It is of course not mandatory. However, it would indeed add some flavor to the otherwise blank shop.
You have creative license if you do however. You can change things if you want, and can even give the manager and assistant a small background if you want.
You have also incurred the inevitable wrath of Bakaschnitzle, enjoy. 3nodding

TvIaMsOqTuHeYz Denkou Ramen Shop In the Shopping district in between two other ramen shops sits the greatest ramen shop to ever grace the world as any citizen of Kumogakure can tell you, or even people who have visited. This magical place is known as Denkou Ramen Shop. The shop boasts a simple outside that seems like an average ramen shop, but once you go past the hanging banner and peer inside, your eyes see the true majesty of the place. The place seems much larger on the inside, with Booths lining the walls, tables around a fire pit that occasionally the employees will use to roast pork and beef during festivals giving out the best spit meat anyone can find within the village. The walls are decorated with intricate symbols, and the occasional ninja item from the owners' past as a ninja, and even some of the Raikage memorobelia . Even though the space cleared for the newest Raikage is bare, you wouldn't know until you specifically looked for it. The bar close to where they make the ramen is intricately designed, with the kanji for lightning (Rai) as a wooden inlay of the finest mahogany. The stools are much the same, and even pivot, showing the ingenuity of the Kumogakure citizens. As you sit at the bar, You begin to notice that the back of the building is raised by about four or five feet, All of the appliances used to cook the ramen are larger than one would commonly see as well, bordering on the insane. The smells that assail your nostrils are of pure delight as you smell the freshly cooked pork and beef, the always fresh broth, the noodles boiling, and the sweet sweet smell of sake at the bar. The owners are in turn just as unique as the ramen shop itself. The male proprietor is a behemoth of a man, standing roughly at eight feet, the man is about five feet broad. He has dark brown hair, and his voice is booming and full of authority, yet kind enough that people don't lose control of their bowels when he speaks. The sheer fact he manages to fit through a doorway still eludes most of Kumogakure. His wife as it seems, is the fastest cook villagers will ever meet, or at least see in action. Her hair is stark white, and she has intense eyes, like one would expect from an ex-ANBU. The woman is average size, and seems to have a nice kind voice, although her husband shivers slightly when she speaks. The two are kind to their customers, and are generous with the portions that they give out with each bowl. They both seem to have their own unique style of ninjutsu, all of it seemingly ramen, or maybe just food related. I'm a living spellcheck wink I also made some suggestions for the wording, but they are of course merely suggestions. Sorry if I got carried away. recommended edits are in red. I also think " We'll get into why that is in a bit" is unecessary. edit: Sure I don't see why not, however I should note that I think only crew would be allowed to actually use them.

Hikaro_rin ehh close enough razz I never said I was a good living spellcheck. You did spell check perfectly. xD you just forgot to lower case some of the letters you turned into compound sentences. xD You're only human. Besides, there was only two.

Tim remember to keep your chakra tally in your posts. You used several bunshin after a training session. It helps you keep track of jutsu, and helps others make sure you aren't cheating. Thanks

Sorry, I was treating the Ramen mission as his chance to rest and rejuvinate his chakra. sweatdrop
Edit: If you want, I can treat it as he hadn't recharged. I just realised that E ranks only cost him 1 chakra point. xD

Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique) I'm pretty sure is supposed to be pretty fragile, since if someone walks through it all they might feel is a mild static discharge. However it does say it can act as string so I guess you are clear. Keep in mind however that it will probably be changed since that makes no sense at all.
Other than that good job. Would you like to train more or accomplish more mission points? (remember to keep track of them in your profile)

Eh, Imma go with I'm off on a technicality on this one. xD
I'd like to atleast get the rest of the Raiton jutsu under my belt, then maybe Wall walking. I'd like some more challenging missions, but I am a genin still. xD Not another Giggles mission though. O.o That was torture.

I was gonna say, the basic bunshin isn't solid, and can't even leave your immediate presence, much less go searching. (I didn't read to see if you did this, but the Raikou bunshin is unable to transfer memories, so not that great for searching either.
