Pearl just rolled her eyes and lept up to meet with him mid air. Her right paw slashing at the chest with some force behind it. If she struck it would cause a nasty wound. Her teeth aiming for the neck to get him to submit immeaditly. She had to get him by the throat and fast. By now they should be on the ground due the gravitational pull of the Earth. 'He's going to learn quick as to why I am a threat.', she thought as she was planning her next moves.

 As Pearl also lept up to meet him, Kotarou ducked his head just moments before they collided avoiding Pearls teeth from grabbing his neck, but left him open to the attack of her right paw... He felt the blow strike his side and he clenched his teeth in pain before hitting the floor and rolled. Scrambling back up onto his feet, Jake turned and jumped into Pearl bringing boths paws down on her simultaniously.

Pearl quickly ran to the right to avoid the attack and jumped to get onto his back and to dig her claws into his back. SHe was going to aim for the neck again as she procceeded to jump onto his back. She was going to get him to back down. She growled,"Back down male. before I really hurt you." She was struggling to keep control of herself but she smelled blood coming from the other wolf.

As she jumped on him, Kota' felt his legs buckle slightly from both her weight, and the pain of her claws in his back, but he stiffened up and shook himself vigorously, throwing her from him. "Male? Then by that definition, YOU should back down girl!" Kotarou managed to growl quickly before savagely slashing at her flank. He felt his claws penetrate, but didn't know the extent of the damage as he then swiftly snapped at her trying to grab her in his teeth and pin her down into submission.

Pearl let the claws slash her flank. It hurt but not too much. "So you do have some alpha in you interesting." She wouldn't submit. It wasn't in her nature.She was raised to lead and well show she was dominate. Right when he was snapping at her she ducked her head down and threw her head up her teeth just about to pierce his throat. If it didn't well she had enough force to disbalance him due to her hitting his jaw with her head.

Kotarou was slightly dazed after having his brain rattled about from being headbutted by Pearl... His jaw had gone a little numb from the impact, but he could still bite with enough force if he got the chance. "She's good.. Was she trained as well?" Kotarou wondered as he jumped back and paced around trying to work out a plan of attack... Testing Pearl to make the next move...

Pearl the sat on the ground and looked at the wound on her leg. "Not bad you got a scratch on me. First one to ever do so in awhile. You better check the wound on your chest it might be deep." She licked the wound on her leg to clean it. "I'm done fighting you for now. You still have alot of work ahead of you but you're trained." She then got up again. "The name is Pearl Lycan and well I'm how you say it. The new girl in town."

Kota' had always been taught to keep fighting... Never give up.. Never surrender. "Fight to the death! And then fight some more!" Had been the words of him combat instructor, and they still echoed through his mind to this day... So when Pearl just sat down and said she was "done fighting".. Kotarou was a little confused. "What d'you mean? You're giving up?" He asked, his voice sounding confused and a little raspy from the effort exerted in the fight. But when she introduced herself, Kotarou introduced himself in return. If for pleasantries at the least. "Kotarou Inugami." He said with a slight bow of his head. "You show great power yourself.. Have you fought much in the past?"

 "Enough!" Isabelle growled, moving in between Kotaru adn the other wolf. "You are both welcome here, because of the Festival, but I expect both of you to quit attacking each other." she said, and then looked at the new wolf. Isabelle knew of her, nearly everyone did. "You are welcome to try for Alpha during the festival. Not before it. Fighting is not allowed between contestants."Isabelle watched Pearl closly, prepared for any attacks from her.

Kotarou looked at Isabelle and lowered his head in apology. He'd realized he'd let himself go again and would have to tread more carefully from now on.

Pearl looked at him,"No I like to test things before I really tear them up if you know what I mean." She turned to hear Isabelle snap."I already signed up dearie. As for you Kotarou." She snorted,"Of course I was supposed to be an alpha's mate. Miss wolf right there knows what I done. Hell practically everyone." She stretched herself out and started to pad away before she padded away she looked over her shoulder,"Well Kotarou I look foreward to a real fight with you. As for you Miss Alpha learn how to give orders that was weak." She then ran off {EXIT}

Isabelle growled again, in pure frustration. Nobody seemed to be listening to her today. Sisnt Alpha mean anything anymore??? She went on a short, internal rant, and then took a deep breath. That one is going to be insufferable if she becomes alpha. she thought, looking off in the direction where she had gone. "Should we keep running?" she asked Kotaru and Saphire.

Kotarou growled again as Pearl vanished into the distance... He couldn't help but respect her for her high status, but that didn't mean he liked her. "Well that.. Was a great first impression..." He grumbled to himself sitting down and trying to look at the injury on his chest, but to no avail...

"Can me help?" Isabelle asked, moving closer to Kotaru. The wound was in such a place where he couldent clean it withought help. Isabelle was ready to forget all about Pearl until the Festival, when she would have to be sure that Pearl played by the rules...well the rule.

Kotarou quickly stood up onto all fours and looked at Isabelle. "Ah.. No, it's fine. Wasn't more than a scratch really..." He replied with a short, slightly nervous sounding laugh. "Do you want to continue, or head back? It seems like alot has happened in such a short time while we're out here..." He commented.
