Man good job Yue great job' she thought to herself.

Kyoudou smiled charmingly. He knew it would be a wise decision to win over the other higher ranking officers of WISE, so he would play along with her affections for now. "Well, to be honest, I felt the same way about you," Kyoudou said, concealing the lie behind his honeyed words, "I just never had the courage to tell you." He surprised himself sometimes with how gifted a liar he was. He even managed to fake a blush, as well as the nervous and loving tone in his voice. Finishing up his ramen, he put the empty styrofoam cup down upon the table, then rose to his feet, and walked around table to where Yue was sitting, pulled a chai so close to hers that they were touching, and took a seat next to Yue. He leaned in a bit closer, observing her reaction to what he had told her.

Yue was surprised to hear what he said but she stayed calm and looked at him. She did have a bit of trouble believing him but she did not know why So she ignored the felling. "Wow" she said. When Kyoudou came closer to her she just looked at him a bit shocked at how close he was but otherwise unfazed she knew how these games worked and she was not going to be draw in to him that easily if he was no telling her the truth.

Kyoudou realized that Yue wasn't buying his deception, but he wasn't going to drop the act so easily. After all, it wasn't a total lie. He did want her to love him, but not exactly for the reason that he said. He had never experienced love before, so he wouldn't know what it felt like. He wanted to know what love was like. However, Kyoudou, being a very secretive person, didn't want to tell Yue that. Instead he asked, "What's wrong, Yue-san?" with a tone of concern.

"O nothing." Yue said. Despite how she felt about him possibly not telling the truth to her she did really like him. She thought for a bit longer then she looked up at him, "Nothing at all is wrong." She said.

Kyoudou smiled and replied, "That's good to hear," in a relieved voice. Despite being of above-average intelligence, he had no idea what to do in a situation like this. Hiding his uncertainty, hhe asked Yue, "What does this mean for us, Yue-san?", his tone as smooth as honey.

"Well it could mean many things we can try to pretend that this never happened or we can try and be together." Yue said thinking out loud. She was not sure what the better option was but she did like the idea of the second one despite her not really believing he liked her that way.

"Well, I personally think we should give the second option a try," Kyoudou responded, "Does that sound good to you, Yue-san?" He cocked his head to the side in a somewhat playful manner. He still was trying to assuage her suspiscions that he didn't have feelings for her, and he continually tried to win Yue over all the while.

"Okay." Yue said. She still had her suspicions. 'I had been played once by a guy I liked and I did not want it happening again especially after what happened the first time.' She thought looking a bit detracted.

"Oh?" Kyoudou asked quizically, "What happened the first time?" The intrigue in his voice was genuine. He wanted to know the sort of thing that people would do for love. "I mean, you don't have to answer if you don't want to," Kyoudou hastily added, backing off a bit so as to not seem to eager.

Yue looked up at him "Oh um I thought that this guy loved me but he was just using me to get in the favor of his boss he and his boss were going to kill me just so they could get a little extra money." Yue said "But his boss was soft hearted and before they where going to kill me he came and let me go in the middle of the night. I never saw ether of them again. " she said

"My god!" Kyoudou exclaimed with some actual surprise. He would never have guessed that Yue had gone through an experience like the one which she had described for him. "Well, it could've been far worse," Kyoudou reconciled, placing his hand on her shoulder, "We should probably change the subject, though. Unless, of course, you want to talk about this." Kyoudou's true intention was to change the subject in order to avoid saying something stupid to Yue. However, for the life of him, Kyoudou was unable to think of anything else to talk about, and he simply sat there, waiting for Yue to continue the conversation.

Yue smiled, "It is okay I don't mind talking about it that is really all there was to it." she said. Yue looked down then she did not want him to see the tears that where coming so she quickly brushed them away. She looked back up at Kyoudou. "That is why Seth was so protective. That night when I went out with my Ex and never came back I guess Seth went crazy he tolled me that he stopped by here to see if I had come to see you but of course I was not here." Yue said.

Kyoudou noticed the movement that Yue made as if she was brushing something out of her eye, and immediately assumed that she was crying. I see, so an unrequited love, especially one that ends in betrayal, can wound someone. I'll keep that in mind, he noted. Kyoudou didn't comment about the tears, and held Yue closer. "Well, I may not know for sure how this will work out, but I can assure you, I wouldn't do anything like that, Yue-san," Kyoudou replied, trying to reassure her of his loyalty with his usual formality. That was a stupid line, he chided himself, Anyone would say something like that, regardless of whether it was a lie or not. He waited to see Yue's response, staying perfectly still so as to not appear suspiscious. Kyoudou spoke the truth, but he didn't believe Yue would think so.

Yue looked back up at him and smiled, "I know you would not do something like that, but there are more ways to hurt someone than that." Yue said. "And as for the working out part I am not sure how it will ether but we will never know if we do not try." She added. " You know Seth died killing them he traced them down and killed them well at least my Ex not his boss." she said more to herself then to Kyoudou.
