Mafuyu Katsuragi Mafuyu almost laughed at Annalie's remark. Mafuyu wasn't sure if Naiads even ate students. Zhori seemed really interesting too, but Mafuyu had to make a note to put a lot of fire extinguishers around the school. There may be mages in the school, but not everyone can summon water right away.
Mafuyu noticed that Severin seemed a little stiff despite his friendly appearance. Perhaps he was still having a hard time adjusting to having so many different species around him. But so far, everyone didn't seem to have any issues with each other so it made Mafuyu happy.
Silveril didn't really reveal much so Mafuyu wasn't sure what his position was when it came to other speicies but he did seem a little self consious. Suzanne seemed to be examining everyone with a mischievous glint in her eyes and Annalie seemed to have a good sense of humor and wasn't as much of a prankster as Suzanne.
"Wonderful! Now that we've all introduced ourselves, let's get down to business. Does anyone care when their free period is? You could pick at least three, but you might only have one or two since we haven't don'e much with the schedules yet."
((If you want, you can bring Gray. I just wanted to have the teachers meet and I wanted to make sure what periods you wanted your teachers to teach in. Because there will be moments where even teachers get free periods. =D))

*Quietly flies in, six flaming feather wings quietly lower me to the ground. Immediately extinguishing the flames to make sure nothing gets damaged i look around the room conspicuously analyzing my fellow co-workers*
Hello everyone, my name is Avon Fyre, but please call my Fyre. Currently teaching history and cooking since much of food comes from our history. *bows slightly* its a pleasure to be meeting all of you.

Silveril Volce ________________________Silveril didn't particularly care which periods he would teach and which one he would rather not. There were quite a few choices though. Perhaps he should pick the first period if possible so he could sleep in a little more and get more rest. He didn't like waking up early to the sun anyways. "If possible, I would like my free period at first period, but if not, any period would fine as my free period."
As he spoke, he noticed that a man had just entered the teacher's lounge. It was peculiar. A teacher for both history and cooking? Silveril wasn't sure how it worked, but he chose not to comment about it. ________________________ __________________________________________________________________ Severin Novaire ________________________Great... there was another oddball species coming in. Was there any humans or mages around here? Everyone here seemed to be of a monster-type creature. Severin's expression didn't change though. "Well, better late than never. Nice to meet you, Avon Fyre." Severin said and he turned to the headmistress, "And I think I would like my free period at sixth period, but if that's not possible, then I'm also fine with any other period like Silveril." ________________________

Free periods to grade, huh? Well, Suzanne was excluded from this discussion. She was just the librarian so she probably was stuck in the library babysitting students who had free periods. Suzanne didn't want to stick around long if they were just going to keep conversing about this topic. She'll just have to change the subject if this dragged on too long.
Suzanne got up from her seat and started to roam around in the room looking for some food to eat or at least something fun to do.
((Not much Suzanne can do at the moment.;-; ))

Looks quizzically at Suzanne, "Is there anything in particular that you are hungry for?"
Also looks to Severin Novaire, "Sorry if i have disturbed your presence, in all actuality i am human except for the wings and longevity. Along with some very slight emotion reading.

.... Fire was bad. While water could easily extinguish such a wild element, fire led to heat, and that meant droughts. Long. Bothersome. Droughts. Human? Yeah right, she had to keep a watchful eye on this man because she was not going to be driven out again. "I prefer for my free period be towards the end of the day. I plan for it to be a small reward for a long day of teaching." Annalie remarked as she slunk back into her chair. Out of the corner of her eyes though, she noted that Suzanne was like a fresh naiad with her constant need to find entertainment in order to fuel that never-ending flame. She supposed this was the time for her forgiveness, so she gingerly tossed her bag of snacks because that woman seemed to really enjoy those critters from what she had seen even if it was for mischievous purposes over to the demon. "Professor Malevolyte, catch. Feel free to scour through if it provides at least a little amusement for you."

Mafuyu Katsuragi Er... so maybe the species still had their barriers between the different races... But no matter, most of them are pretty accepting.
For a librarian that should be sitting around watching over a library... Professor Malevolyte sure had a lot of restless energy. Professor Dahl was really kind to give Professor Malevolyte a bag of treats. Hopefully it would keep her busy.
"Alright! I've got them all noted. So Professor Novaire and Professor Dahl wants to have free period around sixth period. Professor Volce wants free period during first period. Anyone else want to contribute to the discussion?" Mafuyu asked.

