((Graaah this stupid web of secrets around the Raikage. She can't say anything.))
The raikage shook her head. "Nagisa has returned but she won't be available for this mission. We do have others but you may be right. I believe I know the kid you speak of..." She would have to let Nagisa have the final say here. "We shall see. As I said before this mission is still in the planning stages, and I am hoping for some of our other nin to return in time to assist you. Was there anything else you needed?

Improved Reflexes:
Most Taijutsu Specialists learn early on that the key to any successful fight is being able to quickly react the moves of their opponent, and a few of them learn to read and react to their opponents so well that they almost seem to have a sixth sense. (can read movements as if the Taijutsu Specialist had a 1 tomoe sharingan, or the ushio clan reaction speed; does not increase the effectiveness of the sharingan or ushio clan reaction speed)

((I guess I forgot to return and get this thread moving again. Here we go!!)) Nagisa bowed to Sosay. "Well we don't need to decide right away. I will think about it and we can figure it out before the mission starts." Picking up the pile of papers she ducked out of the room and made her way up towards the main office. Some of the papers and files were left purely by mistake, but others contained information that did not need a full discussion by the council. As she made her way into her office however she saw the face of an old friend. "Why hello Sora!" She sat the papers on her secretaries desk. "Did you come to see the Raikage?" --------------------
Meanwhile in the office of stalled discussions
--------------- ((Cheap cop-out) The Raikage had dozed off in her comfortable chair, and reawakened abruptly. "Oh Kensei. Unless you have anything further to talk about you can go, try and prepare your team and what not."

He closed the door behind him and walked downstairs to see Sora still waiting and talking to Nagisa. "Sorry about the wait Sora. Just got some news for a something coming up. So we should start training before we head out. I still need time to think of a team until then." He smiled at Nagisa to hint that he wanted to to join.

Sora caught a glimpse of Nagisa just as she appeared in the room. "Nagisa!" the girl cheered as she ran up to her friend, stopped a safe distance away from Nagisa, and then walked the rest of the distance to carefully but enthusiastically give her a quick hug. Sora was really, really excited to see Nagisa after a long time. However, she was as well-mannered as always and didn't want to cause trouble for her friend by accidentally knocking the stack of papers off the nearby desk. After the greeting hug, Sora pulled back and answered with good cheer, "Well, sort of. Someone, Laxus, told us you were Raikage and we wanted to see you, so we came to check if he was telling the truth. Although...," the girl paused as she turned to look at the Raikage's office, "Kensei just entered to talk with the Raikage so that must mean he was wrong. So so, who's the new Raikage? Is he or she an Aburame? An assistant was talking about bugs in the tower." The girl was jabbering away quickly like one of those excited birds that chattered nonstop in the morning.
Kensei apparently exited the Raikage's office some time during Sora's little speech. "Look! Nagisa!" the girl pointed out in her excitement, "And a team? What for? How big? What's happening?".

Accepting the girl's hug gently she smiled at the girl. "Yes, an Aburame pupil of mine has taken the throne. She's still warming up to the job a bit, but she will surely do a better job than I could." She gave the girl a weak smile and regarded Kensei as he entered the room.
Nagisa shook her head at Ken's question. "I'm sorry, I can't help on this one. The treaty between Kiri and Kumo will be signed any day now, and the Raikage will need me there to help." She frowned. Why had that mission already been given out? These kids were supposed to have some rest time before worrying about their duties. Nagisa had heard of the team's semi-failure. While the tea seemed to be growing properly the monster which caused the trouble had vanished. Even so, they might need to fight, and it wouldn't hurt if they were ready for this mission. "There is that new Genin, but I'll keep an eye out in case anyone more suitable returns to the village." The boy would probably be on the team regardless, he needed experience, but it would be nice to have someone who knew what they were doing involved as well. Why did Haruka have to vanish? A small patrol had been sent to find her as soon as Nagisa returned, but the trail had gone cold.

Shaking her head Nagisa replied. "I am not familiar with any Lamar, I was referring to a young raiton user named Laxus. He has a bit of an attitude I hear, but if we are lucky some experience in the real world will tame it." She looked back to the girl. "Mind if I steal a snack?" The girl's trusty bottomless bag of sweets would be a good treat.

He wouldn't want to put the kid in the hospital before the mission. "Or you could use your feminine charm to get rid of attitude." He teased Nagisa. Hoping not to make the conversation awkward he tried to change the subject. "But yeah...another Raiton user? we need to Katon users or another Uchiha. That would be my number three for the mission at least."

Sora had situated herself quite comfortably in Nagisa's arms, turning around in them and then gripping onto them so they remained over her even as she watched Kensei speaking. After Kensei spoke, Nagisa replied and Sora, to keep the speaker in her field of vision, lifted her chin up and twisted her neck slightly to the side so she could get a somewhat alright view of Nagisa's face. With her beaming smile, which was only interrupted by a sad face once when Nagisa mentioned that she couldn't join them in the mission, she looked like the very figure of good health.
When Nagisa asked Sora for sweets, the obvious answer came out, "Mhm! Take your pick!" as the blonde genin pulled the sack of candy out of her bag and lifted it up, open, to Nagisa for her to reach in and grab whatever she felt like. The bag was as full as ever, but none of the candy in it would have any signs of wear (ex: being squished), hinting at the speed Sora managed to go through her sweets. Honestly, it was amazing that the girl hadn't gotten a single cavity yet.
While waiting for Nagisa to take her pick, Sora's face flipped back to look at Kensei. "You know," she stuck in her own opinion, "Maybe if you got his name right, he wouldn't behave so badly?". She wasn't lecturing Kensei by any means. In fact, judging by the tone she used, it sounded more like she was simply thinking out loud. All she was doing was pointing out a possible positive reason for Laxus's behavior. As always, Sora was more forgiving than most.

Finally to set the form straight she released her long red hair from the bind that kept it up. Falling it would stop to rest just at the middle of her back. Stretching the woman would smile sweetly to herself. "I guess it's time to get back to work." she sang as she slipped out of the room. Reaching her desk she would re-leave the other woman who took her place as secretary. Sitting at her desk she stared at the paperwork before her. "The Raikage isn't going to like me today..." she sighed as she picked up a thick bunch of papers. Pushing away from the desk she would get up and head for the office. Opening the door, no longer used to knocking, she would enter. "I hate to bug you Raikage-sama but...." her voice would trail off. She wasn't expecting to see Kensei, and Sora within this room, not at this point in time. Her eyes were a bit wide as she stood there, mouth a gap. Five minutes passed before she could find words to replace her awkward silence. "I'm sorry for inturpting Raikage-sama... I just wanted to pass along some papers for you that need signed, but if you wish for me to come back at another time then I can do so." she stated, her eyes never straying to the leader. Instead they continued to focus upon the two young ones. It amazed her at how much they had grown. Perhaps in more ways then what could be seen. Soon she might be able to do the things that they used to do. Soon...
