"I absolutely can assure you that I will not nibble your ears," Angela teased. "I'm not well equipped to deal with hairballs." Biting her lip, she reached forward to gently stroke his ears. They were just like a normal cat (she had no idea why she thought they might be different) except larger and slightly thicker.
It was kind of amazing they were attached to the head of her friend rather than an actual cat. "It's probably weird to say it. But...you have amazing ears." She grinned at him and let his ears go (they really were very soft, though). "As for Fae, well, I guess we're like any other people. Some of us are decent and some are horrible. It just depends which ones you meet."
((omai....ear nibbling. Angela actually does nibble. ~__~ But not right now. LoL))

(ROFL! ) Jukka smiled, "Thanks Angela. Im glad you like them..... I can hear a lot better than any human.... the only pain with them though is that water gets in them more easily...." He told her. "Do the other Fae..... have wings?" He asked. He felt like it was a dumb question. Of course Fae had wings! But Angela didn't, or at least, none that he could see. So maybe not all Fae had wings after all.

 Max was looking at the People in the Ballroom, observing them as he sat at his seat. It was becoming boring for Max, until he spotted a girl ( terra) leaning on the wall, all alone. Max got out of his seat and made his way toward her. In his mind, Max knew that she would entertain him, and if not, then Max would find someone else. As he got closer, he noticed that she was wearing black and white dress with heels, making her even more attractive. as he got close to her, Max said " Good evening young lady" In a voice that was both loud and low enough for only the girl to hear. He did not want any other attention on him, though he would gladly take it to feed his ego. Being a new student and greeting a girl he never met was going to be awkward.

Sammy smiled again blushing a bit. "Stop that sammy!" She yelled at herself in her mind. She just smiled threw her anoience with herself. "There are girls a lot prettier than me. But thank you." She replied smiling. Sammy really though she was not the prettuest girl.
(i am going to the mall in a few minutes ill be back on at like 9:30 10 im in eastern time zone I think)

"Um, some of them do. But not all. It sort of depends on the type of Faerie," Angela said. "A lot of the Seelies do--that's my father's people--but they tend to keep them hidden or disguise them with glamour. Which is sort of like, faerie illusion magic? I just have really nasty scars and things."
"Because I'm half Human...well that isn't the only reason. There were some things that happened when I was child, after my mother died, that sort of broke how my magic works I guess. And so sometimes when I try to use my stronger magic, my wings sort of try to emerge out of my back. It's really not pleasant to watch or experience. And so, yeah. I have wings too sometimes. But usually not, which is actually good because they hurt...a lot. Going out, going in or whatever."
"But for normal faeries, I guess it's a more natural kind of process and a lot of them have these beautiful, fluttery, gauzy sort of wings. Or weird and spiky ones, or feathered one like birds. Or they can look like leaves. They're all different." She laughed a bit and smiled sheepishly. "I'm rambling. Again."

Terra, disbelieving that she could ever think that abel was that handsome man over there, was snapped out of her thoughts as another guy approached her. He was handsome too. Perhaps it was all the masks...
She straightened herself as he approached and said good evening. She didnt recognize the voice but in the end it was a little bit fun to try and guess.
She curtsied awkwardly and gave a small smile.
"Good evening.." She replied softer than he had been.

"No thats fine Angela, this is all actually rather interesting!" Jukka replied with a true smile. "What is a Seelie exactly?" The boy had heard of them before, yet surprisingly in all he travels he had never figured out what they were. he had seen plenty, even here at school, but he was still completely clueless. "And im sorry to hear about your mother and your wings Angela..... thats horrible....."

"No! It's okay," Angela said. "I mean, it was almost ten years ago so it's not really something to be sad over now. And I have my father still. Even if he's an idiot. Um, as for the Seelie. Well, they're a group of faeries that form a sort of court? Most of them are very powerful. I suppose a lot of ancient cultures believed they were gods or demi-gods so they've got a lot of power."
"The way the Seelies my father is from are set up, they have a sort of high king of the Fae and then he has seven sons. And my father is the second eldest. Which makes my grandfather--who looks my age, incidentally--the high king of the Seelie Fae. Which is sort of awkward. I kind of think they sent me here because I was a really horrible princess."
"But anyway, they sort of watch over certain areas, control crops and weather and look after the people. And do normal faerie things like dance around at night and have Faerie Rades and all that nonsense."

Max smiled as she did the proper greeting towards him. " My name is Max" He said as he looked at her. It was hard not to just stare at the girl, She was stunning. "Heaven has this kind ball all the time, but they are the same ones over and over again" Max laughed as he added "Its like the.." max Stopped as he asked instead "What do you call those things that you click stuff with?" Max asked as his smiled faded. He did not like being stumped on terminology. It effected his ego way to much and it hurt him more. Heaven was like a mirror, you only saw yourself and nothing more. Max hoped that the people gathered here were anything but a mirror... and of course a angel.

Terra looked at him confused. "Im sorry but i dont really know what your talking about..." Angel huh? She had never met an actual angel before. or well... a fallen angel. He was going on about some kind of ball they had in the heavens. She wondered if he came over to her for a reason.

Jukka snickered, "Thats all very interesting. Honestly. I love learning about new cultures and races...... and dancing around at night? That sounds pretty fun indeed. I love dancing but im not much of a slow dancer. I like Irish Step Dancing and River Dancing. We do a lot of that on the ships at night to keep ourselves warm and to keep our spirits up." "On the other note, ive also lost a loved one, so I can understand that," he smiled

"Surely you must have that.... Clicky thing" The object of his obsession click as he said that "Silly me, the remote... Heaven has balls like these just like you have a remote to record things with" Max said, not hearing the lady speak and finishing his thought. "Did I bore you?" Max asked, but before he could let her answer "I am sorry, a ball is no place to be bored!" Max amended as he gently took her hand and was about to lead her to the center of the room to have a dance. Then he stopped as he realized that it was not like heaven, that these folks have to consent to a dance. It was then that he realized that being on the plains of the real world, truly does stink. He just have to blame the damn Angels for this misfortune. "So my lady, what brings you here?" Max asked the girl as he tried to center and focus himself on the present. "Ooh! That's what we do. Well, sort of. There's a lot less rhyme and reason to it than in most professional shows. And the music is so fast that you just get lost in it and before you know it, it's dawn and you're exhausted," Angela said. "It's actually...fun. A bit. But I'm sure the dances you have with your family are better. There's likely less posturing and frills and all that. Just people trying to have fun."
"So tell me about your family and what it's like on your ships an things. That seems like a fun lifestyle, even if it's a lot of hard work."
