~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ They arrived in front of a small white house, with a wrap around porch. There was a small garden on the left side of the house and a small round pond on the other side. A lovely sakura tree stood be the pond, shading a wood bench and swing, "Well? Like the outside?" Nezumi asked with a smile. He was really proud of his garden, and his house. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Yes," Ark said, somewhat surprised. "I'm living in an apartment building right now. The apartment itself is very nice, but clearly lacks the opportunity for landscaping." He got out of the car, waiting for Nezumi to get out before locking it.

When she died she left it to me," Nezumi said, after he got out of the car.He unlucked the front door, and let the other in first. The house had two bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and lastly a small kitchen. The house had older pieces of wooden furniture than were still quite nice. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ark looked around the house, not too surprised at the size of it. "It certainly looks efficient," he said. "Do you feel there's too much space for just yourself or something?"

"Quiet is nice. It's difficult to sleep when there's too much noise," Ark said. He stood there, arms crossed, and continued to vacantly look around. "I don't understand why you'd want noise."( Oops, I just realized I hadn't settled on an age. Do you have any preference for min/max ages? c: Gots to know what would be realistic-ish for a job. )

Ark shrugged, "To each his own, I guess." He tapped a foot, not wanting to go around without an invitation. "How do you afford bills here? You must still be in school, no?"

Ark went to sit down, not too far from the entrance. "You should finish high school, you know. Do you have any long-term plans?" He was almost concerned he was asking too many questions, but he didn't want to have the conversation turn around to himself.
