Seeing the Seviper working on his defense, Artemis decided to to ruin his attempt. Besides, she wanted to have more fun and she sure enjoyed the feeling of her beak cutting through the snakes body. It was time to try again, and stop that Seviper from making it harder for her to use Pe k.

The Stockpile failed as the Seviper would move to avoid in coming attack. His entire body moving to try and get away from that peck. That beak coming down with the force of a hammer ...as he tries to shy away from her. Away from that crushing and painful beak .....as his body went rigid with anger.

Barely a scratch. What a waste. The Seviper had managed to slither away just in time to avoid the worse, leaving him with only a minor scratch on his tail.

Thought he snake hisses in irritation. He was taking more and more damage for this fight and he wasn't happy about it at all ....as his tongue would dart in and out of his mouth. He would come forward swiftly as he rose himself up higher than the head of his opponent and downward once more ...this time ...he plan to stop her take off completely by wrapping around her wings and forcing her to fight him on the ground instead of in the air.
This was his plan.

The Skarmory wouldn't fall for that one again... She had been caught in the attack last time, and refused to let it happen again. She quickly flew up in the air, just a bit out of reach. And than she came back down swiftly, beak pointed straight towards the Seviper.

The Seviper moves swiftly to the side ....as he would snake to the left to avoid it. That powerful beak that would have torn him apart, and he regretted the moves ...limitation. He couldn't bite counter with wrap only attack ....as he moves away from that move and looked for his own opening to attack.

The Seviper managed to slither out of the way once again. Her attempt had failed, and she found her beak in the dirt instead... Why was this snake still alive? He was supposed to be dead by now... Completely ripped apart. Oh well, she probably shouldn't rush good things like this. As long as the Seviper had fresh blood to offer, this battle was fun. She waited for the Seviper's next attack.

Though she wasn't going to wait long as that body started to slither towards it's mark. Quickly before that head could come all the way back up from her failed attack he would throw his coils around her legs and then turn to try and bring them up and over her back. He was going to wrap her up and tight ....

This time, Artemis was unable to avoid the Seviper. In a matter of seconds, the Seviper was wrapped around her tightly and the pain was starting. She had to get loose.

The squeezing had started again as the snake clamps down. He was so close one more time and the Skarmory would be useless and ready for consumption ...as the idea finally came to him of what a full stomach the bird might give him. THen again, there was very little chance that she had come alone and that along ...made him caution of what he dared to do as he simply looked back up at the trainer.
His coils starting to squeeze once more.

As the snakes grip tightened around her, she grew more worried. It was starting to hurt... A lot. And her precious steel body was starting to bend under the pressure... She had to do something to get the Seviper to let go right away. So she started pecking viciously at the snake surrounding her body, not stopping until he let go.

Once more those coils would be forced loose as the snakes hisses loudly. He wasn't done yet, and he had the bird so close to defeat it would only take another good squeeze as he would launch himself at her. His coil spread ...only a little bit more and it would be over. He would be sure to make it be over.

Artemis watched the Seviper closely. He was stronger than other pokemon she had faced... He was also a lot tougher. This battle was lasting an awful long time, and she had to do something to end it... With her being the victor, of course. She payed close attention to the Seviper, and dashed towards him almost right away. She wanted her beak in his skin, now.
