His eyes followed her, now finished with the meat. "A loners life is a lonely one. I havent been on my own for long, well, not as long as you've been."

"Nah, ya learn ta deal with it," She said as she sat down upon her little rock. She was a hyper little lion, not being still for to long at a time. Even when sitting her paws always seemed to be moving, kneading the ground with her front paws as she sat.

"true. Still better to atleast have someone." Stretching, he dug his claws into the ground, before relaxing. His wings stretched up for a moment before folding back into place.

Coeurl eyes Cero's wings curiously, "Why do you have wings?" She asked tilting her head to the side cutely.

Cero blinked for a moment, looking at them before his gze shifted back to her. "I dont know, they just..appeared after a good growth spurt. I have to say though, I rather like flying."

"hmn,." She nodded, "must be fun!" She added with a small chuckle before she jumped into the river, which was rather shallow, with the bottom made from the flat rocks from the base of the mountain.

He nodded, watching her. "Yes, it is fun, twas very odd at first though. I kept crashing." He rubbed his nose as if remembering being injured there.

She giggled, "I bet!" She jumped back out of the water. For such a cubby, short lioness she was quite hyper and lively.

Cero watched her jump back and forth, tilting his head slightly. "Where do you get all your energy?"

"I dunno" She smiled and sat down, curling her tail around her feet. "I guess it's just un-used kitten energy!" Her hyperness was one of the things that usually made passing lions think of her as odd, that and her size, but most y now knew not to make fun of her size, for she could become a real spit-fire lioness when they did. "So,..you passing through, or plan on staying?" She asked, tilting her head to the side.

He wasnt about to make fun of her in any way really, He knows what it feels like to be picked on. Besides, its not really something to poke fun at, it just means she's a successful hunter. Cero looked at her again, and shruged a bit which caused his wings to shift position. "I dont know, I usually get kicked out of places after to long.. "

"feh,.." She huffed, "Well, I'm the only one here, and I'm not about to turn away anyone who is willing to put up with my chatter," She nodded proudly, as if that was something to be proud of, "Besides, you can't wonder forever,.." She said as she got up and walked over to the larger lion, "eh, pretty boy?" She said, feeding his ego.

Cero sat back on his haunches, watching her, tilting his head to the side. He then blinked. "Huh? Pretty boy?" He held his head up more, chest puffing out slightly as his wings shifted into a more dignified pose.

Coeurl smirled, trying not to laugh, "hnhn your funny!" She waddled away a few paces as she said such.