Silveril Volce ________________________Now that Suzanne was away from the couch and was probably rummaging through the bag that Annalie had given her, he sat down at one of the couches. He wondered how long this meeting would last. What else did they have to discuss anyways?
"Headmistress Katsuragi. Other than the topic of free period, what else will there be needed to discuss?" If he could help it, he'd prefer to leave quickly. He didn't have anything against anyone in the room. He just didn't want to deal with Suzanne since he recalled his time meeting her in the library.
((Lol, Lightning. Both my characters don't like Suzanne. xD)) ________________________ _____________________________________________________________________ Severin Novaire ________________________Severin kept his friendly smile, but he was so tempted to sigh. Some kind of mind reader? As if Severin needed some nosy person poking through his business. Last Severin checked, longevity and wings were very monster-like to him. "I apologize if my emotions have offended you in any way. I can't control how I feel, but I don't mean anyone any harm. I usually keep it to myself to avoid conflict. Just ignore my emotions since they're emotions better left not knowing."
It annoyed Severin a lot. Even if this guy claimed he was human, he didn't like anyone or anything poking their noses where they didn't belong. It completely defeated the purpose of if there's nothing nice to say don't say anything at all.
((Sorry about Severin. He's a big cranky pot. =w=" And I'm just trying to follow the storyline since he's actually very distrusting of other species.)) ________________________

Suzanne was surprised when Annalie threw the bag at her. Upon looking at what was inside, Suzanne's sleeve moved up to her lips to hide her smile. "I really appreciate the gift, Annalie, but are you sure you wouldn't rather eat them?" Suzanne asked her.
Suzanne closed the bag so that the others couldn't see what was inside. Especially Severin Novaire.
"During your free periods, you can always come to the library. I'm a pretty good judge when it comes to books people like to read even though I don't seem like it. You gain strength from knowledge because knowledge is power. So books are good."

”When the world says, ‘Give up,’
Did this human just read her mind? H-How... disgusting. Was there no limits to how bad this man can get? First, fire, and then, the ability to know what she was thinking? This was such an invasion to her privacy. Apparently Severin seemed to have the same problem.
Annalie quickly brushed that off to the side when she heard Suzanne though. "Don't worry. I can always replenish my supply. As for the library, unless you have audio books, I'm afraid that I can't indulge in such powerful knowledge. I'm illiterate." Illiterate, and yet she knew such formal and big words. Hm, now what did that say about her? Annalie took pride in her speech because it just showed how much she earned it. Those audio books weren't stolen for nothing back at home...
(( Annalie can be a bit iffy too, but don't worry. She'll end up forgetting about it in no time. xD ))

Well truthfully i cannot read minds at all. Emotions are all that i can somewhat feel from those around me. I just noticed their discomfort at my appearance and pieced it together myself. It seems as if i am not wanted here

Mafuyu Katsuragi Ack! This isn't the reason Mafuyu called the meeting! She wanted the teachers to get along as co-workers. They were supposed to be role models for the students!
"Wait a moment! I know it's difficult to accept everyone and Fyre has it tough since he can't help it if he can feel your discomfort. But if we're always bickering, we're not going to learn anything about each other. We all have special abilites that we can contribute to make this school a better place, but we all need to work together!" Mafuyu huffed as she crossed her arms. "This shouldn't be how teachers behave! Come on, everyone. We're here to get to know each other, not fight!"

Zhori Zhori had somehow managed to nod off in the midst of chaos, but awakened when she fell off her chair. "Sausage!" she cried out desperately--before realizing that she was in the middle of the teacher's lounge and they were having some kind of serious discussion. And there was no sausage to be had, anywhere. And it certainly wasn't being carried away by a chorus of singing penguins. (Though that was kind of a relief, really.)
"Oh..."
"Ahem. What we were discussing?" she asked nonchalantly, without getting up. As long as she pretended she had meant to do that, it would be fine. Yeah. That had really hurt though. This carpet needed thicker padding, that was certain.
