Picket (blue) and Nicolai (red) Nicolai had set his and Picket's bags down by this point, seeing that they would more than likely be a minute. He gently patted the wolf on his shoulder when she nuzzed his neck, watching and listening to both his friend and their possible hostess. Now and again he had felt the wolf move, probably trying to speak, but someone else spoke before her. When she was finally able to speak, he nodded, careful not to hurt the wolf. "Afraid so. If I had to discribe him, I'd say he's a 64 sided dice. You never now what he'll land on, and even then there's the chance he'll tumble onto something else," he explained. Honestly, he did not find the sprite all that strange, but, then again, he had known him for almost seven years now. "By the way, I never caught your name," he said. It seemed only fair to ask since she knew both of there's, and there was little else to talk of with the other two conversing with each other.

Wolfy nodded, "That is a pretty good example, I must say." she confirmed.
She watched the Sprite for a couple more minutes after Nicolai asked for her name. "That entirely my fault. Wolfy is the name! Ice Cream is the game!" she replied.
Wolfy had fallen in love with ice cream the first time she had it. She could never get enough.
"Just wondering, how in the world did you and Picket meet?" she asked.

As Ambrosia began to talk she noticed the purple wolf, who was to her very eye-catching."Forgive my rudeness, wolf...but you caught my eye. What is your name, pretty one."She smiled brightly."I am Amirah, one of the head mistresses to the castle. Welcome." "Learn as if you were to live forever."

Wolfy Cute and fluffy when happy
Wolfy soon heard another voice, this time directed towards her. Looking to find the source, she found a petite blonde with cute ears. Letting out a little meep, she a bit flustered by the comment.
"It's Wolfy. It's a pleasure to meet you Miss Amirah." she even tried her best to do curtsey while on Nicolai's shoulder.
Wolfy grew even more flustered and nuzzled even more into Nicolai's neck. She wasn't angry but Wolfy isn't used to nice comments.

Picket (blue) and Nicolai (red) The werewolf nodded, keeping any questions about her name to himself. With a name like that, it made her sound like she was some kind of pet. Maybe she was at one point? The part about ice cream did make him smile, even give a light chuckle. "Wish I had a catchy comment with my name," he said jokingly. So far, this one was turning out to be an okay person compared to many he had met, maybe even enough to call a friend this early on. However, there came the question he really couldn't answer completely. "Well, we met each other in a forest a couple hundred miles from here. One thing led to another and we started traveling together," he said, then let out a sigh. "And before you ask, the reason for our unlikely pair is private," he added. Hopefully, she wouldn't pressure him into telling, otherwise this friendship would end rather quickly. When another girl came up, Nicolai patted Wolfy's back again, keeping his month shut until spoken to.

Wolfy heard some of Nicolai's thoughts about her name but decided to keep quiet about her little ability until she trusted him a bit more. She giggled but became more serious when he answered her question. She listened to what he had to say and told him that she wouldn't pry.
"I bet the adventures you two have had together have been eventful, seeing how much of a handful Picket is." she said jokingly.
She then turned back to Amirah, for she had a feeling she would want to speak.

Picket (blue) and Nicolai (red) "I like to think of them as mis-adventures," he admitted. When Amirah spoke to them, he smiled and nodded his thanks. "Thank you. I have to be honest, I can't wait to see our room," he said, then looked down and gave Picket a light tap with his food. The sprite looked up, still waiting for his promised magic trick, then looked between the three faces. "Wolfy, demon wolf that didn't go to school to learn to talk. Amirah, one of the head mistresses who just welcomed us to the castle. Thank you," he said, then turned back to the other girl and waited, now rocking back and forth. Nicolai crossed his arms over his shoulders, looking at Amirah. "I can never tell when he's paying attention. Would you care to show me to our room? He'll eventually find me when he gets hungry," he assured the head mistress. At least the sprite was calmer than normal when he was hungry. ((OOC: Need to head off. Good night.))

She arched one eyebrow, a wolf and something sprite-like..... And a purple freakin wolf... Seriously? Shaking her head, her curious gaze turned to Nicolai, Amirah brushed him off and she frowned at the woman, frustrated. It was one thing to brush off someone who wasn't invited and had burst in in a rude manner.... But this time she intervened. "I'll take Nicolai to their room myself... Sebastian is incompetent at finding his way through the mansion, and besides... He has been nothing but polite, he doesn't deserve being brushed off on a butler." stepping forward, Amaranthe's duo colored eyes looked up at Nicolai as she offered a hand to him. "I'm Head-Mistress Amaranthe by the way."

