Why yes it does. Although everyone who keeps that religion doesn't wear the fur hat. Only Yoilis.

Okay, first a clarification about the fur hat business. Not all Yoilis wear it. Quite a lot do. The religion of Yoilis...It will almost certainly give it away, but Yoilis are Jewish. I am Jewish. I'm not a Yoili.

Do Yoilis hold a special role or job within the Jewish culture?

Yoilis can be Rabbis, although Yoilis don't call their Rabbis Rabbis. Yoilis were recently in the news.

A Yoili is male. A Rabbi can marry and his wife is called a Rebbetzin or a Rabbanit.
And Yoilis are not pimps. As far as I know, Yoilis don't even know what that means.
Yoilis are very religious.

Are Yoilis very high ranked religious leaders? Like, to best way to describe what I'm getting at is you got your Rabbis, and then there's the HEAD Rabbi and he's called a Yoili.

There are many Russian Yoilis. However, there are also German, Austrian, Polish, Lithuanian, and practically every European country you can think of too. Yoilis are everywhere. They originated in Europe, though.
A Yoili isn't a Chief Rabbi. See, Yoilis are a whole population. You've got your Rabbis(or they're term for Rabbi) and your regular people.
Many Yoilis don't speak English until they go to school.