You fail when you don't try" Ж Ambrosia was quite surprised at the child's sudden spew of knowledge. She hadn't expected such words from the little one, especially considering the way he had been acting. "Yes, little one. Though this one in particular would deal with the fifth element, Spirit." Ambrosia knew that some only imagined there to be four elements; water, earth, fire and air. Whether or not that was the case with this boy she didn't know, but to her Spirit was an element, just like light and darkness.
She couldn't help but laugh at Nicolai's words and actions. The sprite's next words also made her giggle. He had been such a fountain knowledge only a moment ago and was now back to speaking like a young child "Alright, alright. Watch this." She placed her other hand atop the one holding the crane and blew softly into the opening created by moving her thumb slightly. Such actions were unnecessary to use her power, but she figured it would be more interesting than simply staring at the paper.After a moment she uncovered the palm and extended her hand toward him, as if she were offering it to him. The small, paper bird then began to move, fluttering it's wings slightly to test them out before flying off and beginning to circle the boy's head.
While she had been busy showing Picket her her power Amirah had stepped up and began talking to the other two. She turned her attention to the werewolf for a moment. "It's quite alright, Nicolai. I don't mind and, yes, I am. My name is Ambrosia." Her next words were directed at both Nicolai and wolfy, an apologetic smile on her face. "Forgive me, I wasn't trying to be rude. It takes a little while sometimes for me to use that particular ability, I hadn't meant to ignore either of you. I'm sorry for cutting you off as well Wolfy, it had not been my intention." She arched one eyebrow at Amirah's reaction then chuckled as the other Head-Mistress offered to show them the way to their room. "Amaranthe, love, don't you remember your words from earlier? First to arrive, last to leave." There was that teasing tone again as she spoke to her sister. All three of them, Nicolai, Wolfy, and Picket, were proving to be rather interesting company. Perhaps that was the reason she wished to spend a little more time with them. Though if Amaranthe truly wished to show them the way Ambrosia was willing to back down. "I'll show them to their room, take it as my apology. I can show you yours too if you would like Wolfy?"

Picket (blue) and Nicolai (red) Well, so far so good, as they say. Two of the head mistresses had met the two, and both of them did not seem to mind Picket's behavior. When Amaranthe spoke, Nicolai gave a polite bow, holding Wolfy on his shoulder so she would not fall. "It is a pleasure to meet you Miss Amaranthe," he said, not bothering to see if Picket would say the same. The little guy seemed too interested in the bird circling his head to spare a greeting. "Cool! Flying paper bird! Though me remember making paper cranes before, none of them really flew more than ten seconds except the one that me threw out the window and that one got caught wind and... Oh! Flying paper bird!" he exclaimed. Yet another of the sprites problems was his lack of focus, even to his own words. Still, he was very interested in this spirit element that Ambrosia had used as he stood and tried to catch the bird. Nicolai heard her apologize and shook his head. "It's quite alright. You and the other head mistresses invited us here. We should be the one apologizing for our late arrivial," he informed her, scratching the back of his head as though embarrassed. The exchange of words, first to arrive, last to leave, made he guess that they had worked this all out days in advance. He gave another polite bow, this one to Ambrosia, again holding Wolfy in place, before straightening. "It would be honor to be escort to our room by our hostresses," he said, then bent down to pick up their bags.

You fail when you don't try" Ж The woman laughed at the little sprite's reaction. He would certainly be fun to have around. From his words the woman assumed that he was talking about making paper airplanes. Although she had brought the paper bird to life all of it's actions were very much it's own. She held no power over what it would or would not do. The bird would fly close then just out of reach. landing atop his shoulder after several moments. "Those ones are fun sometimes, all they like to do is fly around though. I think ones like this are much more fun, don't you?"
Ambrosia chuckled and shook her head, raven hair dancing about her shoulders. "You're not late Nicolai, you are some of the first to arrive actually." She waited for Wolfy's answer to her question before departing with the group. If Wolfy chose to join them as well then she would show the girl's room to her after leading Nicolai and picket to theirs. They were still expecting more people to arrive and Ambrosia would return after she had shown this group to their rooms. "It is my pleasure to do so. I do hope you'll enjoy life here." The final words she spoke were directed not just at the werewolf, but at everyone in the small group.

Picket (blue) and Nicolai (red) "Really? Well, that's good to know," Nicolai said, a sight of relief escaping his lips. As he followed, Picket right behind watching the bird, he removed his sun glasses and put them away into his pocket. The reason he wore them was to hide his beast-like eyes and the eerie silver in them. "Have there been any other arrivial besides the three of us?" he asked. Surely they weren't the first ones, but he was curious if there were more about. Now and again, Picket would stop to look at something or out a passing window. "Wow! Look at that courtyard and other stuff! Can Picket go outside and run around?" he asked. Nicolai was the one to answer. "Let's wait until we get to our room and have something to eat," he said. The sprite didn't seem to hear him, so Nicolai grabbed the back of his shirt and carried him on. "Yay! Free ride! Floatin' time," he said, taking in a deep breath and holding it. He began to float upward, taking Nicolai's arm with him, but not going very high due to his friend's grip.

Arching one eyebrow, she chuckled "Yes, first in, last out... the way of a Head-Mistress, and of the Marine's ironically..." looking at Nicolai's strange eyes, she smiled, a joyous expression lighting her face. "And I'm sure Amirah can handle the next few guests while you escort Wolfy, and I escort Nicolai and Picket to their room..." she watched as Nicolai's arm lifted and laughed softly looking up at Picket, floating above Nicolai. "And Picket, there's all sorts of places for you to explore, which you are more than welcome to, one you get settled in as Nicolai said." gesturing to them both, and smiling at Ambrosia with one eyebrow arched as though the woman would know her thoughts, Amaranthe waited for them to follow.
